I purchased a decant of percival long before this fragrance came out and was not reminded of it when i first tested this fragrance. And now that i spray them side by side i’m taken away at how similar they are, it’s like a 1:1 copy, i’m not sure how i feel about that; the difference between the two is only slight. I will say, however, after spraying one on each hand after my shower and before bed, inspirato was still detectable (howbeit only close up) in the morning. They are both excellent, a PDM sales rep at my local dillards said percival was the best seller for men there (which is why i bought the decant) but as a christian provenzano fan boy i was persuaded to buy his rendition of this classic mens cologne scent profile. I like it because it’s fresh and clean, yet spicy, and a strong performer.

This is definitely no different from Percival. I saw it was similar online and tried out Percival at mall and they’re literally the same. I will say Inspirato is a sillage beast for sure!

I have both samples side by side and it sure is very similar to Percival but definitely not a full 1:1, similarity is about 90% I prefer this DNA over Percival.

This is a classic men’s cologne. Not bad and a safe blind buy for a man who is into classic cologne scents. It’s nice, but nothing unique or original.

Yes - it smells 90% like percival. The joke's on you, though, becasue that ten percent makes me choose this one more often. Far better performance!!
