Mon Jasmin Noir L'Eau Exquise

It's a very sophisticated daytime summer fragrance, that can change slightly, depending on how you wear it. The notes that stand out for me the most are fresh green tea, a delicate jasmine and powdery almonds. So it makes sense the it reminds me of L'Occitane The vert au jasmine, with the sweet addition of citrusy top notes. When worn while temperature are cool, or when sprayed on "colder" areas of the body (not on pulse point), it is bitter and very soapy - "shower fresh". Coolness also brings out the jasmine in this, which is beautiful and very realistic. This is not an animalic jasmine, or a metallic jasmine that stealls the show - it's a mellow, clean, white floral scent, that is detactable yet not overwhelming at all. Something interesting happens when worn in a very hot and humid climate, or when "bruised" by being rubbed in between two wrists - it becomes sweeter. I never understood the resemblence to Hermes "Un Jardin sur le Nil" until I did it. The fantastic top notes of pomelo and grapefruit become sweeter, and start to smell a bit like green mango, which is not bad at all, and make this frgrance versitile. Either way, this perfume is great. The almonds are what really won me over, they give a bitter-sweet podwdery vibe that I adore. And of course, as with most of Bvlgari perfumes, the perfectly clean note of tea is present throughout. The longtivety is not amazing (as expected), but sillage is quite impressive at the begining. it takes around an hour and a half for it to become more of a skin scent, which is moderate in my opinion. 3 words that could sum up the experience: Bitter; Clean; Summery. A heavenly scent, that I hope wil never be discontinued.

When it is scorching hot, this is the one to reach for. If you find Light Blue a little bit screechy, this is more approachable. If the usual Citrusy scent starts to smell like household cleaner, the citrus here is less fizzy but still energizing. Jasmine here is clean, thanks to the lily of the valley that brings brightness and almost aquatic note. This might be a Spring scent (as the PR states) but this blooms in the Summertime. Longevity is moderate but I guess that can be expected for fresh fragrances. Trail is moderate too but almost ethereal. Anyway it is disappointing that this is discontinued to give way to rerelease of Classics into Splendida (not really impressed) and Goldea (slightly impressed) collections and of course the Exclusive line of THE GEM collection which for mere mortals like me, needs to sell an organ to get it (joking... not really. The Perfume Pros showed some of the Le Gemme collection. They raved about the packaging and bottle,looked really expensive). Anyway please get it while you can, wherever you can (gray market, garage sale, goodwill etc...) because this is really good.

I managed to snag a sample of this at the stores and I have to say I really enjoy the Exquise. I compared it side by side to the Mon Jasmin Noir and found this one more floral and sweeter- it is light and pleasant. It is also much less harshly citrus than the more aquatic Jardin sur le Nil! In my opinion, this is for an intellectually mature and youthful lady. The jasmin is definitely there but what I like so much about the dry down are the refreshing citrus/cedar notes. It lasted on my body for around 4-5 hours but it has definitely lingered on my clothes for the whole day. I've purchased a bottle and I'm so looking forward to it. I think to describe it more accurately, I am reminded of a mildly sweet milk tea with a citrus taste! I can picture a young lady in a laced a-line white dress paired with light green heels, sitting upright and legs crossed at a planned outdoor venue. She enjoys the garden scenery from afar, observing the world quietly and inquisitively.

This fragrance is the fragrance of the Paradise, at least among those few I've smelt so far. There's just nothing better than this. And discontinued? Yes, I got mine from ebay quite expensively and there are more for even higher prices. Since I had just tried examples of Jasmin Noir (a bit too noir but exactly what the name says) and Mon Jasmin Noir (amazing), I see that this one could be a certain far away derivation of the latter but there's no jasmine here anymore. I don't smell any of those mentioned top notes either. Perhaps pomelo only in some sense but the rest is a heavenly mixture of I don't know what. I am very very thankful to Sophie Labbé for creating such a masterpiece! Every time I put it on I can't believe my nose that something like this actually exists... It's like out of this world. 6 points in a scale of 5.

Jasmin Noir Exquise is a very lovely perfume; gentle, soft and green, suitable for all ages and occassions. It reminds me a little bit of grass, something I love. As I have a lot of fruity perfumes, this is a very nice change from what I normally wear: I feel elegant and sophisticated when wearing this perfume. The bottle is also very pretty, but the price not so much though. It is very expensive, especially for the poor longevity you get. This scent unfortunately wears off quite quickly on me. I do love the fragrance though, so I happily reapply throughout the day with my mini pocket-sized refillable bottle. I highly recommend it if you're looking for a soft, fresh/green, sophisticated and non-offensive scent. This beautiful, elegant, delicate and special scent is my new number one favourite (shared 1st place with D&G)...

This smells so beautiful like a very nice clean exspensive soap. It's so funny when I first smelled this I said hmm that smells like my mom, like did you ever smell something that just reminds you of someone or it just smells like something they'd wear...So my mom was stuck on wanting the Bvlgari Coral for X-mas, but I brought back a sample of this from nordies she sprayed this on herself && fell in love, she said forget the coral I want this! Guess my hunch was right && it does last && the nicer thing is it's very unique I haven't smelled another scent that reminds me of this, it's its own scent, apparently I see it's close to Hermes, but I never smelled that one so it's still unique to me. deff. try it out, clean, bright && classy, perfect for those spring && summer months. :)

When I first tried this, It quickly reminded me of my Signature, UN jardin sur le nil. So, I thought, this was a knock-off Sur Le Nil. Another day I sampled it again and said:"Wow!" It totally reminds me of Acqua di Gioia in the heart phase. Not sure what note that is but hopefully someone can smell the same thing I'm smelling and make it clear to me. It's a great thing that Mon Jasmine Noir & Jasmine Noir smell NOTHING like this beauty. Another thing, It smells like Sur Le Nil but with sweetness/sugar added to soften out the tart composition that I SO LOOOOVE! I am looking to purchase the the tester bottle for under $30.00 on EBay. Bvlgari Mon Jasmin Noir L'eau Exquise, I am no longer sad to say that you may smell even better than my Sur le nil. My new signature scent!

So I go to sephora looking for Bvlgari perfume, I wanted the rose essentielle, but they were out of those minis, but they had jasmine noir, recalling all the reviews I was like heck yea!! I get to the car, I open it up excited spray some on expecting a sex bomb, then...wth? Why am I not smelling anything? Wait, is that tea??So I get on here check the notes out, n yea- so not like the jasmine noir. Humph..a tad dissapointing. Preconceptions aside, its actually a really lovely fresh scent. Kind of reminds me of givenchy ange ou demon le secret (2014) but its fresher less perfumy, lasts a while too. Great for those who like subtle cleanish scents. i'll enjoy using the mini through summer.Not sure i'd buy a full bottle, its abit pricey for a fresh scent.

This is my new favorite perfume. I'm new to the perfume world so I can't comment on notes, but this a beautiful, fresh fragrance. I feel so pretty and elegant wearing it. It is a floral, but I do not detect any powderiness to it. Just fresh and clean. It lasted a long time on me - my husband kept commenting on how good I smelled when he would catch whiffs of me, and my little boy told me I smelled good when I put him to bed. He told me I smelled so good that he wanted to snuggle with me all day! I only had a sample, but after wearing it all day today, I ordered a bottle! It would be perfect for summer and more suited for day time IMO, but I love it so much I want to wear it all year round, day and night. This is my new signature fragrance!

Opening is fresh, citrusy grapefruit (but not bitter/tangy) and then you get very soft sweet almond coming through underneath (a milky almond, not a candied/sugared almond). These two then blend to a nice smooth/sweet refreshing scent. The jasmine comes in later and the almond begins to fade and I begin to smell tea like a sweet iced tea but not strong - the jasmine is stronger. Hope that all made sense! Overall, I think its a lovely delicate scent, but not in the sense that you can't smell it. It's blended well and I agree that its refreshing and definitely great for summer. It does not turn soapy on my skin (which I hate). I would like to see how this is layered with matching lotion. I too don't understand the name 'noir'!

Last October I saw it at a Free Shop while returning from a trip, I aproach it to my nose to sense slightly the smell...Delicious, as I had tried many perfumes, did not put it on my skin, and I left the place thinking of buying in any chance ... A few days ago I bought it on line because I was remembering that smell, and what a great idea! It's like someone reviewed it here, smells like heaven, has a very clean and fresh, but with a touch of almond and citrus out, and flowers! As I read around here that did not last long in the first test exaggerated the amount and still feel it(10 days later) slightly perfume on clothing. It smells like a clean scent,very elegant, and great quality, really delicate! Highly recommended!

This is one of my favorite scents of all time. It is light, airy and has a walk in the garden kind of aura. I first bought the small spray and went for the large size right after. I went on a trip to Mexico City and wore it day and night. Now it will be forever connected with that trip! (I like to do that with scents) and what I like most about it is that there is no other fragrance to me that smells like this...soft jasmine after a spring rain. Trees, wood, moss and fog, misty. But with the sunshine rays coming through. Downside...it does not last long on me and I have to keep that small spray in my bag at all times to reapply. But I still love it and I get lots of compliments!

Mon Jasmin Noir L'Eau Exquise is one of my guilty little pleasures. I love the burst of citrus that slowly dries down to the prettiest, softest of jasmines. It is close to the skin (which I prefer 90% of the time), but not so much that I actually have to make an effort to smell it on myself. I catch lovely little whiffs for several hours after spraying. Truly, one of the best little flankers out there and a perfect springtime scent. It doesn't hold up to a cold winter day, but when the sun peeks out--it is adorable, and suits all age ranges. The bottle with the light green juice is gorgeous, too, and I find bottles to be an important part of my perfume experience.

I love it! I have been looking for this fragrance for years. It's citrusy, refreshing but lingering. I thought at first it would dissapear quickly but it didn't. It's much better than Elizabeth Arden, much more subtle, very sparkling and refreshing. Very often the top citrus notes dissapear after few minutes and the middle and bottom notes are just different from the initial sparkle. I guess it also depends on the skin, on mine the combination of musk, jasmine, pomelo, grapefruit and white tea is just divine... It doesn't change, which I think has to do with the fact that it is high quality product.5 stars!

If u want a close dupe, Sur Le Nil most DEF is! I've been on this site long enough to know that u can't listen to everyone and just smell for yourself. I thought Sur Le Nil was my real love until I smelled MJNLE. It's pretty obvious that both scents are EXTREMELY similar in the opening and middle notes, even in the dry-down. Sur Le Nil's dry-down just leans a tad bit more vegetal and also just a bit masculine. This is the reason why I fell in love MJNLE even more. Sample Sur Le Nil for yourselves and see. Thank me later😘

HazelMae is spot on, the noir could not be more out of place for this super-fresh, light pomelo floral on iced green tea. The original Jasmin Noir was a sweet, powdery, almond-milk-jasmin, Mon Jasmin Noir was a watered-down version of the exact same juice and this....this is something else altogether. It is a playful, young, fresh, green spring breeze, elegant and lovely. At the same time, it is not very original. However, I am very into light florals with a citrus and/or green tea note, so I absolutely adore this!

I enjoyed wearing this perfume. I loved it passionately for 3 years! This is all I wanted to wear along with its body lotion when I discovered it. It smelled so feminine and delicately sensual, I fell for it hard. It lasted a long time on my skin and I always complain about my fragrances fleeing from me. This one stuck with me for hours. I smelled good in the evening hours after work! I suddenly stopped loving it last year though. Now all I smell is grapefruit and tea. Jasmine must have evaporated from my bottle.

I adore this scent, it sparkles, is a little sweet and very citrus, but longevity is poor with almost no silage. I keep asking my friends if they can smell it on me - they cannot. My bottle is almost empty and I do not know if I will repurchase. I would like something that lasts longer and is more noticeable, but when I am wearing this, wondering where it went, and then suddenly I get a whiff of it on a light breeze it is perfection! To me it is unique and I have not smelled anything that can take its place.

Very innofensive beautiful summer fragrance, citrusy fresh, not overwhelmingly citrusy, there's sweetness hidden somewhere in there, enough to remind you its made for women. Smb mentioned it smells like AE "Green tea" -uuhmm...I had "Green tea" before they fall into the summery fresh green category but this is like a grown up version of it, not the same at all, much more refined. On first test it shows very good lasting power. I would def buy this for summer unless something better crosses my way.

An excellent combination of jasmine and tea, not too floral (jasmine) and not too citrusy. This is definitely what I was finding to wear for spring and especially summer. The scent is so natural, fresh and airy just like the scent of nature. This is my favorite from 'Bvlgari'. Normally I don't use to buy Bvlgari perfumes because of their poor lasting power and also their scents are quite similar to one another & boring. But,this is the one i can wear daily to uni.

I love how luxurious it makes me feel, in a refined, yet effortless, way. It's a light, warm, inviting citrus that isn't too biting, and still retains a fresh feel to it. Bvlgari Mon Jasmin Noir L'Eau Exquise is a bright, sunny warm citrus floral that I like to use to brighten my day or feel like a million dollars. It's not a dark, sensual fragrance, but a more inviting, personable fragrance that leaves an impression. A unique and beautifully uplifting perfume.

Normally I avoid "fresh" perfumes because they tend to smell either too soapy, too sharp or too citrus-y on my skin. However this fragrance is actually nice! Its a soft citrus and tea scent, with subtle jasmine and musk. This is definitely a fresh and airy perfume. Its quite clean and soft, but not soapy, so I think its nice for the warmer months. The only downside is that it's too soft and the longevity could be improved. The bottle is beautiful though!

It's a crispy and fresh scent that will make you feel expensive. It's definitely not overpowering, but would suit a more mature audience or celebration. You get a tiny hint of sweetness (which I like) underneath the spicy jasmin middle notes, and I disagree with the other reviews saying the notes of citrus are too overpowering–I think the scent is extremely white. I also really like layering this with other sweeter scents for more casual days. :-)

This perfume is definitely very light, citrusy with a nice bright, sparkling jasmine dry down. It works perfectly with my body chemistry and this is the first perfume that I've ever thought "this is the one". Needless to say, I will continue buying bottles of this until I find something else that works so well with me (and I enjoy smelling so much). I live in Florida, so I can wear this year round. It's such a pretty fragrance.

Well, Jasmin Noir Edp, gorgeous as it was, has never been noir enough, so L'eau version is not related to the original in the same way as Chanel 5 L'eau to Chanel 5. Nevertheless, a couple of summers ago I was obsessed with L'eau Exquise and the freshness that it brings. Clean, sharp, sitrucy jasmin on the lightest musc possible. Ideal white shirt smell. I would have loved it having any sillage og trail.

I love this one! It's like champagne for the skin: fresh, sparkling and bubbly!... It's a happy blend of tea/citrus/jasmin, with a sprinkle of almonds to round it bit. Each time I wear it I want to take a deep breath in, that's how much it feels refreshing!.... The only downside: fleeting sillage and longevity... On me, this has the staying power of a cologne or a body spray...easy come easy go.

I list it under the same category of perfumes such as Eclat D'Arpege (which I die for and both contain green tea in the notes). These types of perfumes are my favorite. Its a bit sour at first and then it gets sweeter. It brings images of hot middle eastern nights with a shining moon. Very unique and mysterious scent. Much much better than the original which is abit bitter and obnoxious to me.

I do not love Jardin Sur Le Nil but I DO love this Bvlgari. This is lacking that herbally green note and is more palatable for me. Really bright citrus and tea notes with just enough jasmine to give it some femininity. But I wish it was a little more long lasting, because you have to respray a lot with this one. I went through a bottle really fast because of that, at least it's inexpensive.

I didn't expect such complexity from this fragrance. I used to wear this once or twice and didn't appreciate it as much as I should. It really has that spicy jasmine undertone to it from original Mon Jasmin Noir. But it is entirely covered by tea-grapefruit-pomelo combo which is heavenly for me. It is very elegant, yet light and sporty. Longlasting and with good projection. Love it.

I have never felt this way about a female scent before. I cannot stop smelling myself, It is so soft, lovely and comforting. My mind conjures images of love every time I take a deep breath of this, I just want to be completely enveloped in this, its so natural and works so well with my chemistry that it literally melts into my person! I am thinking of making this my signature scent.

The scent is very classy and intriguing. It’s a juxtaposition of being strong and subtle. This is timeless and can be used for any season and any time of the day but I would prefer using this for special occasions. This is not playful and whimsical, but rather mature and sophisticated. I am picking the same vibe with Lancome’s Le Nuitt Tresor, but I prefer this.

A sunny day fragrance for one with darker tendencies. It's bright, cheerful scent, that I spray at times just to uplift my mood, even if I'm not going out. It's more sophisticated than the average light floral, deeper, and very feminine. A walk in a deep forest covered in jasmine, on a bright sunny day. That balance is what sets it apart to me..

I fell in love with this at first sniff in a department store. I'm not very experienced with fragrances, but I did try it on with testers - multiple times, evey time I pass by said store, and no matter how many times I try it, I can't let it stay on my skin. Longevity is 1.5 hours tops. Shame, since it's such a beautiful and fresh fragrance.

It is such a pretty perfume.Citrusy,beautiful composition with pomelo and grepfruit,the dry down is a light jasmine,just gorgeous!For spring and summer is the perfect choice.....the bottle is very elegant,feminine and with the little flowers on the bottom is lovely.I realy love this fragrance,I enjoy wear this,and love iiiit!

The pomelo front dissipated fairly quickly leaving a gorgeous cloud of jasmine that developed into a warm elegant spicy softness. I enjoy fresher fragrances as my skin tends to hold and amplify scents, even light ones. This starts clean but leaves a more sophisticated lasting impression. Really perfect for me.

Perfect choice for the hottest, muggiest days. If you like Jardin sur le Nil but find the price or the vegetable notes off-putting, try Eau Exquise. Nothing “noir” about it. Loads of citrus (pomelo), almond, tea and jasmine. Slightly astringent, but the almond lends a creamy aspect. Leaves a lovely afterglow.

Note: If you love this and want lemon instead of grapefruit, a softer version try Hello Beauty by La Rive, same family. If you want something more intense/deeper go for Ange ou Demon Le Elixir(or the Acqua di Parisis) I love all of them. But hands down in my book Mon Jasmin Noir L'eau Exquise is the queen.

This is gorgeous. To me it smells like you're outside on your wooden deck on a crisp sunny spring day enjoying unsweetened iced tea with lemon and there's a bouquet of white flowers on a table nearby. Longevity is great and it is sheer, classy, and work-appropriate. Full bottle purchase worthy.

The only perfume I have ever encountered that is unique enough to make it a signature scent yet social enough to not cause any offense. It got me feeling like I am enjoying a perfectly cool summer evening, curling up on a sofa reading my favorite book, with wind and cicadas playing harmony.

Mon Jasmin Noir L'Eau Exquise Bvlgari for women smells exquisite, as the name suggests. The scent is unique, light as air, but lasts all day. I LOVE it. I enjoy smelling it all day as I wear it. Yes, and it does have a sexy pepper zing! This perfume slays me! Take me – I'm yours...

it's a funny thing how you don't really pay much attention to a fragrance until you find out that it's been discontinued and prices went rocket high :) But it is very lovely,crispy citrus for elegant woman that deserves attention nevertheles

It's a chameleon. Sometimes the citrus dominates and sometimes it is more floral. I feel like I have a 2 for 1 and I never know what I'm going to get, but I love both. I do hope to find a layer that will boost the performance.

Beautiful, refeshing, and delicious! This is definitely officially one of my favorite Bvlgari fragrances. I want this, Jasmin Noir L'Essence, and the new Coral. Why is money so scarce at the moment?! I wanna cry. Haha! : )

This works really well with my body chemistry. It is light, airy, and definitely floral but with a nice woody dry down, just my style. I get lots of compliments and prefer this to Mon Jasmin Noir and Jasmin Noir.

This perfume smells like a dream. Smelling this feels like sitting in the garden full of herbs and fresh air. On the other hand it is still very elegant. It is like paradise in the bottle.

It actually does smell like Un Jardin Sur Le Nil. And it could easily be an unisex. I like it. Pomelo and grapefruit are very prominent in this fragrance. Plus, the bottle is lovely.

I agree this is "Sur le Nil Light" and slightly sweeter version (minus mango). This is lightness and spring in a bottle, delicious citrus with a light almond flavour, love it.

LOVE love love this scent - why was this discontinued??? The grapefruit in this is lovely, and it just smells clean, classy and sophisticated.

It's still have original's sweetness and jasmin, also have freshness its own. I love this. but maybe change its name. it's not noir at all.

I wish there was a more concentrated version of this. I loved it from the start, possibly the 'brightest' perfume I ever smelled.
