Fétiche Le Santal

For me this fragrance is the embodiment of absolute comfort and intimacy, like a perfectly fitting second skin, only even more beautiful and refined. It unfolds in a very delicate, soft, and cozy way. The sandalwood here is not briny, instead, it brings a velvety woody texture with a subtle powdery nuance, making the composition warm and enveloping. Fig adds a gentle green freshness and a barely perceptible lactonic creaminess, keeping the fragrance airy and alive. All the notes intertwine into a single, beautifully harmonious accord - calm, skin-like, and incredibly alluring. This is a fragrance that doesn’t announce itself loudly, but rather whispers, creating a sense of comfort, closeness, and inner tranquility. It’s the kind of scent you want to melt into, wear for yourself, and simply enjoy. Sadly, the scent doesn’t have much longevity on my skin 🥹 I lose it pretty quickly.

This is so lovely! I just have a 2ml sample and I am testing it today and it sure is beautiful. It reminds me (sort of) of VC&A Santal Blanc but here, Louboutin has done something more milky and more wearable, I think. The sandalwood is tame, it has no pickle smell (thank goodness) and the fig is fruity and green. The creamy and milky texture is also very present without going weird or sour. It’s almost like wearing a body lotion on my skin. It feels very gentle but still perfume-y at the same time. I might have to get a full bottle at some point... Though, longevity is definitely crap 🤭 about 2 hours max and it’s gone...

This isn’t a fig fragrance, it’s more of a coconut sandalwood fragrance, and it is the best in its category. This is super sexy, I bought it for my gf, summer nights in the south of France, this is one of those perfumes that makes core memories. It’s a masterpiece in my opinion. More for the ladies than for the guys, but I’m sure some people will say unisex. As for true fig fragrances, the best in its class is for sure fico di Amalfi la Riserva, and another summer nights intimate fragrance is soie Malaquais, if your girl has these 3 in her rotation on any vacation, it will light your soul on fire

A very good interpretation of creamy white floral, fresh coconut water and sandalwoody creamy powderiness. The green note in the fragrance helps to lift the heavy bottom and balanced with the creaminess. Definitely a cool weather scent. Love it! Btw, I perceived some cumin note on my skin which is a bit bothering at the first.

i like this fragrance, though I find it overpriced. it has nice projection, maybe an arms length away. a simple creamy sandalwood, and i think the fig milk adds a lot to this scent. if i had a full sized bottle i could see myself reaching for this pretty often, maybe layering it with a vanilla lotion. its deep and rich while still being creamy. a very nice night-time (in my opinion) scent, something i would wear on a date. the fig comes off almost fresh, too, and i really really love the way everything mixes together. this scent is NOT subtle, and i'm not quite sure about longevity yet as i've just put it on. wearing this makes me feel sophisticated, like i'm the grown woman i dreamed of being when i was a little girl.
