212 VIP Rosé Smiley

I'm a bit amused at the comments that find this specific bottle childish, apparently unaware that this is an homage to the original 1960s Smiley design by Harvey Ball. It was originally meant to boost employee morale in some American insurance company, not directed at children at all. Almost makes you grateful for companies throwing pizza fridays nowadays for boosting morale, doesn't it? lol. Anyway, along with its catch phrase 'Take the time to smile' it basically was an icon all through the 70s and 80s and it was age-neutral. It's arguably the very first widely spread widely known emoticon, long before anyone even had a computer in their home. My big brother at age 19 in the 80s had a T-shirt with a huge smiley on it. My mom had several tote bags (I think one grey and one red) with a print of it. I had one of my jeans patched with a smiley patch. It used to be everywhere. Didn't use to be a child thing at all. It was more along the lines of the millennial's mustache design, or how owls were on everything for some time etc. Anyway, as for the fragrance, I've only worn it a couple of times. It's your standard fruity rosy girly scent with a bit of an intitial sparkle to it. I can't fully describe it yet tbh. For that I'd like to test it in more different climates first. I'm hoping to discover what Bhavnalovesscents below seems to perceive. The Balsam Fir note didn't want to reveal itself to me yet. My husband likes it a lot on me though. He complimented me on it the first day I was wearing it. As for performance if you want it to radiate in hotter weather (by that I mean tropical, I live in Mumbai) you have to lay it on quite a bit. But careful if you're going to be in AC surroundings. In that setting it can get a bit headache-inducing if layered on too heavily. You'll have to adapt a little according to the situation. Longevity on me is low to average. I put it on 5 hrs ago and I really have to put my nose close to my skin now to really smell it. Personally, I like it. And I like the bottle.

Is CH turning into a child's brand, these bottles alongside the previous ones and the skateboards are beyond infantile. I can't imagine a sane person buying those, not to mention that they are nauseatingly synthetic, or maybe I am the crazy one...

This brand has some very smart people working for them. The idea is great, in this sad times I think just looking at this bottle makes me feel better and I am a sucker for cute things also :)

I have to agree with veleno below. While I really enjoy the original "VIP rosé" and will probably try this new juice when available here in Germany, that bottle is just hideous...
