212 VIP Men

This was probably my best blind-buy, as I was intrigued by vodka note. I own a huge bottle (200ml) since last september, and every now and then I come back to use this fragrance in between of testing others. Oh my god, I'm lost for that smell! It may sound weird regarding fragrance I wear myself, but I feel it's so sexy. I love every aspect - it's sweet though not clogging, boozy, minty, sonewhat fruity and this just blends so damn fine into nearly a perfect fragrance... ...except for one thing - longetivity. It's just dissolving from my skin after nearly 3 hours, I can't even sniff it off my wrists at all after that period. Not sure if it's a matter of skin pH or what, but I feel anytime i find perfumes that I love, they are evaporating in no time, while those I have hard time with (vanilla based with fruit) are there usually until the next day, am I cursed or what? I'm not worried for it's legitimacy as I bought it at trusted store. I already tried to macerate it for one month with no significant results, next step would be layering it with some molecules (not sure which will work the best, but I will try few). Maybe I just have to overspray it, not being a sissy sprayer as some Curlies say haha. The bottle i own is 2022 batch, so looking at the votes for longetivity here (with majority on long lasting), was it reformulated so badly at some point? As some people in the comment section mentioned - this seems to be a clubbing scent, so maybe it will come alive in warmer months (as I'm rather not clubbing person myself), fingers crossed if that's its original purpose. Scent 10/10, one of my tops Longetivity 3/10, Sillage 7/10, Taking low longetivity, this still summarizes to 8/10.

At first I wasn't too sure with this one. All I could smell was yet another Lacoste Live / Hollister Festival Vibes / Penguin Reserve. It doesn't particularly smell like any of these but my nose was suffering from sniff fatigue. I had to leave it and go back, and I'm glad I did. It's one of those scents that doesn't change. What's there at first sniff is still there at the end of the day. What I get is the alcohol, obviously. Whether this is gin or vodka is not relevant; it's just an astringent ozonic binder to hold the other smells together. The other smells are really nice. You have a spicy creamy fruitiness. Not passionfruit, more citrusy cooking apples. There's no vanilla or tonka bean here but the warm sweetness is there. I have no idea what kind of amber has been used but that is certainly there with the musky warmth. As for the ginger and mint they sort of cancel each other out. All these smells, all mixed up together, all a little bit synthetic, they all sort of work. The fact that they all compete keeps the smell alive. My only slight concern is that harsh alcohol smell that binds it, but that's a minor complaint. This isn't quite in my top ten but it's certainly an "I Love It". Sillage is moderate. Longevity very good at about 12 hours.

Damn this stuff is GOOD!! I blind bought it today at Marshalls. Ive been eyeing it for awhile now, but never pulled the trigger. Saw it for $29.00 for a 1.7oz so I figured why not!? I'm really into frags for younger guys, especially ones that smell modern and fresh-spicy. Boy, did I get lucky! Okay, now it's not the greatest deal, but damn, I really, really like this stuff. I actually wore it tonight, 5 sprays total, and I smelled the wafts for 3 hours....And it was awesome! I will admit that it does remind me of Paco Rabanne 1 Million, but only for the first 5 min. I was disappointed at first because I thought it was just another 1 million, but as it started to settle, I was surprised. I definitely get the booziness....Now when I think of boozy, I always think of CH Men Prive or something brown and heavy, but this is clear and fresh-boozy! As it settles, the pepper comes out clean and clear. It is in the same boat as 1 Million, but it's completely different at the same time. 1 Million is incredibly thick and heavy while this is incredibly thick and fresh somehow! Highly recommend if your expectations are realistic!

This has been my signature fragarance since it was released. The first moment I smelled 212 VIP MEN I just knew "this is me"... so roll on over the years and we are at the stage where I have had lots of other fragrances I fell in love with and made my 'fragrance du jour' for a while. The last two days I have gone back to this as it represents me so much I feel extra confidence and assurity when wearing it, something I was unsure of whether I had kept hold of after a series of things in my life which had changed my perceptions. But today, literally just minutes ago, I got the best compliment from a woman I have ever had about this fragrance! "not fresh but - clean but not crisp... smooth, something with a punch that makes me notice it"... "...hmm..." "This smells like a shark..." "Oh..." said I... "like a 'shark' shark?... like a dangerous shark with teeth?" "Yes, but a sexy shark!"... "I dunno, ... powerful but sleek, you know?... like it cuts through the air smooth to your nose but it has a massive devastating hit on you?..." So yes, after that this is firmly back in my fragrance wardrobe as of today.

After reading a bunch of reviews and watching a few vids on VIP men, I decided to go ahead and blind buy it. The bottle is pretty cool too. As for the scent I definitely dig it. I can see the whole club vibe with this one but in all honestly it's not really a loud cologne like say one million. Even though it doesn't smell like 1 million i kinda see it in the same vein as it. But I wouldn't just wear this in a club or bar scene. I can see it's use in other places as long as the temp is cool. Not an office or maybe work scent though. .. Hmmm. Maybe with 1-2 sprays *shrugs* . It's definitely a evening scent but can see use of it later in the afternoon. I haven't tested it out in high heat to see if it can be cloying or not. Anyways as I was smelling my wrist through out a few hours, it started to smell real familiar to me.. I just couldn't put my finger on it because it was a scent i haven't smelled since I tested it years ago. Then it hit me.. Givenchy Play Intense! Just not as sweet. It's especially more apparent during the dry down for me. Overall though I think it's a pretty good fragrance.

Dry gin opening, first thought it was alcohol blast. it isn't. it's like when you sip Gin from the glass plus the mint. 5 minutes Turns into sweet sour waxy lipsticky feel ( in a good way ) reminds of creamy coconut. passion fruit are the main player. its not loud when you wear for the office but if you sweat a lot this thing became beast mode. I think thats the reason vip men categorized for clubbing scent. this will not offend anyone even if you spray liberally. so you can wear it for the hot summer too. its not fresh but calming and relaxing. a head turner for sure. its linger for a good 4 hours to me. good projection. longevity is superb, I spray on 7PM ,next morning i still can smell it clearly. so if you live in hot humid area you can take this for your signature / everyday scent. its not aquatic, its not blue fragrances. it's a aromatic summer fragrance like l'homme ideal cologne type. not fresh but easy to take in summer heat. be sure you spray this on your skin. try it guys.

Contrary to its name, it does not necessarily stand out in a club setting but at the workplace this is a fresh and sharp stand out scent. You will instantly smell sophisticated yet not aggressive - smelling it reminds you of a tame version of Fahrenheit by Dior. Like when a proper young man raised by a dad who wears Fahrenheit decides to make a name for himself but eagerly does his best to be out of Daddy's shadow but just in case he needs help, he will name drop Daddy or ask Daddy's contacts for help. Alas, VIP. The night time party boy with his own table and bottled service yet a day time junior exec in charge of a tiny non impacting - non revenue generating part of Daddy's enterprise - the lil boy VIP. Girls will know you are rich and fresh, they would know you have a name and quite a taste but sadly not man enough for the gold diggers. Perfect for the Gen Z or Millenial one night stands after clubbing or pub after work.

Never more than 3 sprays on this beast. If you spray more than 4 and you get pulled over by cops and once you roll down your car window and they smell that strong sweet vodka. I am sure that they will ask you if you have alcohol in your car, if you have been drinking and how much and if you answer “no” to any of their questions. They will probably wouldn’t believe you and will make you get out of your car and do a sobriety test and this is not a joke, it really does have a strong fruity vodka vibe. Imagine doing a sobriety test, because you sprayed too much 212 VIP, that would be really a funny experience. Be gentle on the trigger guys, unless you want to spend your night in a drunk tank. (The getting pulled over by cops and doing sobriety test is just a joke, but this one being a beast is not a joke.) Not for office or first dates, your boss and your date will think that you’re alcoholic. Club scent only, guys.

Great nighttime/club scent. The opening isn’t bad, but little bit weird... I get huge dosage of synthetic bubble gum swetness with a bit passionfruit and lime. After the first sniff I thought, right, here is another bubble gum teenage fragrance, but fortunately 10 minutes later this sweetness fades away and I get a wonderful spicy vodka odor. This part of the perfume is really great and so strong! 2-3 hours later, when the mid notes gone I sniff a cool combination of leather, amber and woodsy (mostly rosewood) notes. Except for the first 10 minutes, this perfume is very very good. Highly recommended. - fall/winter, nighttime scent, typical club wear, not too versatile. - sillage is great, longevity is amazing, 10+ hours on skin - safe blind buy (maybe) Scent (open, top-mid): 8/10 (x2) Scent (drydown, base): 10/10 (x2) Sillage: 8/10 Longevity: 10/10 Uniqueness: 8.5/10 Versatility: 6.5/10 Total: 8.625/10

So far there is only one other scent that I have sampled and immediately purchased afterward. In comes the second. Instant contender for my signature scent. Green, but sweet. Designer, but unique. Powdery, but fresh. Subtle, but risky - clean, but confident. This scent excels at being the right amount of everything I want in a fragrance. The green and powdery slant of this DNA is paired with sweetness for mass appeal, but backed up with vodka and lime to keep it unique and uplifting. There is a mystery about this that is hard to find in other designers, especially given it's very affordable price. It is youthful without being immature. It is not appropriate for all occasions, but will be a great fit for many, and lasts a decent amount of time. The projection leaves something to be desired after the first hour, but it couldn't be more worthwhile in this case. My favorite from CH Men.

212 VIP Men is one of my favorite fragrances ever and it was an instant love for me. If you enjoy fresh scents, but not the boring “shower gel” type of freshness, this one makes a lot of sense. The opening is fresh, slightly fruity and spicy, with that recognizable vodka-like effect that gives me an almost metallic, clinically clean feeling. That cold, sharp start is honestly one of the best parts. After it sits on the skin for a while, it gets even better. It becomes smoother, warmer and more pleasant, while still keeping that fresh character. I also received compliments quite often while wearing it, which makes sense because it is very easy to like. For me, this is definitely a safe blind buy, especially if you like fresh, masculine scents with a clean, slightly metallic edge. It is modern, pleasant and very wearable.

Sentetik mojito dememin sebebi şu; içeriğindeki nane, taze ve doğal bir nane gibi değil, "vicks" kremi çok hafif andıran sentetik bir nane ama asla ve asla vicks gibi keskin ve boğucu değil. Yaz hariç her mevsime uygun özellikle ilkbahar. Yazın gündüz için yorucu olacaktır fakat serin ve esintili yaz akşamlarına da gidebilir. Epey kalıcı ve hissedilir. Dateler, eğlenceler ve bar/club ortamlarına uygun. 20 yaş üzeri ve 50 yaş altı. Kör alışa ve hediyeye çok uygun.

Pure sexiness and seductiveness in a bottle. When I smell this fragrance I imagine a guy that wears all black everything, nice fitted black polo, some quality pants, and black leather sneakers. I'm absolutely in love with this fragrance . The opening is citrusy, peppery, and sweet (the opening of the scent can make you fall in love with this fragrance ). The heart of the fragrance is boozy mint with a bit of spice, in the dry-down, the fragrance turns into a sweet woody kinda smells like Versace eros but boozy and better. The performance is great easy 10 hours and sillage and projection is over the moon . In my opinion you can wear this to any occasion and every situation especially when you are with that sexy senorita ( you know what I mean ;D) Performance: 10/10 Scent:9.5/10 Complements: 9/10

My most complimented perfume ever,its like distant cousin of one million and eros but not many people acknowledge its danger,not the most unique smell but it sure does smell great,great for night out,and is possible to use almost every season(of course except high heated summers,but goes still well night) smells like early 2010s skinny jeans and huge ass sunglasses,but smells still great and works with every other decades too. got it from rossmann for something like 50 euros(it was the last one left) average longevity i get 4-6h on skin and 10h in clothes( i remember night outs that i still smell after waking up) sillage is alright,you gotta spray a little more at nights for it to become beast mode overall 7.5 or 8/10 but for me it will make me remember my university times.

212 VIP Men is a very pleasant fragrance, with warm and fresh notes. It starts very fresh and fruity, with a tropical touch and spicy by ginger and citrus. It feels a bit aquatic, maybe it has elements that the original 212 had. After a while it becomes warmer and more spicy, although it never becomes cloying, as it always retains that rare vibe of freshness. At the end you get to distinguish the leather a bit, which reminded me of some phases of Ch Men Prive from the same house as Carolina Herrera. Many compare it to 1 million, but 212 VIP is less sweet and more versatile. I like it for cool days, outings with friends, in autumn or winter. Its duration was very good, more than 12 hours, although it only projected well the first 2 hours.

I didn’t know what to expect from this fragrance, a good friend of mine referred this fragrance to me and it seemed very intriguing so I bought it. And oh boy, this fragrance is very, very good. I would describe the scent as a chilled, lime/grapefruit-ish cocktail, with the masculine wood notes to balance it out. I know that sounds a bit odd, but it’s extremely pleasing, it really does capture the night life/club experience. The projection is not too overbearing either, sort of intimate if you ask me. I would also describe it as a grittier One Million by Paco Rabanne. I would HIGHLY recommend this fragrance, worth the blind purchase! 8/10

This is my all-time signature scent from high school and i have so many memories tied to it. I always come back to this because in the end i always realise that it suits me the best. However i think there was some kind of reformulation around 4-5 years ago because the original box of this was black and now its silver. i also noticed some changes in the scent when i got one as a gift with the silver box. it somehow had less character and worse longevity and sillage. Maybe it was just a faulty batch because my recent one is performing better. As i said my only problem with this is the performance. The scent itself is just the best imo.

lotta ppl bash 1 million and this for smelling generic but i have yet to smell anything that smells of that realistic non suede leather in many fragrances. This leather note that im mentioning here isnt a harsh weird superamber-esque concontion like in tom fords nor a rubbery plasticy fake leather; unlike most of the scents that feature leather note. Leather is prominent on my skin and it smells like a realistic but really clean non suede leather (after its chemical plastic vibes disappear used for curing) mixed with clean male-skin musks + some sweetness that doesnt smell like a baby powder galore.

Still a banging drop. I’ve owned a number of CH frags. 212 VIP and 212 VIP Black are my favourites. This stuff comes alive on my skin. Easily 8-10 hours with 3-4 sprays. Longer if I happen to hit my clothes while spraying. Projection is moderate. I still get the occasional whiff toward the end of the day if I spray around 6am. The notes I pick up the most are the lime, spices, mint, pepper, ginger and gin. If I really try, I can faintly pick up the vodka, but it smells more juniper/gin to my nose. Still a way to go to really train my nose. Anyway, this thing will always have a place in my frag-cab.

Good fragrance that is, in my opinion mass appealing. It smells fresh spicy, and has a bit of an aromatic kick. You can smell slightly the passionfruit, however I can’t smell the vodka or gin note, maybe I’m nose blind. I can smell the pepper, a bit of ginger, and mint. On the dry down I definitely get some amber not that helps it smooth out. This fragrance is good all year, maybe not when it’s like 30-35 degrees Celsius with the sun hitting you, if so maybe a couple of sprays, but in all honesty, the vibe of this fragrance is a summer night out to a club. I already got compliments from it.

212 VIP tried multiple batches including stuff in stores throughout 2025 // and own 2017 versions // 💪 all exceptionally strong - differences are minor. Still has that characteristic sour Vodka alcohol note that pops in the top and mid of the fragrance. Most of the notes are blended and not as distinct as you might expect - and there is a creamy smoothness to the whole fragrance. Loud and boisterous. Back in the day it was their attempt to capture some of the clubbing market from Paco 1 million and Versace Eros. 3/5 overall ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ - but higher if used in a club environment.

Lowkey slaps so hard. This one tells a story, imagine an office worker who has an interest in bodybuilding. He is muscular, but not satisfied with his life and work. He likes to have some fun and adventures in some parties and is a secret alcoholic. He hides behind his white shirt and black suit (Citrus and aromatic notes) while his real personality is a lot more adventurous (vodka and spices). The scent also has undertones very similar to creatine. I do not get leather or woody notes that much. Longevity is acceptable, projection is really great.

من به هیچ وجه متوجه شباهتی میگن این ادکلن با وان میلیون مضحکه داره را نمی فهمم. این ادکلن به نظر من در ترکیبی اسرار آمیز، خوشمزه، خنک و اغواگر میتونه دسته بندی بشه، در صورتی که پاکو رابان وان میلیون برعکس ادکلنی است که دستش روئه و مشخصه چه حسی داره! به هر حال یکی اینجا با یکی از ویژه ترین فلنکر های لاین محترم 212 طرف هستیم که به معنای واقعی ادکلن لِول بالایی ئه، مناسب تقریبا هر فصل می تونه باشه و به نظر من فقط برای استفاده روی لباس بافتنی زمستونی خیلی جالب از آب در نمیاد، ماندگرایش به نسبت طبع خنکی که داره عالیه و پخش بوی قابل قبولی هم داره! تمام

When Herrera remodeled these bottles last year, they reformulated this fragrance. The formula was reworked and some notes were omitted. It no longer has that exquisite passionfruit opening, but still has the finger lime & vodka. The new version is good, but the old formulation was incredible. I have bottles of both versions. It's still a good performer, but the old version used to be Beastly. No matter what version you can get a hold of, I recommended trying this thing out. Recently pulled the trigger on this one because the price has finally come down a bit over the years. I'm very happy with it. It's fruity but not overly sweet like 1 Million which I never liked anyway. This one is a little more refined and a little classier than most other clubbing fragrances. The gin note is interesting and actually really goes well with the exotic fruit scent. Performance for me was very good well over 12 hours.

the smell has nothing similar with 1 million except the sweetnes. its much more woody spicy boozy fresh to me. i got compilments in first day spraying this and that was incredible. all my classmates were talking about whose perfume was that. you can spray it as many as you want .it wont disturb others. thats what 1 millon can't do. scent 9/10 longevity 8/10 (8+ on skin, a week on clothes) projection 9/10 sillage 9/10 price 6/10

A really pleasing, spicy, boozy club scent. The ginger and passionfruit stand out at first, with the clean bite of vodka just underneath. Over time, the amber and leather come through and end up remaining for a surprisingly long drydown. As I mentioned, this is perfect for a club or fun party setting. To be honest, and this isn't necessarily a negative, I can't imagine where else it would be appropriate. 7.5/10

If u told me that 212 VIP was created by Russian perfumer called Sasha or Masha, i would believe hands down.. That doesn't mean i don't love it by any mean of the word..i do love it sooo much, the perfect scent for clubbing and night time hanging out 212 VIP also performs like a beast, easily +8 hours longevity, projects very well first 3 hours making a bubble around u 6 feet or even more Recommend hands down

I have a large collection, and am in the process of thinning out designer scents I'm not a fan of to make space for Tauers, Nassomattos, Amouages, etc. However, this is making it in. Holy crap. It reminds me of the modern, high class, young men at exclusive bars in NYC. Pompadours, blazers, cocktails on the rocks. This fragrance has elements of booze, zest, spice and salt. Excellent, a must try.

Sweet and loud clubbing juice. As the girls below continue to report, ladies love this alcoholic tonic cocktail tornado...... 8+ hours. A boosy 1 Million without the cinnamon, splashed with thick tropical nectar. Vodka, passion fruit, gin. Synthetic.... Sure. But fun and unapologetic. Bottle does not show remaining juice, but magnetic cap and heavy feel adds a nice touch.

I bought a bottle some years ago, been sitting in my basement cabinet. Now unleashing this on my wrist became the most divine and intruiging smell to me. I'm not sure if fragrance can macerate into being more fresh than they were or if my brain is playing tricks, but this is no longer brown leather but angelicly fruity. 10/10 to my nose now.

Very special fragrance & very long lasting. Flowers all over the place with the first spray, after that very intense vodka or something like that. Pleasant though. I sprayed once on my cross by mistake that I wear on my chest and the perfume stayed there over a week. Great blind buy for younger men I believe

Extremamente cheiroso, ótimo para sair a noite, discordo de quem afirma que após a reformulação o perfume está sem projeção, pois continua com suas notas de vodka e especiarias fortes, além do mais suas notas furtadas trazem frescor para esse perfume. Rende diversos elogios com 3 a 4 borrifadas.

This is one of my 2 favorite fragrances. I hadn't bought it for a long time and just got a new bottle. The original scent has slightly changed, and the performance has weakened incredibly. Is it really the same for you too? This is really sad for me I loved this perfume so much.

Fruity a little bit of citrus in the opening , sweeter than average a little green notes It’s a mix that is a love or hate for the people It is a distant relative to one million if you don’t like one million I’d advise to not even try it Longevity is great

nossa, esse perfume é muuuito bom! por mais que muitos tenham ele, não deixa de ser um cheiro extremamente agradável. gosto de usar quando vou sair para festas, tem um cheiro bem ''baladeiro'' e projeta e fixa bastante! cuidado com as borrifadas.

This is actually my most complimented fragrance ever no cap. As it says in the name VIP you're really going to smell like the most important person where ever you are. It just has an rich intoxicating aroma. I'll describe it as fresh and sweet.

FAO any Aussie fellas reading this and thinking of having a dabble. Head to CFDirect. They’ve got 50ml sets on offer for $53. I just bought two, which has saved over $40 on a 100ml bottle. The 200ml of shower gel is a bonus. Thank me later.

Closely, it's smell like fruity voka punch(a favourite cocktail on europe eastern).it isn't so aggressive since it's a booze vide so it would be out of favor for someone. Just enjoy this like a fresh and cheery cocktail type of liquor.

One of my top 5 fragrance. Absolutely amazing. I'm not really good in describing the notes. All what I can say is this is a sweet fragrance. Longevity is great. For matured men, yes, you can give it a try. My rating: 9/10

This is fragrance makes you smell wealthy becouse the smell is so unique. the longevity is 24hrs plus and the sillage is very beastly this frag can fill the room anywhere you go. overall the best rich fragrances.

Smells great, good performance and quite cheap. I don't know why this fragrance is hated so much. Good for me I guess, price will remain low at discounters and they'll keep having it in stock.

very sweet, playfull and youthfull fragrance. A cross between ultra male and invictus aqua. citrus, fruity, sweet ideal for going out on warm nights and has very good performance.

Good night fragrance for club. I'm anosmic to this so far, 5 minutes and I can't smell it. I think is a good perfume especially when you buy it with a good discount. 8/10

A cool masculine fragrance you absolutely can tell it's from 2010's which i enjoy a lot and i love the era. I don't recommend this to people that are younger than 22-23.

Skin scent for me too... and I feel so bad because I really like the smell... It projects for about 1/2 h, then remains close to the skin for 3-4 hours tops! Too bad...

Sweet, spicy and fresh fragrance. Performance is at the best în spring, fall and summer night. I'm talking about 8 hours on my skin with decent 2 hours projection.

This could be hands down one of the greatest scents I've known. Incredible smell, however I have to use at least 6 sprays for a couple of hours. Still love it!
