Yes Intoxicated is more refined,more appealing, more sexi,more mass pleasing than A man.And yes I will choose A man every single time insted Intoxicated.Don't get me wrong.A man is my favourite scent, period.But in situation when you are in close encounters,when you kiss a girl,when you are in romantic evening ofc Intoxicated is better choice.But when you want to feel superior,when you are in quest of conquering a girl,when you want to let evrybody know that you are out of this world,don't care what they think of you and let them know that you will certainly win all games that life put infront of you,I'm sorry but for that I'll choose A man every single god given day. Longevity - 10/10(10+hours) Silage/Projection - 8/10(nice projection and silage for the first 2-3 hours) Weather - autumn,winter Age - 22+ Compliments - 9/10 Scent - 9/10(beautifull scent) Main notes according to me - coffee,patchouli,cardamom,nutmeg,dark chocolate The drydown is more or less the same like the opening and i get some tonka bean,tobacco and vanilla.Intoxicated is a little bit linear scent but in a good way. Emotions -sexi,date,passionate,romance,love,warm Perfect for autumn and winter casual activities,date, romantic evening.You'll get compliments with this one. Ladies love this scent.

Just WOW! So, I'm not sure HOW I missed this one! I've been a huge By Kilian fan for many years. I've owned (and own) a few full bottles of By Kilian fragrances. Somehow, I never managed to own, or sample a decant of this wonderful perfume. I'm recognizing I LOVE cardamom in fragrances. To my nose, cardamom is the perfect exotic ingredient (spice) that adds the requisite amount of spiciness & excitement to a fragrance. By Kilian "Intoxicated" is quite nice. Performs as expected given the perfume pyramid notes. The opening is delightful with a blast of aldehydic, cardamom-coffee notes. Gentle floral notes (geranium, I suppose) merge seamlessly with the opening. Additional spice notes are evident...definitely ginger...in the middle development. A unique blend of (some) sweet notes, a wee-bit of tobacco (the leaf and flower, not lit, or burnt tobacco) and some sugared-patchouli are all evident in the base notes/dry down. The high quality of perfume ingredients is obvious, as is perfect blending and merging of all ingredients/notes. Would DEFINITELY be full bottle worthy for me IF the performance was a bit better. Longevity isn't great and there is zero silage. I don't care if a fragrance is not beast mode; not all fragrances should be. But it seems like after 30-45 minutes, I no longer detect any fragrance. Cannot buy Intoxicated at its current price point. But regardless, the fragrance is lovely.

Ok, Intoxicated 'By Kilian', I owe you an apology, I wasn't familiar with your game, I was very much put off by this fragrance when I first tried it in store, but after getting my nose acquainted with the notes and the way this fragrance is put together all I can say is WOW, I absolutely adore this fragrance, I put out a review earlier that more or less said I was on the fence on this, which I've delete and start fresh. This is quite possibly my favourite coffee oriented fragrance that isn't sweet and gourmand like majority of other coffee fragrances I've smelt and/or seen, this is at its core a Spicy cardamom coffee fragrance with a little sweetness that comes in later in the dry down, I also agree that this smells kinda like the Turkish coffee variant with Cardamom in it. It's quite creamy too in a good way, and has this sort of calming affect about it which I can't quite place why, this is a more masculine fragrance in my opinion, but a woman could also definitely pull this off, can be dressed up or down easily as well, good for all seasons except summer, and on my skin it lasted for about 8 hours with loud-medium projection for the first 3 hours, then became majority a skin scent. Final Verdict for me is an 8.8/10, despite the price I'm considering getting a full bottle

It smells amazing, with strong cardamom fragrance. As some one from India/ Kerala this smell too familiar though. This smells like our spice market. Even a sweet caramelly jaggery(unrefined sugar with molases) note was there in the opening. This time I got the reformulation (I think). It smells like soap. No more of that sweet jaggery like note, just soap after a few minutes. very disappointing. (The fragrance was so different I tried it from another vendor also, but same disappointing soapy smell) Edit- Nevertheless, after dry down it has a beautiful crispy fragrance. & I managed to get along with the new reformulations. Now I started putting some cardamom in my south Indian milk coffee. It taste wonderful. It taste like I am using actual jaggery in Coffey, pretty handy discovery ,for I only use stevia or erythritol for sweetening. We put cardamom in Cha but not in coffee, I wonder why, since cardamom grows here & is native to our mountains. Edit 2 Ok was not using this for months & now it seems to have macerated & that beautiful cardamom, molasse like sweet smell is back & masked all the soapiness.

Eski sokakları hayal edin. O eski evler arasında sobadan tüten simsiyah odunların duman kokusu sokakları sarıyor. Bu hep akşam vakitlerinde oluyor. Sabah oldu. Hepinize öncelikle Günaydınlar. Evden çıktınız. Akşamdan kalma siyah duman kokusu ve karşı dükkandan gelen buram buram tatlı kokuları sokağı sarmış durumda. İçeri girdiniz ve kendinize güzel bir americano ve muhallebi söylediniz. Sabah için biraz değişik bir kahvaltı oldu. Acı bir duman gibi tatlı bir vanilyalı kahve kokusu. Gerçekçi bir kahve kokusu ve aşırı mazi gibi geçmiş kokuyor. Eski modaya ait bir koku gibi hissettiriyor. Mükemmel bir sanat 10/9.4

Love this, marvelous scent, dry down is so addictively pleasant I keep smelling my wrist. It's a compound smell to my nose can't pick any note but you do feel each one of them while smelling it. If this was released 30 yrs ago it would be screaming like Kouros but it's very toned down and much clean scent. I''l put this in more masculine leaning scents. One of those fragrances where I buy a lot of backups and since I discovered it's clone which is 99% same with great performance, I got a lot of it may be like 4 liters all put together. Winter scent, I'll not wear it in summer. Scent 9/10 If you like the notes coffee, cardamom, nutmeg, aromatic spices etc you'll love this. Sillage 7/10 The projection comes to arm's length within 3 hrs and 1 ft. after 6 hrs. Longevity 9/10 Stays 8 plus hrs on my skin but the jacket in hanger still had it after 2 days. Value 6/10 Expensive but the scent is marvelous try to get the clone along apply 50/50 to save OG.

I didn’t expect to love it this much, but it completely got under my skin in the best way. From the first spray, the cardamom hits with this spicy green edge that feels perhaps a bit harsh and dark, then a beautkful coffee accord starts to rise, deep and dark. It smells like a shot of Turkish coffee with sugar at the bottom of the cup. Rich, warm, and smooth. The cinnamon and nutmeg add a soft heat, and there’s just enough vanilla and caramel in the drydown to round it out without turning it into a dessert. What I love most is that it stays elegant. It’s sweet but never too sweet. Spicy but not loud. On my skin, it lasts for hours and leaves a cozy, seductive trail. The kind of scent that makes me want to bury my face in my own sweater. This is what I wear when I want to feel confident, magnetic, and fully in control. Truly addictive. A signature level scent for me. Shame i missed it all those years...

Upon its initial spray all at once I get notes of Cardamom, Nutmeg, & Lavender blended with Milk Chocolate, Coffee, & spiked with Whiskey. Its both fresh spicy & warm spicy with a fleeting Whiskey note. Cardamom, Lavender, & Patchouli give the fragrance a vintage 80's feel & its perfectly woven within its semisweet gourmand notes, which helps Intoxicated to lean more masculine. As Intoxicated dries down further Patchouli lends a subtle Earthy nuance like wet soil. Its in this stage where it begins to turn warm spicy with the introduction of Cinnamon. The Phantom notes I pick up on are Lavender, Whiskey, Chocolate, Tonka Bean, Vanilla, Cedar, Sandalwood, & Patchouli. Imagine Thierry Mugler's Pure Malt done Niche, with none of the synthetic rubbery nuances the A*Men line is known for. Intoxicated is very intoxicating. It's dark, mysterious, & sexy. Its a weapon of seduction in the right hands.

Intoxicated what a perfect name for this Fragrence. It fills the air with such a sweet spicy aroma that is just that.... Intoxicating. It opens up with 2 types of cardamom , green and green absolu. And they are very prominent. Then swoops in the sweetness from Caramel mocha and vanilla. But it’s not what you’re thinking sweet like a JPG. It perfectly blended just right with no headache inducing tendencies. Then the cinnamon and nutmegs start shining though. I feel like you can pick up each one of these notes off skin and in the air. It’s balanced seductive, addicting, and at the end intoxicating. Made for the cooler moths for sure but this is so nice. Could be worn in the office as well as a special event it’s goumondy but the spicey ness of the cardamom balances it so smooth. It’s not super loud but enough to let people around you know you’re there.

The scent begins with heavy, sweet scents of cinnamon and caramel, but it also smells a little like vanilla and very slightly like honey and chocolate. In addition, the scent is tart and quite spicy. Actually reminds me of A*Men by Thierry Mugler, only it seems less biting to me.The cardamom is definitely responsible for the bitter-spicy, the coffee note. Later, the fragrance continues to smell of sweet spicy scents, of nutmeg and cardamom, but unfortunately no longer of coffee, as it is becoming weaker and weaker and soon says goodbye. Much later the fragrance smells basically the same as it did at the beginning, only with slight differences in the individual intensities. The biggest difference is that the fragrance is much softer and more pleasant at the end than at the beginning, as the fragrance becomes slightly more powdery in the base.

Intoxicated is more nuanced than I initially gave it credit for, but anyone interested in this fragrance really needs to like cardamom because especially in the opening you get an intensely strong blast of it. I found it a bit overpowering and struggled to really discover many of the other notes at first but my appreciation increased over time as I had the chance to wear it more often. Kilian is typically known for boozy gourmands and while Intoxicated has some gourmand aspects to it, this is certainly nowhere near as sweet as Angel's Share or Black Phantom. It's predominantly a spicy oriental with a lot of green cardamom, a bit of nutmeg and cinnamon fused with some coffee and aromatic notes. It's only in the background that I get a hint of caramelized sugar to give it a faint sweetness.

Well, shit, I love it. I just... I seem to go WILD for cardamom. The force of the cardamom is strong with this one. I love Elephant and A*Men but Intoxicated works much better for me. It is smoother, deeper and never smells sour to my nose, which is often the case (amber and muscs are mostly to blame). I MAY even like it better than Lune Feline. There is also a very prominent and rounded note of coffee, the best I've smelled since Follow by Kerosene. A pinch of cinnamon hints at baked goods. Longevity: very good. Sillage: so-so. It is linear. Like a complete freak I layer this with Tihota for maximum vanilla and cardamom goodness. I think I smell like a traditional Scandinavian cinnamon bun, but those around me seem to find Intoxicated, Tihota or no Tihota, gag-worthy. Too bad for them.

What makes Intoxicated stand out is its unwavering linearity—it remains true to its identity from start to finish, yet manages to add depth and intrigue to a familiar scent profile. With good projection but only average longevity, it’s a fragrance that makes an impact while it lasts. For those who adore spiced coffee fragrances, this is an excellent choice. Absolutely love this one. Cardamom is my favourite spice, and this has has an amazing, natural accord. It really is like cracking open some green cardamom pods. Paired with coffee it's heaven for me. The rest of the composition is nicely balanced to my nose. Fragrantica is missing some notes, but according to Kilian, the base is caramelised sugar. I can detect this sweetness, but the overall composition is well balanced with the natural spices, and I can pick up an orangey citrus accord early on. Next to the spices, it's like adding sliced oranges to mulled wine. A kind of sharpness that adds another facet to the mix. Overall this smells very high quality to me. Compared to another coffee fragrance I have - Polo Red Extreme, this is like a Rolls Royce in comparison.

Sniff it while listening to the album Intoxicated Man by Mick Harvey. It is usually described as a refined version of Mugler's AMen. Although I have only smelled the Mugler once (and it didn't captivate me much), the comparison seems accurate, but unlike AMen, I quite like this perfume. The blend of spices, coffee, and vanilla works very well and makes this scent addictive, leading us to want to be constantly sniffing it. The longevity and projection are quite good, but the high price of a 50 ml bottle (more than €200) is excessive. Given its characteristics, it is not exactly a versatile fragrance (more suitable for special occasions/events) but it has a good performance on my skin (more than 8 hours of longevity).

Smooth and dry Turkish coffee with cardamom. Not sharp at all, just a lot of smoothness (not creaminess and not sharp either). Genuinely beautiful fragrance but lacks versatility (not as much as some other niche fragrances). Owning a full bottle of this is insane but I would definitely recommend sampling and trying this out if you like coffee and/or cardamom. Performance is excellent, a decant will suffice you. If you are after something different and unique yet masculine, bold and daring, consider trying this. I do enjoy this one quite a bit on colder days during the daytime when it's chilly in the early afternoon. I think I am biased since it reminds me of my holidays in Istanbul. 9/10

Landed a 30ml travel set recently with 4 X 7.5ml bottles. Intoxicated is one of those. First hit reminded me of Mugler’s A-Men. That unmistakeable coffee and spice mix. There’s a slightly danky, earthy vibe in this, possibly from the nutmeg, however, that disappears and this wonderful sweetness shines through from the cinnamon. I find this slightly sweeter than A-Men but just as long lasting. Projection is moderate to strong. Maybe not as prominent as A-Men, but still noticeable. Worth the $400 AUD for a 50ml bottle? If you’ve the cash to splash. Tbh, I’d be happy spunking $75 on a 100ml bottle of A-Men again. Still a classy number, all the same.

I'm gonna write this review as an infomercial. Are you tired of famous date fragrance like The One and La Nuit having very poor performance ? So bad that your date probably can't even smell it ? Do you like the scent of sweet coffee ? Do you like fragrances that have a punch of crackling spice without smelling like car air fresheners ? Did you like the idea behind Angel Men but found the opening to be too edgy and not harmonic with the rest of the notes ? Do you want to wake up to your date wearing your shirt because "it smells so damn good" ? If you said yes to these questions, Intoxicated by Kilian is the fragrance for you

This is one of the very few, if not only, fragrance that you can currently buy new on the market that is genuinely beast mode. Like projecting all day and being detected as a skin scent all week if you put it on clothes. This is similar to the og 90's a*men which I have, except I dont pick up as much patchouli. The smell gives me the vibes of a pimp with a big ass fur coat, and hes not a wannabe, hes really like that and knows his stuff. Thick and rich cardamom supported by coffee and a nice sweetness to tie it together. If you want serious beastmode this is the only fragrance that will satisfy you this day and age.

My scent of the night is Intoxicated by Kilian, and in my opinion, it’s one of the best cardamom and coffee fragrances out there. The inspiration behind the fragrance is "a cup of smooth dark Turkish coffee." It’s not a sweet coffee shop drink; it’s that intense, dense, and serious dark roasted spicy Turkish coffee. It projects so nicely and creates the most beautiful scent bubble around me, like a personal aura of warmth and spice. And it leaves a hypnotizing scent trail! I save it for cold winter days, and it makes a gray winter day feel special. It smells exactly like its name: Intoxicated 🖤
