Eternity Aqua for Women

I tried the Eternity Aqua about 3 years ago and thought it was nice, but I did not buy it. Now, in the dead of winter, I bought a one once bottle at a great price. I sprayed and my enter body, not just my nose responded with, "lets have more of that" as if I were eating a cookie! I really do like it. It's a crisp floral with extra freshness (cucuumber?) and a sexy, seductive quaity that must be the cedar and musk. this is definately a unisex scent (strong masculine quality - a turn on for me) and yet is pleasantly floral. the aquatic aspect is in the background (nice and will be appreciated in the summer months). All and all, it is different from the other aquatic ozionic fragrances I have (cool water, Paradise Blue or Avon's Instant Vacation scents) Eternity Aqua is fuller and richer than the rest. I am able to smell most of the notes and the blending is very good. I have personal problems with smell these days and am not able to smell many scents for more than 30 seconds and only part of the composition. this leads to screechy scents in many cases. this perfume seems very full bodied although I have sprayed quite a few times and can feel a headache from overload. I am very happy to have this in my collection and will be wearing it tomorrow after my shower for a more intense evaluation. I am very pleased.

Beeyooootiful!!!! Gorgeous, scrumptious perfume! Oh Calvin, you've done it again for me! I'm in LOVE with this! It's so fruity, (I can smell the apricot very strongly, as well as the pink lady apple - so yummy, mouth-watering!) florally (all those fabulous white flowers! Oh, so delicate, so fresh, yet very strong) and warm woody smells. It is so fresh and uplifting, clean, watery, like I'm floating in a beautiful cool calm sea, with a slight breeze wafting around me full of delightful scents, the sun gently warming me, and the lovely lovely blue ocean stretching as far as the eye can see, and smell. Oh, just wonderful! Blissfully peaceful and calming. A truly perfect perfume. Fantastic longevity (15+ hours, and very good sillage). One of my very favourites! And I love the style and elegant shape of the bottle, and the gorgeous blue of the perfume! (although it's probably the bottle that's coloured? I haven't used enough of it yet to be able to tell! I'm sure it won't take me too long though!) My husband loves it too, and he is very fussy! He thinks it's very nice!

I was able to test this jem in the Mall yesterday and was quite impressed.A very nice, clean, aquatic scent,not a marine,though.It starts fruity with apricots and apple,but is not exactly juicy,the cucumber gives freshness,while the apple instead of making the composition crispy,gave it a little tartness,which makes it quite unique into my eyes.Then the white floral came out .I sprayed a lot of the perfume on me and also sprayed on a piece of paper.Well,it mixed quickly with my body chemistry,so after may be 10 min.I wasn't able to smell it any more on me.But the scent remained on the paper.I can actually still smell it from it.Apparently it is mostly the drown-down which is a very pleasant cedar,mixed with woodsy motes and not too much musk.I am planing to buy it,but right now is quite pricey-$54 for 1.7fl.oz and $74 for 3.4.I'll wait for a better offer or if they decide to make sets.I love the perfume,but in this bad economy,I'd rather shop wisely.

Upon first spritz, before evaporation it's watery and cucumber heavy, but once it's settled its very floral. I can smell most of all the dewy decadence of fresh bloomed jasmin, with hearty notes of white Musk and mellow sandlewood. It's unusual not to smell any citrus in an aquatic perfume, but it works. I think there may be a dash of lemongrass in there, though. It a has mild, sweet, grassy allure to it. A wonderful fresh soapy scent. It's incredibly clean, but I wouldn't say unique. Growing up in the early 00's there was a lot of aquatic perfumes from Disney Princess EDT to department stores own like Next. This reminds me of a fragrance I got for my birthday from the above mentioned, Next. It's very nostalgic, and I feel its impossible to be down while wearing it. It's very uplifting

Oh yeah, much better than plain ol' Eternity. my first day wearing this, and I am truly enjoying it. It starts with a bold water scent to me, very little cucumber, and none of the other top notes listed. Just water water water, and i love that. it's one of my favorite scents in summer. Then as it dries down I get a watery honeysuckle scent that catches my attention on occasion. Finally, after about 5 hours, all I'm getting is honeysuckle. Again, not on the list of notes, but at this point I don't care. I guess I could call it jasmine, but it's not like that to me. I love both flowers, and this is very specifically honeysuckle. Mmmm. I am still catching whiffs of it through this last, 6th, hour, from one arm. I truly like this one. Finally!

GREAT WOKR BY CK! So, I did some blind test on my wife and so the first impression she got was — uh that's nice and has a bit of masculine side to it. I smiled because it's women's version. She then said that yeah it's sort of unisex like CK2 (She loves that one). Then later I did another blind tests with two samples — Aqua for men and women. She had a total turnoff for men's version as she said it was just very intrusive with the strong peppary note on top of it. In the end Eternity Aqua for Women (not men's version) is a great smell for ladies and millennial lads too. I personally like both version's of aqua, but the guy's version is just too needy and offensive at times. This one is just a great smell for any human to have

Before buying this preciosity I read most of the reviews I found here and a word caught my attention: CUCUMBER. I ́m a huge fan of cucumber scent and I got crazy to buy this perfume. Also I like aquatic fragrances and what a beautiful name to allure me! Now that I finally got the perfume (a blind buy as you see) I assure you that Eternity Aqua for Women is on the top of my favorite fragrances list! I can ́t stop sniffing myself! lol Something says that men love to sniff fragrances like that on a woman ́s neck... Just saying! ;)

This definitely reminds me of aqua bella by la rive which is supposedly a dupe of aqua di gioa which I currently don’t have. It is also a softer light blue and a sweeter cool water. This has a mix of those perfumes mentioned above. It is a pleasant sweet citrus scent that is inoffensive and can be perfect for officewear. I wasn’t really blown away with this because it already reminds me of perfumes I already own. But this is still a nice buy if you don’t have any citrus fragrance yet.

I feel that this fragrance is under hyped, I love it! I am a 24 year old Australian girl and it is going to be my summer scent! It is incredibly fresh and ozonic, iand has a carefree and welcoming aroma that I love. I will be wearing this fragrance to picnics, to the beach and everywhere else in between over summer! I also feel it is similar to Dolce & Gabbana Light Blue, except this is lighter. Highly recommend!

YES!! I love it. My very first love of CK was CK shock for her and this is my second CK perfume that when i test it on my skin, i go, hell yeah! Its so fresh, its floral, its ozonic, its just perfect for summer!Saw this on sale at TJMaxx for 20$,so I had to grab 2 bottles! I will be wearing this all summer long. I love it. :) Longevity, 4-5hours. I am not complaining!

I bought the yello summer edition because i fell in love with it instantly. i didnt smell this one because i know im not a fan of ocean smell (somehow it makes me nauseos) but this turns out like a perfect sweet, young adult ocean scent on my skin! so thats two purchases from Calvin Klein Eternity summer this year :)

This is a really beautiful,fresh smelling perfume.i love the way you can smell fruit and flowers together so feminine.smell does not last very long but hey keep a bottle with you and you will be feeling beautiful all day long.

On the paper it smells more intensive than on my skin. It openes with grapefruit on my opinion. I like it.

I bought this when it first came out because I liked it. I still think it was one of the best of its kind, aquatic floral or cucumber/melon/calone summer freshie. Not usually my cup of tea, but this is really good. At the time, I wore the original Eternity every day for about a decade. It was a perfect workhorse or highly functional fragrance, I loved it, people around me did too, it was cool, comfortable and with incredible longevity. Many people still associate it with me. But, after more or less a decade, I was not the same person anymore. This came from the time when CK ment quality. I have two handbags, about 15 and 20 years old, that are in mint condition. Worn a lot, but pretty much indestructible. I payed for a bottle of Eternity 15 years ago twice what I would today. I haven't finished it yet. I don't wear it much, but when I do, it's even better than I remember. So what happened with this brand? How it became cheap instead of just reasonable? Did reformulations destroy perfumes I knew back in the day? How about clothes and handbags today, certainly not as fashionable as they were, but how do they behave?

I came in with low expectations but I was pleasantly surprised! Although it is a little sweeter than I would usually go for, I find that it has enough "freshness" to it to still balance out into a pleasant, refreshing scent. Also, it performed WAY better than I expected it to- I got a full day's wear when I wore it to work (office setting), and it was still projecting pretty well by the end of the day! It smells like a sweet ocean breeze to me- perfect for the summer! It will also generally be my office scent because I usually lean towards dramatic and imposing where this is a good balance of being strong, but not intense. It's definitely what I needed to diversify my range. It's also a major compliment-getter. I will admit that it's not the most unique or impressive scent out there but it's a lovely perfume if you take it for what it was intended to be and set the highbrow standards aside (coming from a former "snob" who refused to go anywhere near sweet florals). Would highly recommend, especially for the summer or if you live in a tropical area.

About now when spring is just right around the corner with summer coming up not far behind, you are probably looking around for your usual staples for spring and summer wear. For those looking for this scent, you might have a problem finding it and if you do, the price is exorbitant. Here’s an option for you but I highly suggest you try getting a sample of this first to see if you have the same result that I do. ...and just what is that result, you ask? That DKNY Be Delicious Fresh Blossom is very nearly a dead ringer for this scent. I have both and for the most part, I can’t tell them apart. They both have several notes in common. So, if you can’t find this scent, give DKNY BD FB a go. I don’t think you will be disappointed. Another scent to try is Beautiful Magnolia by Estée Lauder. I find it to be even closer to being a perfect match. About 95% I think.

i love this stuff. I know there are a quite a few people here that arent impressed, but I am the kind of girl that prefers lighter, easier to wear scents for the most part. This one is fresh and clean, aquatic but not too crisp, all without being soapy. Its light enough to wear in the summer in Florida heat and humidity, which is hard to find in my opinion. (I hate when I can smell someones perfume from 10ft away... ugh.) The drydown is nice and soft as well, not overly musky (I also dislike most musk scents- too heavy and oppressive.) This is my staple scent throughout the year... (except the few cooler days in FL when I can wear my heavier, creamy caramel based smellies without offending everyone on the block.) ;) If you are looking for an easy to wear, light, fresh, aquatic- you will probably like this!

I love CK fragrances, they almost never disappoint me. I wanted to get this for a long time and finally I did! I love to wear it to the gym or in summer, its very fresh and powerful, kinda artificially fresh but at least it lasts. I love apricot and cucumber and peony, which is what I can smell strongest in this. The bottle is adorable too, I love the shape and the color. I already own the original Eternity which I love (has nothing to do with this though) and the Summer Version 2014 and Eternity Purple and Eternity Night - they are all just perfect and my favorietes from the Eternity Range. This is my Sport Flanker, which doesnt say it would be less important to me, since I ́m professional Athlete and use perfumes more often for workout than anything else and wants only the best for this!

If you're in the cool air conditioning, 15 minutes after spraying this on, you will not be able to smell it. This blooms in the heat. This is great for outdoor events like picnics, barbecues, being around the pool or at the beach, on a boat, etc., this is where this perfume shines. Lasts about 6 hours on me starting from cool cucumber and juicy apple to a floral heart and then woody musk at the end. Some have said that the cucumber and apple sours on them but I haven't experienced that on my skin. It stays cool, crisp, and aquatic until you reach the base notes. Been wearing this every summer since it came out. I've tried many CK fragrances over the years and I have to say that this and Eternity Purple Orchid were the best.

I've been looking for a floral aquatic that's also feminine. This is it! In my search I've tried Acqua di Gioia, Davidoff Cool Water, And Ralph Lauren Ralph, and this one is the best one! I had originally planned on getting myself a bottle of Acqua di Gioia because it smelled pretty good on me, but Eternity Aqua worked much better on my skin, it has some elegance to it that I didn't get in AdG. Eternity Aqua lasts a bit longer too. This scent is great for everyday, casual use. It'll be my go-to scent during the weekends and possibly for the office. I can't imagine it offending anyone.

I absolutely love this! Eternity Aqua is such a clean and refreshing aquatic fragrance! It starts with a splash of fresh and crisp cucumber and apple-apricot note, and then mellow down to soothing floral notes like gardenia, magnolia, jasmine etc and light musk. The scent doesn't change too much though - it is a very weak fragrance which barely lasts for about one hour max on my skin (sometimes just half an hour!). Overall, if you like something fresh and aquatic with crisp fruity top and floral base that doesn't offend anyone, try this out!

The promise of instant refreshment from the sparkling turquoise water. A clean, fresh floral fragrance that I love to wear on a hot day. Beautiful.

I am surprised at how much I like this. It is clean and summery, very refreshing but without that bathroom cleaner harsh side that I find Cool Water to have. I wore it for the first time today and went to the store at the end of the day and got a compliment within 5 minutes of walking in the door. The scent had all but faded away to my nose but apparently not to anyone who hadn't been living in my skin all day (lol). I will be enjoying this a lot this summer and wish I had purchased a larger bottle. Two thumbs up here.

This was a nice cool and light scent. Perfect for the warm summer weather and very casual. Initially you get a burst of apple, but once it mellows, the floral notes are much more evident. It has a somewhat powdery scent once it mellows. It did fade really fast The bottle conjures images of the cool ocean, and looks very modern and pretty. Over all, while not a perfume I would wear often, but it was nice

I get lots of cucumber and apple, obviously...its lush and it is ozonic and airy. Not as good as the original only because it isn't as unique. If you are wearing this, you could certainly confuse this with a handful of others. A better ozonic is Bvlgari omnia crystalline edp in my opinion. But it is fresh, and it lasts a few hours. And if you don't already own something similar, it is a giid edition.

Very pretty & fresh but nothing unique. It also has terrible longevity & very low sillage. It is pretty enough that I can see why people like it. And it may be worth respraying a lot to some but not to me. I dont think this is anything like Light Blue. I really did not like Light blue at all & the cedar sceams in it. I think Eternity Aqua is better & the cedar isnt stupid strong in it.

Calvin Klein Eternity Aqua for women is refreshing, cool, and clean! Sweet apricot, crisp cucumber, fresh cedar, and juicy red apple to a dry down of light woods, peony and subtle hints of magnolia. Since I bought the 3.4 oz bottle they gave me the most adorable matching tote bag. Eternity Aqua is excellent for those hot summer months and the perfect aquatic scent for women! Love it!

This scent had a very familiar quality to it, and then after awhile it hit me. This smells like an aquatic version of VS Bombshell, in the sense that they both smell like bubble bath rather than perfume. I wasn't very impressed by the longevity but I can see how this might be a good choice in very hot, humid weather when only something light will do.

The initial impression is fresh and aquatic, nice, but with drydown, the freshness is lost and smells more like original Eternity. And you can feel the drydown only if you apply it generously, since the sillage is unfortunately very poor. Even it is nothing special, still quite nice, but poor performance make it no buy for me.

Lovely and fresh, but I can dupe this with many aqua scented shower gels. I enjoyed my test spray, but it falls short of being a signature scent. I have been using Method Hand Soap in "Sea" and that is a perfect dupe, and lasts as long. I would enjoy smelling this on a man, to see if any masculine woods come out to play.

This is an easy reach in spring and summer. Makes you feel fresh all day long. Calvin Klein does this type of clean, aquatic genre well. Its fresh, floral and very feminine. Just pretty. A bit of musk and woody notes ground it. This is a flowing sundress on a hot summer day.

i'm wearing this perfume today and i must say i am very much so enjoying it on this hot summer day. very light, fresh, clean, and refreshing perfume. i cannot see anyone complaining about this fragrance. i can smell some aqua notes with fresh florals. very nice and pretty.

My friend wears this, and it's wonderful on her. It's light, slightly fruity, and floral. Cucumber is prominent in Eternity Aqua. It's a very pleasant fragrance to sit next to. It doesn't work well for everyone, but it lasts on her!

This perfume is very fresh and clean that has a safe distance from smelling like a detergent thankfully. I think it smells too masculine for my taste.

It's a very clean, fresh scent...suits for everyday wear on all seasons.... It's more of a casual wear!!!! The bottle is so fabulous!!!!

I'm usually not very much into "ozonic" scents but this one is a little different, i like that it's sweet, the cucumber is great too.

Very fresh and aquatic. It reminds me of this cucumber water they serve at the salon I go to. It is very "spa like." I like it alot!

It's nice, aquatic, subtle but on me it has zero longevity so I rarely wear it.

So... i thought I would love it and maybe my expectations were a bit high, but it just smells like air freshener to me...

A fresh and inoffensive smell. My boyfriend says it smelled like dawn dish soap. I can smell the cucumber in this one.

Not that I need another perfume... but I bought it anyway. It was on sale at a fantastic price (which is rare for Australian retail!) and I just could not resist because the thought of this scent lingered in my mind since first trying it several weeks ago. To me, this is just lovely. Not a "wow" type of fragrance, but more of a "mmm delicious, I just want to whiff my wrists" type of scent. Eternity Aqua is clean and opens with a refreshing cucumber note. Not in a tangy or irritating way either (ever notice how some scents just get right up your nose and almost burn the skin inside your nostril from their harshness?). Not this one, this scent is well bodied and rounded and soothing from the first moment of application. This scent has both gardenia and magnolia, which are my favourite flowers-their blooms are beautiful and smell divine to me. There is almost a sweetness to the floral and aquatic notes, which hits the spot with a gourmand lover like me. I find this perfume to be a really great base to layer with sweeter perfumes. The scent doesn't change too much during the drydown for me, other than for the crisp top notes mellowing down to softer and warmer versions. To me, this is a grown-up take on Cool Water Woman, which was my signature scent as a teenager years ago. Definitely love at first whiff. This scent takes me away to a happy place.

Eternity is my signature fragrance but, when it comes to Eternity Aqua, all I can say is - no, no and no! And this, pretty much, applies to all other special editions as well. I often compare them to Issey Miyake which is my 2nd most favourite fragrance- I love all versions of that perfume. The designers have, somehow, managed to keep the base intact and play with the character. Moreover, every single version echoes the name that it carries- floral, lotus, Absolute... I can't say any of this for Eternity versions. From the perspective of a happy customer of Issey Miyake special editions, I could say that something seems to have gone badly wrong with the variations of Eternity- I just don't feel the original notes anymore. I don't find Aqua at all aquatic. The aquatic version of a ozonic/aquatic fragrance should, IMHO; be lighter and more airy than the original. In this case, it's an almost green, an not at all light. It has no character either. What I find to be soapy in a positive way about the original, turns into a dish-washing detergent soapy in this version. And, I'm pretty sure that I wouldn't care for this detergent either. I'm having trouble detecting the base note that spoils the fun, it's not Cedar but it is something woody. I just don't like it. Besides, it leans towards a man's cologne. It definitely doesn't match the price.

I'm not sure what it is with me and summery scents but my skin just eats them up and my nose can't detect them. Or if it does, it doesn't smell anything special. I have been looking for a light summery "holiday" kind of perfume, I liked the look of the notes and so I blind bought this. At first sniff i smell cucumber, apple, and some generic summery florals. Pleasant enough but half an hour later it's gone, and when I sniff my skin close up, all I can smell is cheapish generic "smelt it all before" kind of smell. I kept reapplying this throughout the day and still could barely smell it. And again, when I did there was nothing special. I'll probably use it up on holiday or chuck it in the drawer at work to reapply throughout the day but overall it's disappointing. Nothing special at all. Meh...

A very dry and crispy scent. There is a sharp note in it that seriousely bothers me like rotten apples or something. Also, the cucumber here isn't very great. It actually turned sour on me. Overall i don't think this is a feminin scent. And personally i don't want to smell anything like this, for fear of offending anyone near me with the smell of sour apples. Longevity: 4h+ Projection: leaves a trail so be careful if it turns sour on you.

Wonderfully light and refreshing on the paper strip. I really liked the apple and cucumber top notes. Unfortunately, it smelt like refined and expensive toilet spray on my skin (though luckily for me it also disappeared after about 10-20 minutes) Beautiful if used on the right person, but Eternity Aqua is not for me.
