Love the way you Taste

Testing this today. A green, fresh, citrusy mint! I love mint - as a flavor, as a smell, as a plant - if it's minty, give it to me! I have one beef with mint fragrances, though - the mint never lasts. Much like minty gum being chewed, the flavor is strongest immediately and then fades & fades & fades... The same is true of this lovely. I ADORE the first blast. Soooo deliciously minty and fresh with a citrus undercurrent. (others are saying it is masculine and I disagree - I find this to be just RIGHT in the middle, perfectly unisex actually.) However, it fades so quickly... into a pleasant, fresh lemony magnolia. Pretty, but the part that I love - that zingy, electrifying minty part - doesn't stick around past the first several minutes. The mint fragrances I keep in my wardrobe tend to have one thing in common. They're relatively inexpensive so I can keep spraying them, to keep experiencing that first minty blast. This one's a bit too expensive for that, though. I think I'd burn through this like nobody's business, so I absolutely can't justify the $250 cost. Sigh.

The smell is just wonderfull. On hot day, after shower, spraying this on you makes you feel really good and fresh. Its really well rounded, peppermint, and citrus predominant.. Its unisex, and the blend its really really well made, it doesnt smell sharp, it doest smell sour and its also a little bit sweet but not to much. In another comment someone says that dont like the name because its like a line to pick on Girls.. i have to say, like smelling a fruit and already know that it's tasty, this gives you the same feeling that wearing it, your body smells tasty. I didnt smelled a better peppermint parfume. bad thing is, It lasts like 2 hours on skin. Sad.

This leans anyway you want it to. A Mojito, sure, but also a minty, citrus cologne type fragrance that has more heft than your usual citrus summer fragrance. In fact, I enjoy wearing in the cold, I'll admit my cold isn't really icy cold, but more ocean cool, and it still gives a nice icy hit of mint and citrus. Not particularly groundbreaking but it doesn't have that vulgar cocktail after smell that can happen with this type of scent, enjoyable, but I wouldn't pay the price that people are asking for it today.

I had the pleasure of smelling this In Saks!I was told that the price would be a bit lower because it wont come in the fancy box. The fragrance is unisex, but is the more masculine of the pair. It has a Gin and mint vibe and I personally think it smells great! It definitely reminded me of that Tapas restaurant in South Beach Fl. where I over indulged on mojitos. It was a wild night and needless to say this fragrance brought back a some good memories!

I was actually blown away. At first I thought it was generic. But the more it hung around on skin, the more I understood the scent. Fantastic offering. Right up there with Vetiver Geranium for longevity + freshness. 8/10 will FB for summer/spring

This is addicting mojito that opens very green like you just you muddled mint. Citrus bursts forth on top of a fizzy base - it does lean sweet after awhile much like a sugary drink. It is simplistic but its extremely smooth and well blended.

Fresh, clean, and refined. I actually like to put this on right after I shower. It is also the perfect scent for a very hot day - a day where most other scents can feel clammy and suffocating. Well done. Huge bummer this is a limited run.

Vetiver, cucumber, celery, lime, ice. Really unique and really good.

So I picked up a sample of this fragrance a few days ago and at first I thought it was OK, but it has grown on me. I think part of that was due to the fact that we are transitioning into spring and this is definitely a spring/summer scent. Killian released two new summer scents, and this one is definitely the more masculine of the two. However, I think it would still smell good on women as well. It is a cool, refreshing, effervescent scent that is definitely reminiscent of a mojito. I could certainly smell the peppermint and lemon at the top, but I also got a hint of subtle cucumber as well. The mid notes are also crisp, but I think the base of Vetiver is what makes it more masculine. All in all, I think it is a great summer scent that not many people will have, so it is definitely worth picking up a bottle.

I don't like many citrus scents but I love this! It starts zingy and bright like freshly squeezed ice cold lemonade, even juicier than the real thing somehow. It's minty fresh, green almost grassy. Amazing mint note here. Magnolia is the perfect floral for this fragrance, and vetiver to ground it. Super high quality, never screechy or synthetic. I adore this fragrance, but rarely do I want to smell this citrusy and bright. I will enjoy every drop while my sample lasts, but won't try to own a bottle. Projects well the first thirty minutes, average potency for another 30 minutes, then it's barely there and fades to nothing quite fast. Love the Way you Taste layered over Love the Way You Feel = Summertime fragrance perfection! These two were absolutely made for each other. 😍

The first 20 minutes this is an uber mint and citrus scent, mellowing into a vetiver dominant drydown. I love mint in perfumes, unfortunately this is on par with my experience with mint in other perfumes: no real lasting power. It’s unfair to test an obvious summer blend in cold weather, so read with reservations. I will pack this in my suitcase and try in warmer, desert heat when I will be there in a few weeks. The bottle design is cool, even though the name of this is dumb, my only complaint. “Love the way you Taste” sounds like a cheesy pick up line from a guy wearing a three piece leisure suit. Maybe that’s suppose to appeal to a 20 or 30 something, but it sounds to me like the marketing department is trying too hard. (If it matters, this is a unisex scent.)

one of the freshest Kilians out there. Pretty, cool, clean and herbaceous. Like a limeade cocktail. It's very gender neutral and can be worn anywhere in the daytime. Beach, meeting, gym, it's so easy to dress this one up and down. Playful summer musthave :)

Finally a frag from this house I really like! It is really refreshing yet not the usual "aqua-marine" type. Slightly sweet yet masculine. Definitely a winner for the hot season. 8/10

I never thought I could possibly like a perfume with mint so prominent after that episode of not being able to get other than mint-flavoured nicotine chewing-gum once when I was trying to quit smoking (and got pitched right back into smoking by, as I just so needed a smoke to get rid of that maddening fume in my head, pressing on my brain! (it seemed at the time). And mint-suffused mouthwash or toothpaste (I use fennel only now) does bring all that back. But this fragrance is absolutely nothing like that! And it slithers & drips & gloops in that way that proper high-end fragrances have of doing (I think it's the nature of the musk/amber accord) - and as this one ought to considering it's really quite appalling price! ... and does , so we'll call it quits: and when a fragrance does do that the rest of the content is secondary, really. But secondary is still something - and this one's content is a very pleasant green-leafy sort of accord.

This one has been re-imagined and released as "Kologne" -- It's a very similar scent but has cashmeran and woods in the dry down. The top is almost identical. I also think the new one projects better. That was my big complaint with this one, it only lasted for an hour or so, even in very hot weather. I was in Vegas when this one first came out, at Sak's Fifth Avenue. I managed to get a smaller 7.5ml deluxe sample sprayer of it, and used it that day. Even at 90+ degree heat, it barely projected after the first hour.

Maybe my favourite Killian. Smells really like a niche version of Guerlain Homme EDP, so basically like a mojito with spearmint, lime, and white rum. Very pleasant. However the Guerlain in this case actually lasts longer than the Killian and costs far less, so I can't justify the price of this. Still, it's one of the best pure mojito scents I've ever experienced. 4.5/5

Sparkly, bubbly...utterly fizzy and refreshing. I almost get a hint of ginger upon first spray....then the leather/musk comes in shortly afterward. It's well done, but probably won't change your life. Sillage and longevity are on par with most citrus scents. If you're looking for something to douse yourself with in the upcoming dog days of summer..this would be it!

This is a banger of a summer scent. The mint, lemon, green all come together to leave you smelling like a fresh summer mojito. I just wish the longevity and projection wasn't so poor. It VERY quickly becomes a skin scent, then vanishes altogether within a few hours. I really hope this comes back, with more staying power (both on the shelves and on my skin.)

Simple fragrance calls for a simple review. Fresh mint and lemon. It -does- smell like a refreshing mojito! Beautifully done. Nothing to go crazy over, unless that is exactly what you are searching for. In which case, go crazy. Performance is on par with every other citrus freshie.
