Loubikiss

This is GORGEOUS! I was torn between this and Loubicrown but am so happy I picked this. It is fresh and sparkling but not sharp. It dries down beautifully musky and powdery. A very classic, elegant scent. It is your classic ‘wear with white shirt’ work and life appropriate summery scent. Not good for date night or evenings though this is a day scent. It seems to lean a bit more to the Tuberrose side than the Jasmine and that gives it a little bit of a citrus kick in the opening. Not your usual ‘floral’ scent at all. This is a day-time scent. Perfect for fresh Spring morning and balmy summer days. This scent doesnt project on my sadly but it sits well on my skin and I can smell it hours later if I try to find it which is all that matters. I didnt know what to expect from the brand.. to be honest I think I was expecting some super sugary vulgar orientals. This is such a lovely perfume BUT so so mismatched to its packaging. The bottle is heavy and luxurious with a stunning sugar skull but this will make it impossible to travel with or throw in a handbag. I wish it was in a simple frosted vial!

I actually love this fragrance, but then it has all the sort of notes that I love as well! Anything that lasts a decent amount of time with decent sillage and realistic white floral notes is a lovely perfume in my book. I could smell the sweet and lush jasmine and the sweet and heady tuberose as soon as I sprayed this perfume onto my skin, which delighted me. I got some of the musk and the woods in the drydown, but it wasn't prominent, which I prefer. It kind of reminds me of Vert Malachite by Giorgio Armani, except less bubblegummy and more natural smelling. I had about 5 hours wear on my skin and a sillage that you could smell at about arm's length away. I like how feminine this fragrance is and how you can wear it for all seasons except winter, both day and night. It is very versatile. Altogether, I would give this fragrance an 8.6/10. I find it slightly expensive for what it is, but I still think that this fragrance is worth it. I could imagine a very sensual and confident woman wearing this scent for sure.

I finally finished sampling my gorgeous Louboutin discovery set, which, by the way, wins the prize for best discovery kit packaging. Loubikiss and my fave, Loubicroc are the best out of the bunch. All of them were quite nice, but these two stood out, to me. Loubikiss is a jasmine dominant floral scent that is very elegant, straight forward and well crafted. The projection is very good. I dabbled a small amount on my both wrists and it's projecting like crazy. I'll update this on the longevity and dry down. I suspect this is a safe blind buy if you love jasmine. Later - The projection starts to diminish after about an hour, although it's still stronger than a skin scent. You get about 4-5 hours out of it.

It is delicious! Tops my very long collection of tuberose/jasmine scents. I agree with @trillav below, Loubikiss is in between Carnal Flower and Malachite Rouge, although much more transparent / Chrystal light, less coconut heavy than MR. If you are familiar with Acqua di Parma Jasmine Nobile - it is just that but for a combo Jasmine Tuberose. It absolutely stunningly merges with the skin chemistry of the wearer without suffocating neither the wearer nor the people around. It stays for days on the clothes reminding about its existence with a coquette smile.

This is the fragrance that has solidified the fact that tuberose is one of my favorite floral notes out there. There's a very light, yet present greeness to this, almost like you're really standing in the middle of a garden while the flowers bloom. Once the green feeling disappears, you're left with a slight sweetness from the tuberose. It's one of those sexy florals. Mature , flirty but absolutely lady-like. Definitely one of the best spring/fall fragrances out there.

Brilliant, love it and downsides my tuberose collection to this one and a few grown up tuberoses. I would say this is very similar to Rouge Malachite by Armani less amber. Very rounded, soft, smiling and airy tuberose. Nothing sharp or aggressively predatorial about it. However, it is very intimately s**xy. IMHO, it’s a better execution of a tuberose happy scent than the one by Amouage (Love tuberose), and more rounded than Gucci floral line. Highly recommend.

Clean, musky white floral scent centered around a slightly bubblegum tuberose. The jasmine gives it an airy lift and balance that keeps the tuberose from getting overly sweet or heady. Fresh, friendly, femme. Moderate projection fades over 4-5hr, longevity 6-8hr. Sort of a stripped-down Le Labo Lys 41 or Nicolai Number One Intense. Simple, some might say basic, yet very pleasant.

This is probably what you’d get if you layer Jasmin Rouge with Tuberose Nue. Haven’t tried it yet but just my guess. Love it so far. Great on the silage but not too gentle on my wallet. Lol. I don’t know what you might think but I sure got mine because of the bottle. Love it when both the juice and the bottle are so wonderful.

Beautiful fresh nonbubblegummy tuberose. So on the spectrum of tuberose, it’s NOT on the end with My Way and L’Interdit, Loubikiss is not that sweet. Loubikiss reminds me more of Do Son, Carnal Flower, and Honour Woman. I am a white floral lover and I love this.

I really love this and the full sized bottle is on its way (Easter gift for myself). I’ve been testing a sample for a couple of weeks. This is a really special fragrance for me and it somehow transports me back to Sicily. PS: I love Tuberose, Jasmine, and Musk.

Simple, pretty white floral, the juice itself is probably not unique enough for the price tag. However, I feel very lucky to own this very glamorous bottle. It is a treat to look at on my vanity and every time I go to use it I pause in it’s glory.

If you're a Tuberose fan....*Loubikiss* is a must-have. Smoother than fracas. Luxurious. Gorgeous.

One of the better white floral executions out there. Personal: 8/10 – I often dislike sweet white florals, but this one is done so well, in a way only Louboutin would do. I genuinely enjoy this. Mass appeal: 8.5/10 – Very easy to like. Fresh musk and soft florals make this broadly appealing and friendly to almost everyone's nose. Performance: 6.5/10 – Moderate. It hangs around decently but doesn’t project strongly or evolve much, which is expected for a musky floral. Value: 6/10 – Very expensive for what is essentially a clean, sweet, musky floral. However... the blending and balance is so good that I think for a white floral lover, this might be THE bottle. Uniqueness: 6/10 – Well-blended, but very familiar territory. Nothing here feels new or daring, though I'm in love with how smooth it is. SCORE: 70/100 Full bottle buy? NO, I do like it, but the price makes it hard to justify it. Blind buy? NO, not risky, but also not worth the gamble at this price unless you LOVE white florals. Recommend? YES, despite there being cheaper white floral alternatives, this one is the least synthetic smelling example I can think of that lets the white florals do all the talking. Date night? YES, light, pretty, and approachable, but not memorable. Great for summer dates. Office safe? YES, clean, polite, and unobtrusive to the highest degree. Pros: Clean and pleasant, very mass appealing, smooth sweet white floral balance, easy to wear Cons: Extremely safe, lacks depth, minimal evolution, overpriced for what it delivers Loubikiss is what I wanted Libre, and other popular modern white florals to smell like. It's so smooth, realistic, and beautiful. I'm not often a big fan of white florals because so often they disappoint me with their synthetic, plastic-ey presence, and often detract from everything else a fragrance has going on. However, every now and then, I find myself to be genuinely impressed by the quality of a white floral fragrance, and this one does it. There’s no real tension or contrast here. The white florals sparkle with a soft, clean, easy musk at the base that smooths it out, makes it a bit softer and easier to wear, and makes it a slightly deeper feeling fragrance, despite the distinct lack of depth it has. Look, white florals are soft, fleeting, and bright, and though that's beautiful, it's really kind of surface level for a fragrance. The base will often contain only a suggestion of white florals ever being present. The musk is smooth but at the base, that's really all that's left. A slightly sweet leaning musky second skin. It's beautiful while it sticks around, but the base certainly isn't challenging or complex. At a fraction of the cost, this would be a perfectly viable daily scent, and a white floral fragrance I would wholeheartedly recommend. I still would simply due to how realistic and vivid it is, but I would have to add the caveat of just how expensive it is. All that said, however, it's still a beautiful white floral fragrance that does realism very well, and doesn't annoy me with its synthetic overtones. It's blended beautifully and serves as a great example of what, to me, a white floral fragrance should be. I got a sample and its quite pretty white tuberose floral, not unique, reminds me a lot of Rouge Malachite. It a bit different from Tubereuse Nue, TN is a little more indolic and sharp. Another Fragrance is Marfa by Memo and I think its the closest to my nose I can compare it too. More expensive version of Gucci Bloom. So not unique. Creamy tuberose almost slightly coconuty, and soapy but on my skin there is something plasticky that I just cant get over with. This fragrance reminds me why its so important to test on skin before investing into full bottle. I want to say there is benzoin note in here thats not listed. Ive been sensitive to it lately and it definitely bother me in here. I dont like the new simplified note pyramid trend perfumeries do these days, I want a full list! I have yet to try others from this collection but so far Loubirouge is the only one I think worth owing.

I blind bought this fragrance because the bottle and topper are ridiculously gorgeous! It lasts about 3-5hrs with one spray. The initial spray projects like CRAZY (very strong). On my skin this fragrance projects mainly jasmine and the tuberous is light. I did not get any hints of musk or woody notes, which I would have enjoyed. I also have the TF Jasmine fragrance, and this is very close without the spicy elements of the TF. The TF version seemed to irritated my nose and gave me a headache from time to time. I am not sure why... I am usually not sensitive to his fragrances like that. Anyways, if you always wanted to try the TF version, but it might have been too cloying for you, give this CL fragrance a try. I don't regret this purchase... would I buy again, when I finish the bottle? Probably not. Cheers.

I got this from Scentbox, and as soon as I sprayed it, I had a scent memory that I could not place. Now that it's dried down, it hit me...my college roommate wore the OG Carolina Herrera for Her - and upon looking at the notes - that's it. Tuberose and jasmine. It's a white floral bomb that is so feminine and girlie. I don't think it has a lot of longevity. I put it on around 2.5 hrs ago, and I already feel like it's very close to the skin. But I think I'll enjoy this travel size while I have it for the spring.

I wanted to like this very much but I don't. Croc is still my favorite. Kiss just has too much woodiness for me. Ok, about 10 minutes later after I shut down the computer and started reading in bed, a beautiful and sweet jasmine scent wafted up. It was fabulous and then about an hour later it settled into a faint cedar background and jasmine. This is now my favorite right after Croc!

Loubikiss combines tuberose with woodiness and musk. It smells sophisticated and powdery. This is elegant but straighforward and for this reason I would say not worth the price.

A very straightforward musky tuberose. It’s pretty and wearable but nothing unique. If you have any number of tuberose fragrances in your collection, you don’t need this.

Such an expected, already done, quite tedious, although pretty tuberose in such a histrionic package. It is similar to Marfa the most, I can sense a lot of Twilly about this, too. Bubblegum, round, creamy tuberose. "ckorp802: This is probably what you’d get if you layer Jasmin Rouge with Tuberose Nue." Also quite spot on as it has the almost sheer floral quality of Jasmin Rouge and creaminess of Tubereuse Nue combined, stripped down of any indolic, natural tendencies. It weakens towards the end and gains some sweetness.

This was a let down for me... Perhaps my hopes were too high (based on the price + how much I love bikini questa)... It’s just your run of the mill soft greenish tuberose. Kind of a mix of Narcotic V and Tuberosis with a little powdery musk. Very safe, soft and demure~ I guess you’re only paying for the bottle~

i was nervous about the tuberose i dont get bubblegum at all, i get soft slightly sweet powdery make up/lipstick smell, i like but not for 300$+ the projection and longevity was meh maybe 5 hours , if i see it on a major sale then maybe, but for now 6/10

A more floral version of carnal flower without eucalyptus camphor feel.

Opens with sweet, multifaceted tuberose - like vegetal banana bubblegum. It's warm and musky, with a tangy kind of almost-balsamic element to it at first. Then it quickly dries down to a fuzzy, plasticy wood scent, with a vague, greenish undertone from the residual tuberose. Personally I find that Loubikiss' composition lacks the fullness and support to retain much dimensionality or structure after the drydown. The opening has a pleasurable summertime funkiness to it, but once the dynamic elegance of the floral topnotes begins to wane, it turns filmy, flat, and synthetic quite quickly.

this perfume sends me back to age 6, going to the church with my grandma. the scent of the church, the holy water, the kids selling sampaguita outside - this is it. heavy on the tuberose and musk.

This is STUNNING. Oh my word, when I first smelled this I fell in love, which is rare for me as I have pretty much smelled most frags (and few things impress me anymore). I think this collection is going to be big. I'm not the biggest floral fan (prefer darker scents) but I can appreciate a good tuberose when I smell one. I do have a lot of tuberose frags and am an avid collector. Carnal flower, jasmin rouge, do son, love tuberose, and many many more. But this really tops them all in my opinion. It's got that green raw aspect that Carnal Flower has, combined with the subtle sweetness of Jasmin Rouge. It's like a narcotic. The quality is IMPECCABLE. Seriously, I sprayed this on a friend who also collects and she agreed that the quality is evident from first spray. This ain't no cheap crap basically. Which I was dubious of as most of the time, when designers try and branch out into frags it's just a disaster and the price is way overblown for the quality. IMO this beats all the previous competitors in terms of longevity and sillage (on par with carnal flower). This is easily 12h+ which is rare with florals and a huge reason I bought this. That matters a lot to me, I can't stand expensive frags that last 5 hours with poor sillage. This will fill a room with 3 sprays easily. Honestly, that was the biggest selling point for me in addition to the smell itself. I can't wait to try the others as if this one is that good, I suspect there will be some other gems. If you like hot heavy milky thick lactic photorealistic Hawaiian tropical rainforest mixed with the subtle natural sweetness of Jasmin Rouge, this is a safe blind buy. It's not creamy sweet like Love Tuberose (no gourmand vanilla type of smell) which I appreciate. Just beautiful, perfect for all occasions. I'll probably move on my Jasmin Rouge as this is 100x better. Yep..10/10 for me.

Between Le Labo Lys 41 and this, I’ve found my perfect tuberose. They are very similar, nicely rounded white florals but this lacks the subtle vanilla in the base. I find both to be very wearable and lovely scents. This is my second favorite in the Louboutin range aside from Loubirouge, which I own. To compare to the Malachites, Vert is much more green and sharp, and Rouge is much more rounded/ambery with the added sage in the top. I prefer Rouge between the two but this is much more wearable for me.

This perfume is heavy on tuberose, if you don’t like tuberose then it’s not for you. I like it but I would say my favorite are loubicrown and loubidoo. Loubirouge smells exactly like Dior Bois D Argent.

They really didn’t work too hard on these fragrances, did they? They’re all 3 note wonders like Victoria’s Secret’s new perfumes. Try a little harder next time, Mr. Louboutin.

With Jasmine as a top note this must last for a while, I can't wait to try it on skin. Very floral and powdery, although I feel like its not very unique

Love, love, love. Great for summer. Layered with Black Opium to make it more gourmand for a winter.
