Yes I Am Glorious

A friend of mine brought me some goodies from Europe. This one in particular to complete my collection of all four Yes I Am 'lipstick' flanker since I can't seem to find it anywhere in the U.S. or online for that matter. IMO the •original (red top Yes I Am) is the "best" one of all. Its sweet, fruity, and yes it starts off smelling like Kool-aid. Actually, I think they all start off that way. Thankfully that doesn't last long, so when the initial smell dies off, they all are nice in their own way. •The Purple one, Yes I Am Fabulous, doesn't seem Purple at all. Its more white florals, Magnolia, and Apricots. Its nice, but not purple. •The Yes I Am Pink, is a softer version of the original. So for this one, the Nude lipstick, Yes I Am Glorious, I wasn't expecting much of a difference, i just wanted the hideous, plastic Barbie doll lipstick bottle. They are a bit tacky, but in a girly fun way. Anyway, First impression: Ohh, the bottle is actually nice. I think its the frosted Ombre Nude color that tones down the sillyness. It still has that plastic top, but it looks nice. Its like the classy older sister with good grades. First spray: "Oh wow, very nice"! Its really, really nice. She is definitely older sister and pretty too. Not older in mature. This fragrance can definitely be suitable from young to older. I run away from Magnolia because there's just something about that flower in perfumes or the actual tree that just makes me so nauseous. This however, is down right delicious. I cannot believe how much I really like it! •Yes I Am Glorious matches its name. Its a warm comforting Cashmere kind of milky, creamy, and velvety soft white florals. She's not loud. She's a delicate and proper young lady. However, this good girl, per say, definitely has fun in the sun. Something about the mix of peach, mandarin, and either or all florals gives this fragrance a fun Summer vibe. But... gosh, that Cashmere creaminess could also be a good cool weather scent too. It can be worn anywhere, by anyone. Um, well, to state the obvious; its a feminine scent. I read somewhere it was unisex. Not in my opinion. Its a great scent to be nude in after a shower, to sleep with, to be intimate in, or a pretty every day, any occasion (office, school, errands). Its quite a surprise, really. Definitely wasn't expecting to like it this much. If you like soft, Cashmere creamy, soft peachy fruity sweetness, you'll enjoy this. I can't imagine anyone turning their nose away in disgust, so it would make a nice gift for a spouse, a mom, sibling, friend, or the co-worker you don't know what to get. Hey, at least she won't surprise you at the office with an offensive perfume. On me, it lasted the entire day, so longevity has been great.

This really grew on me while testing. At first I thought it was just another pleasant, but unexciting peachy fruity-floral. But there's more to it! First of all, the peach is done just right, at least for my taste. Juicy and fresh in combination with the mandarin orange. Neither too powdery, nor too shampoo-ish, nor overripe or syrupy. I didn't notice it on the blotter, but on my skin the fragrance develops a really nice creaminess that is broken up by the cedar extract. It's a similar effect to the masculine, scratchy notes that are blended into the sweet, feminine perfumes of the Herrera Good Girl line, only much softer. I'm not saying that this smells like Good Girl, it's just this one thing they have in common. After trying this more often, I also started to really get the tropical frangipani in the mid notes, which I couldn't single out at first. So, Yes I Am Glorious is a delicious mix of peach juice, sweet summery flowers and a slight woody edge in the drydown. I don't find this very milky or milkshake-like. It's creamy, but for sure not a realistic olfactory reproduction of a milkshake. I find it less sweet and milky than the original Yes I Am and overall lighter. Even though I'm not a big fan of the clunky name or the disproportionately shaped lipstick bottle, this hits just the right spot for me. It's the warm weather peach fragrance I didn't know I need.

It's very pleasant and sweety scent. Firstly, I can smell milk, peaches and exotic flowers. The base notes are one hundred percent milky with sandalwood and cedar. The longevity and sillage is for the most part of the day and more on clothes. It's more suitable for cold weather. Interesting that I smell milk in the winter and only exotic flowers in the summer (that is reasonably, I think). In any way, it's a very good flanker, more creamy than the original Yes I Am. It's beautiful even after many applications (but three or four applications are enough), not cloying. The bottle is gorgeous, very soft and "warm" color. My real love!

This is the milky sweet lactonic peach tiare flower i was looking for. My boyfriend said it was britney and he likes it and its pretty good! But to me its way better and more interesting warmer and creamier than britney. Has a slight element of issey miyaki only younger sweeter milkier more fun and cheaper so its easy to overspray and play the sassy chic. Good longevity and silage. A great buy and im a self professed bonified obsessed perfume snob. Worth a full bottle imo.

I enjoy this fragrance. It might not be the most original out there, but it makes me feel good. The beautiful and juicy combination of peach, mandarin and tiare (that I get most in the opening) is nicely blended with the milk which gives it this creamy, warm lactonic feeling. In my opinion, it's not overly sweet or cloying, it's very pleasant and light. Longetivity and sillage is more than decent. I might get full bottle soon.

Light, feminine and sweet. I like to layer this with Gucci gardenia, it gives the florals in there a boost with the citrus this one has. It sits close to the skin and smells nice even after 4-6 hrs. I love this fragrance, on to my second bottle of it. I think it is perfect for all seasons but does much better when it is warm out.

No rose note? Interesting. I get a soft rose with a woodsy drydown from this fragrance. I love it though and I typically hate rose scents (makes sense as to why I actually like this: there is no rose in it, just citrus). It's perfect for everyday wear and settles very nicely to keep you smelling fresh and clean.

This is comfortable and sweet, but for me, not boring. Glorious makes me smile with its little surprise; magnolia peeks through with effervescence, reminding me of Rochas Poupee. I love it. Update: This is one I can't not spray when I pick it up. I find this charming and addictive in all seasons.

Peach ice cream and white florals. It's tropical, fruity, and light. Easy reach in high heat, but definitely wouldn't reach for it in any other weather. Lasting power is surprisingly very good for this kind of scent profile!

I really like it - it smells like juicy but very sweet peach - I can definitly sense the peach and sweet notes the most. Ithas very summery feeling! I like it, probably will buy full bottle in summer :)

I love this line and especially this one. Just ordered a big bottle after draining my 30ml. Also got Bloom Up. Looking forward to trying!

Lightweight and elegant. Great for moments when you want to smell clean and inoffensive. I'm almost surprised of how much I like it.

OMG! I love that!The tiare flower-peach-mandarin orange ice cream-gummy bears combination are amazing!

I love this perfume, so easy to wear even in hot weather. Nice blend of al the mentioned notes.

At first you get a nice peach which later settled into this lactonic frangipani.

Smells like fresh fruity hairspray 😁 I love it! Lasts long on clothes.

This is the best of the “Yes I Am” series by far.

Gorgeous fragrance but I don't like the bottle..

I am not picking up any of the notes listed above, besides the fruity notes. This is very similar to the original Yes I am. To my nose, it is a lighter, fruitier summer version. I prefer the original; but, I do like this. Yes I am Glorious is very unexciting. A very safe, non-complex scent, kinda basic..it will not turn heads, it is not memorable. This was a blind buy due to the rave reviews on YouTube. I am not at all disappointed because I am fully aware that every scent does not need to be a compliment magnet, nor a powerhouse! And for this to be such a bland fragrance, it is a wonderful confidence booster. Even though it is not a fresh and clean scent--it makes me feel that way. Containing both wonderful longevity and silage, Yes I am Glorious is nice enough to enjoy all on your own. Appropriate for casual day activities in the warmer weather months...it creates a decent scent bubble. Not a safe blind buy because of its commonness. Recommended for those days when you just want to stay home with your dog, but you can't because you're a responsible adult. Also, good for those days when you have no idea of what fragrance you'd like to wear. Good for the days you wear all pink too...nice and blah feminine fragrance.

This fragrance surprised me! I got it as a sample along with a recent purchase and I just thought it would be a very basic, inoffensive and unoriginal scent. One to just toss in the purse as a backup. There are some pretty dismissive reviews on here as well, so I wasn't expecting much. But I'm pleasantly surprised by this. Upon first spray, you get a synthetic peach smell that I'm sure we're all familiar with. Pretty basic and smells like a lot of other things. But as it dries down, that scent goes away and this becomes a very realistic and almost linear frangipani scent! I really don't get the "lactonic" aspect at all. I love the smell of frangipanis... I used to live in a harbourside area with tons of frangipani trees and the drydown of this perfume smells just like that! Makes me nostalgic for that, as well as some of my Polynesian family. Anyway, this is just how it smells on my skin. Your chemistry may vary. And as for longevity, it's better than expected for sure. Sprayed it on my hand, which I washed several times, and I can still smell this! Overall, I think this is a great casual summer/spring fragrance. This is what I'd wear to take a long, slow walk down by the water on a hot summer afternoon 🙂

One of the best of the lipstick line :) It's very playful, likeable, pleasing to the senses. Must be the tiare and frangipani facets that I always love. They have the milky, waxy, sunshiny vibe that I love. And the start is full of the peachy peach. Very nice and natural, fruit with its skin, partially beaten up to a pulp. Does not stay peachy for long, maybe 15 minutes, then turns more orange and the flowers emerge. They are shining through the milky, candied layer - magnolia gives the scent its clarity and the exotic ones support with the milky, intoxicating aspects. The always liked woody, sandalwoody aspects hold the scent together. Despite cold weather (round zero Celsius) I had a great day with the sample of it yesterday. It it quite universal with regards to season and day-nightness :) A like, and maybe I'll buy it to play around more. All my Cacharels are a likeable wear.

This perfume is a semi-mature floral, first and foremost. The sillage is very strong, and the heavy dose of white flowers make it almost TOO strong/mature for my taste. I get little sweetness and virtually no fruity notes, this is not the peach forward fragrance others describe. There is no lactonic note to be found to my nose. I like this scent better the longer it wears and the fainter it becomes, because more of that sparse amount of sweetness peeks through. Something about this actually reminds me of Marc Jacobs Daisy. Not at all the perfume I was expecting, but a certainly great quality and affordable floral fragrance for women with more mature taste in perfumes. This doesn’t exactly pander to my gourmand and overly sweet taste, but it’s nonetheless timeless, and classy. Long lasting, too.

The first blast of the perfume are heavenly! A creamy, frothy and fresh vanilla milkshake. So delicious and wonderful! But after a couple of minutes, the surprising opening gives way to a more conventional perfume. It smells like the safest take on a vanillic & exotic fruity floral to me. I'm not saying they smell alike but I get similar vibes from this and Ariana Grande's Sweet Like Candy. If you love the latter, you may enjoy the former. Is this flanker a bad perfume? Absolutely not. Is it ground-breaking, fun, unforgettable? I don’t think so. It’s just really... nice and inoffensive. It doesn't make any statement whatsoever so you can’t go wrong with this if you don’t know what to wear. It’s just too bad the opening sets the expectations for the rest so high.

It is cute. Not particularly an autumn scent but still enjoyable. In autumnal weather it reads fresh and fruity. After a very peachy start with a gentle mandarin touch magnolia appers bringing out sweet notes too. The scent feel watery as if sensed through a dewdrop. Lovely. The exotic and gourmand notes do not appear in the start, if at all in this weather. But during summer they are adding their exotic goodness and the parfume has because of them a milky, gourmand edge. Changing my mind - it is useless in autumn. I feel it only ~3hours. Its spring-summer performance makes it rock and it lasts much longer then. Frangipani tried but the fragrance just gave up after top notes. I left a hot weather review and I was quite enamored with it.

very pleasant, through the cap this is a floral fruity delicious scent. it’s light but not fresh, feminine, sweet. i think i wasn’t able to smell it in the opening, it blended into my skin, it could also be because the weather was too hot though. like some turkish delight with a fruity bite, not powdery though. i think it sits rather close to skin, or maybe it was noticeable from a very close distance but it’s not a powerful scent. with that being said it lasted at least a solid 6 hours. what makes it different from other fruity sweet fragrances is that it’s lactonic and it adds a a delicious accent to the scent. daily wear pretty girl fragrance

This is an interesting one. It opens with a slightly sweet herbal accord - is that coming from the tiare, or is my brain fabricating the wormwood from Burberry Body because of the creamy peach that the 2 scents have in common? As Glorious dries down, the herbal aspect fades to the background and a cool lactonic accord along with a hint of caramel start to come through. Very feminine, almost maternal in a way, but more like the perfume your stylish auntie would wear. It's a little old-fashioned but in a good way - a comforting way. I don't see myself buying a full bottle of this, but I will definitely appreciate my sample!

This perfume changes a lot in me! It start being citric, pure mandarin on me and floral, It take like 10 minutes on me, then this change a lot because stop being citrus to start to be a delicious sweet marshmallow on me! Really that is I feel!!! So creamy!!! I think is the milk and the sweet notes. Sincerelly I dont like too much how it start but I love the dry base. I have Yes I Am (the red one)., Yes I Am Fabulous and this one. Those two not change at all. But Glorious change a lot. This is the most citrus. I can feel in this one the top, middle and base notes.

To my nose, this is a delicious powdery peach. As it dries down you get a little more floral notes coming through. But to me, it's a very peach forward fragrance. I don't get the lactonic notes that most people seem to get but it's ok. Sillage is moderate but I'm surprised to see so many people saying the longevity is an issue. I find that it lasts really well on the skin and especially on clothes. Besides the original, this one is my favourite flanker. Definitely glorious!

I can’t recognize any of the notes listed in the pyramid; to me, it smells all hazelnut - so is it an incomplete pyramid, or just a combination of ingredients that gives this effect? Don’t ask me, I have no idea. It’s obviously a sweet, creamy, gourmand hazelnut; as it dries down, it even reminds me a lot of hazelnut milk. It won’t be for everyone, of course, but I still find it very enjoyable - but hey, I love hazelnut...

this one is so different from what I thought it would be, and I love that. at first, I got a powdery, milky scent with hints of peach and mandarin fruitiness, and later the florals came through. the overall scent kind of reminds me of how makeup brushes smell. it’s definitely not as sweet as the original Yes I Am—it’s more mature, and sadly it lasts even less. i think this works well for any weather.

It smells very teen to me, but I don’t hate it. It’s just not very special. I was looking for a non-coconut tropical scent and I think I’ll have to keep looking for that. This gives me clean, pretty vibes, but not especially tropical. I wish the white florals were just a little stronger, dirtier, realistic. Like the previous poster, I’ll be giving this to my young daughter.

This is the fragance that can take you from day to night . Starts fruity , bright and juicy and after a few hours it becomes sweet and woody pretty similar to the original yes I am but with a peachy undertone instead of raspberry. The lipstick/ makeup scent is also here but more toned down .

I'm starting to like it more and more. Very cheerful, optimistic fragrance. Quite sweet, the peach is the most prominent note. You can smell a mandarin orange, exotic flowers, vanilla. It's a bit creamy and well blended. Spring perfume for sure. Decent longevity & sillage.

This is better than the original. The original smells cheap and doesn’t last at all. I really enjoy this one. Good silage and longevity BUT you have to be careful qhen you buy this because I’ve seen some crazyyyy prices. This is supposed to be cheap.

Freshie then lightly floral then skin scent in an hour. Lovely, but I've never seen a scent bubble pop so quickly. Whatever base notes are supposed to be there didn't come through for me. Two pump skin test in a winter cool room.

This is straight up goyava, i don’t get how it’s not listed. Sweet sweet fresh crispy juicy goyava. A happy fragrance that I really enjoy smelling, although it’s not me. But deffo worth a sniff !

I love this. It smells like a powdery yet citrusy-chocolate and it gives me a nostalgic feeling. It's perfect for a beautiful summer day and I think that the lasting power is moderate.

This one at the opening smells floral, but the dry down smells like a peach milkshake! Sweet of course, good fragrance for spring!

This is sweet, light and non offending. I think will be good for summer, because it has a summery smell.

205 Again another great opening like the original, but more of a lightly green, fresh watery peachy pepperiness with a tiny bit of creaminess. However, like the original, it fails for me in the dry down stage with a vague musky woodiness that just smells generic and is typical of these types of youth scents. It's also very fleeting... If only the opening was made stronger and lasted through the dry down... 6/10-nice opening, generic watery(melon-like) fruity floral musk dry down like any good smelling dryer sheet or softener. Would not repurchase.

NO. Only the first 10 seconds of spraying are pleasant and then you want to wash it off. Too fruity and sweet for me; there's nothing interesting or subtle about it. A teenage girl should love it though, and in fact it's the kind of perfume I find best worn by teenage girls (who unfortunately these days are dousing themselves in heavy mature women's perfumes to get noticed!). It reminded me a bit of Carven's "Dans Ma Bulle" perfume, but the latter is much better worked. Personally, I give it a 6/10. Very average perfume.

Sour spicy opening that settles to sweet milky peach and other non descript fruity-floralrs of which frangipani is most prominent hence association with something tropical-summery of sorts. Slightly powdery drydown, of the instant dry milk type. Nice but really brings nothing new or more interesting to the table than the previous flanker. Personally I prefer the original Yes I am the most.

Just received this one and I must say I liked it more on a paper strip and when I first sprayed it than I like the drydown on my skin. I thought this could potentially become my new signature scent but despite the florals it is very sweet at least to me, I don't think I could wear it like constantly. It's not bad, just there are better ones out there in my opinion.

This is a very "mid" perfume to me. It smells good from the bottle but on my skin it smells very generic and turns slightly sour? Smells similar to the original Yes I am (which I love) but sharper and almost sparkling. I don't hate it but I have about 20 other scents I'd pick over it. Not offensive, but not very special either.

Fresh, light/airy, sweet. If a jellybean milkshake existed this is what it would smell like. Tropical. This is the type of fragrance I see teenagers wearing. I’ll let my 9 year old have the rest of the sample I received. Not even close to something I’d wear. ETA My daughter said it isn’t t her type either😅

This is a truly generic peachy body spray without much projection or longevity. It’s linear and lacks any kind of depth. Inoffensive but juvenile and basic.

A very beautiful scent but doesn't last on my skin at all. Maybe 30 minutes then completely gone. I ended up returning it! Wouldn't recommend.

This is okay, the kind of vibe I like for summer, but there is something very mature about it and I just can't bring myself to enjoy it.
