While this is just a Limited Edition of the Original, I do sense that this has been improved a little. I just bought this for collecting purposes since I’m a fanatic of this fragrance, it is so timeless.

This is just the standard version of Caron Pour Un Homme put in a special edition bottle. Similar to what they did last year with the "Pour Un Homme de Caron x Nathanaël Koffi Caron". I guess if Hermes and Dior can do limited edition bottles with nothing new inside of them, so can Caron! I was excited to try this as I've got 6 Caron fragrances so clearly I'm a fan, but. the fact fragranctica is mentioning Ernest Daltroff and not a more recent perfumer such as the current in house perfumer Jean Jacques , I then asked Google Gemini's AI to compare the ingredients published of both the current formulation of the original and this "new" version and google said they're identical. This is for people who want collect special edition bottles and that is it.

This isn’t the regular Pour Un Homme you know. I tested them side by side, and it’s definitely been reformulated. It’s more camphorous and aromatic, with little improvement in performance overall. From the official website the formula has been noticeably tweaked.

Not sure why it has a different note Pyramid because it’s the same perfume just in a limited edition bottle.
