Eternity Aqua for Men

This is my first CK fragrance and indeed it is a very well blended fragrance. When people compared this to Polo Blue, I really wanted to buy this since I lost my Polo Blue under stupid circumstances. I don't know what is it with Ralph Lauren fragrances, they are obscenely overpriced even if discounted! Yes, they are in the same vein, but compared to Polo Blue, Eternity Aqua is lighter, soapier, smoother and a tad thinner(not a bad thing). If you think about it, Polo Blue is quite strong especially with the metallic/ozonic qualities of its scent. Not so with Eternity Aqua. The ozone quality is dialed way down that not many people will find this cloying/in-your-face/offensive so this can be worn anytime be it in the office, engaging in casual activities, running errands or just hanging out. Honestly speaking, Eternity Aqua is one of those fragrances that will smell familiar to you but you can't quite put a finger. On certain stages of its lifespan, this can give vibes of: Versace Pour Homme(after about 10 minutes, I currently have this), AXE PHOENIX(had this), L.12.12 Bleu or Vert(cannot remember), Kenneth Cole Reaction and CK One Summer 2013 (who knows what else!). In short, it is not that unique. Make no mistake about it, this is a true aquatic but can easily be worn all year through since it can bring freshness when one so desires, which is really the point of using an aquatic anyway. I acquired this blindly in the hopes that this would replace my Polo Blue but, alas, scentwise they are only in the same theme. The comparison is not the same as, say, Acqua di Gio with 360 Red, which can pass for each other. On it's own it is a good cologne but I'm glad I only got the 100ml and not the 200ml. Now, the hunt is still on for a great deal on Polo Blue. Will acquire again only on a good deal since longevity and projection are sorely lacking.

Yet another of the many flankers to the classic 1990s aromatic Eternity by Calvin Klein. Eternity Aqua is a great fragrance in it's own right and the scent is more contemporary than the original Eternity. Eternity Aqua is a fresh blue scent with reasonable longevity and performance and a very wearable, pleasant scent that is suitable for most occasions in the warmer months. The opening really catches me with some nice sweet fruity and fresh notes, smells almost unisex and brings to mind a sunny spring day. As the fragrance settles on my skin I detect a little of the pepper and then later in the dry-down it settles to a nice fresh scent with prominent floral and woody notes. For a cheaper fragrance Eternity Aqua is excellent, not an outstanding composition, but a very nice fragrance that has a decent trajectory. I've really enjoyed wearing Eternity Aqua and although the original Eternity for Men is also great and has more nostalgic value for me, I think I now favour Eternity Aqua more. Eternity Aqua lasts a good 6 or 7 hours on my skin and projection is arm length, becoming a more intimate skin scent by the end of the day. A nice summer freshie and excellent value.

Heads up: I do NOT have a bottle of this, but a little dabber bottle, so I can't give any good advice on sprays or whatever. Scent 9.25/10 The scent opens with the best opening I've ever smelled in a fragrance. Granted, I haven't smelled that many colognes but my lord it opens beautifully. If anyone knows a fragrance like this that lasts longer, let me know. Unfortunately, the opening only lasts like 5 minutes before becoming a bit of something else which I'm honestly okay with Sillage 3/10 The only people who have ever noticed this on me are the people that I've specifically told that I'm wearing it and they've deliberately come up close to smell it, but other than that it's practically non-existent Longevity 3/10 Same story I would put this in OK because of the performance, but the scent itself is just too good.

I might have to get a bottle of this. It was an under $10 20ml pickup from Ross Dress for Less and I'm apt to buy every single gym freshie I find like that. Sometimes that strategy works, like now, because I think it warrants cracking the gym freshie rotation; to say the least the bench is getting deep. It gets compared to RL Polo Blue and that makes sense because I'm a Polo fanboy, so it's fitting that this clicked with me. Cucumber and greens (more prominent than those in Nautica Voyage) with citrus and florals in the open, lightly transitioning to lavender and plum in the middle...that's nice. I think I get a sweetness coming through from the plum or unlisted tonka as cedar notes pick up with patchouli and sandalwood in the base. It's damn good for a cheapie.

This cologne works surprisingly well on my skin. I bought this in a blind buy. I never expected him to do his job in beast mode like this! A clean salt water scent. The scent is pretty simple. Simple is sometimes very good. I love the musk in this scent. It's one of the cleanest scents I've ever smelled. When I wear this cologne, I feel clean and fresh as if I just got out of the shower. I often turn to this cologne for daily use in the summer. It's very easy to wear. In the high inflationary conditions in Turkey, this cologne is one of the colognes that can be ideal for daily use in the summer months with its cheap price. I read in the comments on Fragrantica that it is similar to Polo Blue. I've never smelled Polo Blue before. I want to try this soon.

I didn't have high expectations when I blind bought this from Jomashop for $25. Man, what a wonderful surprise Eternity Aqua turned out to be. It's refreshing, clean and light. The type of scent that puts you in a good mood. Great for the office, a casual lunch, the gym or a beach outing. As you would expect from an aquatic, not so much for cold weather or evening but perfect as a daily in warmer months. Projection and longevity were also a pleasant surprise, especially for CK. Honestly, it could be unisex since ocean fragrances don't really smell masculine or feminine. It just smells good! This might take precedent over Polo Blue and AdG in my wardrobe rotation.

Just got a 100ml bottle for 25 bucks. My first thought: what a great value! It is similar to polo blue family, just like them, smells fresh and crisp, is perfect for mornings right after shower. I would say it is a safe blind buy, will not offend anyone and 100% office safe. Personally, the most appealing part is that it is very fresh without depending solely upon citrus notes. Nowadays most male designer fragrances are either bubble gummy or citrus-y, this is neither of these, I get a little vintage 90s vibe. Conclusion: if you are looking for a fresh everyday fragrance and like watery notes, this can be a great alternative. Happy smelling!

I personally love this. In spite of all the other fresh aquatic summer types of scents, something stands out to me. It’s just a nice aquatic scent. The cucumber and lotus are well blended and peak through the aquatics nicely. Funny story, I’ll need to buy a new bottle and here’s why. I got a 6.7 fl oz bottle for roughly $35 from Fragrancenet.com. Had it for over a year, and enjoyed it. Left it in my car where the temperature fell below 32°F. I thought it would be fine as fragrances are meant to be kept cool, but NO. It smells like pure harsh chemicals now. Don’t make my mistake

I bought this in 2016 and loved it.I got about 5 hours on my skin I was more than happy with it. I just received a tester bottle from fragrancebuy.ca and sprayed 2 sprays and 30 mins later it's nearly vanished? THAT is the difference between the original being made in France and my current bottle being made in Germany? WTF do Germans know about frags(besides Mercedes who make quality stiff) Just saying I am very disappointed ,WHY does everything good never last? Why mess with a great daytime casual frag? Greed that's why! :(

This is such a masterpiece. The cucumber note is there and it's smells very nice When I wear eternity aqua many people say that it's similar to Versace Pour homme. Sometimes for them it's difficult for them to tell the difference. A person who has used both for long periods of time can judge easily. Overall I'm gonna say it's a classic a scent which leaves a very good impression Fresh,Clean and Masculine Easy to like DNA.

Underrated fragrance that has depth. Definitely put cucumber on my radar. Wife loves it on me. Signature scent for the longest time. Powerhouse for sillage and longevity. If sprayed too aggressively can fill a room. Closest I have smelled to it is D&G light blue pour Homme. Light Blue just doesnt have the bite/freshness of the cucumber. Both drydowns are almost identical on my skin. For me, backup bottle worthy.

I picked up a 200ml bottle of this for 31 bucks and I must say that this fragrance is amazing,it smells like 20% polo blue 75% acqua di gio 5% plum and lavender,imho this smells better than them all and the longevity is about 7 hours and great projection,the only thing i hate about this frag is that its super underrated and that I didn't find it sooner.......peace

Simply an awesome fragrance! Clean, fresh and aquatic startup through with cucumber, citruses and lavender presents it pretty alluring. Dry down is full of calm when musk and sandalwood are elevated. Safe fragrance to wear in office; has longevity of office-timing (8Hrs). It's compliments getter and best deal for daily use in summer.

Ótimo perfume, pena que não acho pra vender, uso o meu em ocasiões especiais, mesmo ele não tendo boa performance. É refrescante, elegante, maduro, cheiro de homem vistoso. Update 2017-12-22 Performe really well, even in the winter. +8 hours now and counting. It stays fresh through the whole day. Thumbs up! Superfresh cucumbery and watery fragrance. Much better and juicier than Polo Blue, in my opinion. Also better longevity. Spring/summer in a bottle! Or just to smell good at the office.

So far the only floral perfume for men that I highly appreciate. I am more into aquatic and woody oriental scents but I like this one. The lavender opening is unmistakable and it is not offensive nor synthetic. Has also one of the great and memorable drydowns. Easily earns 8 out of 10 rating.

My ex wore this, always by spraying only once. Wish he had used two or three sprays. I liked it so much that I blind bought the Eternity Aqua for women version which I wear often. Eternity Aqua for men is sexy, yet comforting. It sits close to the skin. I might buy it to wear myself.

If you smell rotten egg, then there's something wrong with your nose. Gorgeous scent start to finish, cool, refreshing, summery, watery, everything that makes for a great summer frag. Lifting, hanging by the pool, running errands, just great for any and all casual situations

Quick description: A mix of Polo Blue and Acqua di Gio. ULTRAFRESH, PROFESSIONAL, SUMMER, "COOL AS A CUCUMBER" FRAGRANCE. This was a very expensive fragrance when it was first released that you can now find for cheap as chips. Voted by me as the best sub $25 fragrance. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

love aqua eternity got a big 6.4 bottle and a 3.4 . it smells like fresh melons cucumber and polo blue . i like it better then polo blue because it has a more freshness to it like your on a beach somewhere where polo blue fails a lil.. 2016 2017 reviewed bottles

singlehandedly the easiest dumb reach fragrance in my collection. versatile and the projection/longevity is actually good for a fresh fragrance. easy to wear and not think about. the only fragrance i’ve ever repurchased. a 10/10 all around

Awesome clean fragrance. My brother uses this and I think it suits people with a happy go lucky personality. It doesn't suit the word sexy, but more to a smell of a young men exploring the sea? And it reminded me of seaweed too. Lol.

There are a time and a place for almost every type of fragrance, and this is the simple, relaxing, fresh, enjoyable, none offensive, and none artistic type of everyday scent. Polo Blue vibe at a fraction of the price.

Eternity Aqua is a very fresh fragrance. Fruity and citrus with a touch of aquatic. I just discovered it in 2018 and I love it. Perfect for the summer months. Lasts a long time on me. I'm glad I purchased it.

Great frag for a Sunday funday, brunch by the ocean. Very VERY inoffensive and light. Performance isn't great but neither is the price tag. It's a really nice smell so look for it at your discount retailers.

Great fresh blue/aqua fragrance. So far this is the best Eternity and maybe the best of all CK fragrances. Safe choise for any situations during the day. However, too boring for the night. 9/10

I'll keep this simple; this scent is lovely, fresh and soapy. Longevity is not bad as I get 5hrs+ and the projection is about 4—5ft. The smell is very pleasant and enjoyable. 7 out 10 for me!

The scent to me is a balanced salty, less harsh Light blue intense. I love salt so much, yes salt is a smell did you know that. 10/10 scent when worn close to the coastline.

Bought the spray at Wal-Mart for $13. EXCELLENT investment, and this stuff REALLY lasts on me. I'm quite pleased, and recommend it to anyone who desires to smell clean.

I can't get enough of this scent DNA, but the performance is abysmal. I understand it is a cheapie, but I think Acqua di Gio lasts longer, which is pretty pitiful.

Smells refreshing, my fav summer fragrance! Normally i dont wear blue type but this is cool and my type.

Hey all! I have been into fragrance since the age of 11; I am now 29 and my taste along with my nose has evolved over the years. We all remember wearing various cK frags along with those of Tommy Hilfiger and Hugo Boss as teens. Now, I am in no way an expert, but merely an enthusiast. And if I have learned one thing over the years it is that - it doesn't matter who's name is on the bottle, but only what actually smells nice to each individual. A few years ago I thought that I had "outgrown" certain designers and their frags, but that is just closed minded and not fair. It's not fair to the designer nor to yourself and your nose, lol. I have come to appreciate straight forward fragrances like this one. Eternity Aqua. What could be more self explanitory than that? You know what you are getting yourself into right away, and I like that. CK did not hide this fragrnace behind a "color" name that is in many cases misleading (i.e. Polo Blue & Bleu de Chanel - neither of which are aquatics btw, sorry plap17), but let you know upfront. If you are not interested in an aquatic and find them boring or run-of-the-mill then don't test this. Why waste your time? Anyway, now that I got that out of the way, I find this fragrance to be very nice. It's longevity is around 8-12 hours on me and projects quite nicely. If someone were to give you a hug 10 hours after application, she/he would definitely take notice and compliment :D Now, as the name reads, this IS an aquatic & there are VERY many aquatics out there. However, this one is - IMO, very well done. It is clean, fresh and natural. Very nice and appropriate for anyone and anytime. Most would say that this is a summer scent, but what is wrong with smelling clean, fresh and natural all year round? I personally like to wear an aquatic occasionally in the winter to remind me of summer and the salty sea air. Ok, I've rambled on long enough. This is an excellent aquatic. That's what it is and that's what it should be properly & appropriately compared to. Thanks all, JJ

After spending more time with this fragrance I really have come to appreciate this ! The opening is very reminiscent of Polo Blue as it has a very crisp,cucumber,somewhat sharp, opening with black pepper in the background. Even though the opening is great it does smooth out in the mid and in the mid is where this does have some similarites with the original eternity. The reason this has similarites is that it does start to go from being Polo Blue into smelling like a outdoorsy/green scented laudry sheet type of smell. (Actually when I wore this I was getting confused to what the smell around me was because when I put my clothes in the dryer I did use green/outdoorsy dryer sheets and didnt know if it was the dryer sheet smell or the cologne) But sure enough 4 hours later I smelled my arm and yes it was the cologne !!! My girlfriend did NOT like this when I 1st sprayed it and even she thought it was Polo Blue(She thinks Polo Blue smells like nasty old spice,lol) but 1 hour later she said I changed my mind and I really like that 1 !!! And for her thats awesome because she hates most of my frags ! Performance on this is great but also deceiving ! This lasts anywhere from 6-10 hours and projects great. One thing to be cautious of is that this is a scent that you will become nose blind too and even when you think the scent is gone others around you will still smell this so PLEASE use this stuff with caution. 3-4 sprays MAX as anymore than that and it starts to become cloying. Overall rating im staying solid at an 8 out of 10 ! Great scent thats great for everyday use and this stuff has great performance as well which is rare for a freshie

This is a great scent at a great price point ! Eternity aqua is a fresh out of the shower smell that's a green smelling aquatic that's very light,airy and refreshing but in the base it does has some depth with the sandalwood and musk. This is a great casual scent for the warmer temperature and is also office friendly as long as you don't go over 5 sprays as this can get cloying although it smells very light. A lot of people complain about performance issues but on me this has great performance as the first hour and a half I get very good projection and then for the duration of the scent you get a nice scent bubble but the best thing about the performance is that this leaves a nice sillage trail. Longevity on me is 5-8 hours ! Scents that this is very similar to are Polo Blue,Cool Water and sometimes there's notes that come out that slightly remind me of Just me by Paris Hilton which is an ADG clone. Also this does smell kind of similar to the original eternity but only once you get to the drydown does it show similarities. But if you hated the original I would say to still give this a shot because there not all that similar Overall rating---7.5 out of 10 ! I think this is a great scent for the summer and 1 that will get you a few compliments

I don't get any cucumbers in the opening, or ever, as listed in the notes above. I get a kind of generic aquatic/greens blast for a good half an hour until it starts to dry down. Completely different from the original Eternity IMHO. When it starts drying down I start smelling the lotus, lavender, roses (which isn't in the listed notes so it might just be my nose) and patchouli, would have never noticed the plum if I hadn't read the note breakdown but now that I see it I can smell hints of it. Then after about 4 hours, the floral notes give way to more patchouli, woodsy notes and musk at which time it smells almost identical to POLO BLUE. At this point I feel like it's a skin scent, but then when I walk by co-workers they are apparently left smelling the wake of it. Even though its smells is reminiscent of like 100 different colognes and there's nothing really unique or special about it, the girls at my work seem to like how it smells on me. They like it waaay more than I do. And since it doesn't give me a headache I don't mind wearing it from time to time just to keep it fresh at work. Longevity: 7/10 Sillage: 7/10 Originality: 3/10

I quite like this fragrance. I have had Polo Blue Parfum sometime ago and heard that Eternity Aqua was similar in scent from reviews i had read so thought i would give this a try. It's a very fresh and aquatic fragrance that is a good daily scent for anytime. I think you can get away with this at a casual event too so work its perfect for and semi smart events too so a nice restaurant. I find it more of a spring summery scent or early autumn, although i think it can be suitable for anyone wanting to smell very fresh, clean and aquatic. It's also a good fragrance choice for someone looking for Polo Blue at a cheaper price. This can be bought cheaply in drug stores or online at a reasonable price of around £25.00-£30.00 in the UK. Maybe cheaper on eBay. I would buy this again but i do like to cycle through dailies and try others to see how they sit on me, as fragrances always differ on the persons natural aroma. Silage is okay i think it lasts for about 2-3 hours depending on applications but max id say is 6 hours. I can smell it after a long day when i go to the gym and i get warm but its not overpowering. Just a nice clean scent.

Since i have a fairly big collection, i purchased Eternity Aqua just for collection purpose, i had no expectations. After trying it i started to like it more and more, i even liked it more than the original (which i like for its nostalgic value), even though i didn't use it that much, the higher brands like Chanel and Cartier always took an advantage over it. Recently i decided to give it a chance and use it before the summer ends, so i started wearing it to the office...it was a big surprise, i got tons of compliments, some of them were huge ones and came from unexpected people, women love it way more than expected (one asked me for a spray on her hand to keep sniffing it). I don't actually wear nor pick my fragrances to get complements or for attraction, i wear what i do enjoy and what gives me the vibe that matches my mood, but to be honest, it's always a good refreshing thing to get a nice complement, now while I'm enjoying the uplifting refreshing almost salty feeling combined with the confidence that I'm smelling nice for people around me. What a nice surprise from a brand that i usually tend to not appreciate that much.

TL:DR - Harsh opening but otherwise very good scent, terrible longevity. I blind bought this because of it's similar profiles to other fragrances I like but cheaper price tag. My immediate thought on first spray was that I mostly smelled alcohol, but thankfully that disappeared quite quickly. What remained was a refreshingly pleasant aroma - like a somewhat more mature Polo Blue or Nautica. It's a smell that can be a summer scent both day and night, unlike some brighter "blue" colognes. However, the major problem with this bottle didn't show up until a few hours after I put it on - or rather didn't show up. An hour after application this was a skin scent. By two hours, it was barely noticeable. By hour three it was gone completely. I am aware everyone has different body chemistry, and for me fragrances tend to wear off a bit on the quick side, but this is a contender for fastest vanishing act. So if I want to smell really good for a short while, this is a great find. If I want something that I can apply before leaving for the day, then I'll need to look elsewhere. This may become my summertime "keep-in-the-car" bottle.

Not bad for hot, humid summers. This is what I wear when this get warm and muggy and I just want to smell fresh around the house or outdoors (think late-night 4th of July fireworks with the family). This is a classic crowd pleaser and gets compliments as much as more expensive scents do at other times of the year. In the office, however, I find this to be rather forgettable (the strongest note is cucumber, after all). Anywhere you have dry, climate-controlled air you'll get nothing but top notes. Thus the scent doesn't come across as complex or interesting as others I have tried. The best thing I like about Eternity Aqua is how fresh and natural it smells. You can use this for just about any situation if you wanted, I just think there are much better options for signature scents. For me this is a niche summer scent for chilling at home or with friends and family. For work, nights out, and cold weather I would have others to choose from. Overall: recommended if you want to smell like you spent the day at a spa and want to blend in, not stand out.

First initial review: To me this smells like a BETTER version of Polo Blue. Polo Blue was a great scent but I always wish the cucumber note was more pronouced as it gave the scent a refreshing quality and I also wished it didnt have as much spice as it kind of made Polo Blue a little lackluster. (still a good scent though) This scent though is a big step up though as the cucumber is a lot more crisp and pronounced giving this scent a very refreshing quality and then once this dries down it becomes a little more warm as the lavender and green notes kick in but throughout the life of the fragrance it still keeps that freshness from the cucumber unlike in Polo Blue where you get an amazing opening but then shortly in the heart it becomes really muddy and dull smelling. Performance on this is great for a fresh scent ! This projects really well and lasts 6-8 hours ! Id have to rate this an 8 out of 10 upon the first wearing ! I may rate this higher when i wear it more and I can see this being a staple in my freshie/summer/spring rotation

Notice how only the men are complaining about the cucumber note? woman love the cucumber note sorry to break it to you guys but yall got no idea what women like the smell of. This is a chick magnet and so are pretty much all aquatic fragrances. Girls love aquatic, cucumbery, fruity, basic, boring fragrances... luckily this I don't think is boring or too basic it's got some depth to it with the green notes, wood, lotus and it's like an aromatic aquatic scent. Just imagine you took D&G light blue or Versace pour homme then made it more interesting, more woody, more aromatic then you have CK eternity aqua... How's the performance? It's very good for me last way longer than versace pour homme and this stuff has always gave me good performance all day for an aquatic scent is impressive. Not outdated, smells better than majority of stuff on the market today. I understand most people would just wear light blue, acqua di gio or versace pour homme over this but those are too popular now stick with CK eternity aqua to be a little different

Awesome punchy EDT. I forgot I had this - I had a small bottle in my car arm rest for emergencies. I put it on in the dark and had to remind myself what this was. Better than average budget Aquatic Ozonic - most reviews here are spot on. A relief as the Plum and Cucumber punch strongly through for a fair bit making a change from the usual dominant citrus blends. Ozonic and a bit green - a bit salty. The pyramid here is somewhat fair. Disagree with poor silage comments - if you think this doesn't project something is wrong - with decent 4 hours or so longevity. I also own Eternity which is fairly safe - this is genuine flanker that has enough spin to justify keeping it next to the original as well for a hotter day! I also have no problem switching this between my Green Irish Tweed or say my Bulgari Aqua or Aqua Marine Tonique. Again, fairly smooth for the price, if it is about budget or freshness for a change you won't regret this even as a blind buy. Happy Smelling

Sprayed this on at the department store and literally walked 40 feet and was approached by a woman who politely asked, "What the hell are you wearing?!!" I was shocked and a bit embarrassed, because I thought that my sense of smell had failed me and that I had sprayed on a "stinker." However, she went on to tell me, "I want MY man to smell like THAT!!!" Long story short...a better version of Polo Blue that smoothly fades into an interesting-but-unavailable version of Giorgio Armani Acqua Di Giò. VERY NICE, especially for the $20 bucks that I paid for it. It stayed strong on my skin for about 4 1/2 hours. It's probably a monster on clothing. Spring and Summer only with this one, guys. It fits those seasons perfectly. BEWARE: As I said before...I got only 40 FEET away from the tester and a pretty, young thing approached me without hesitation. I'm quite sure you get the picture.
