Benjoin en Fleur

Benzoin en Fleur is a very rich, sweet, balsamic and sensual, and also a really uplifting creation. The opening is bubblegummy-fruity, joyful and a bit sparkling also, thanks to the bergamot, apple and the bright facet of the sweet juicy fruits. But don't get me wrong, it's not a fresh opening, because already at the begining of the fragrance there is that potent, sensually deepness which is get more prominent by time. After the opening, the bubblegummy berrie-fruits & the cherry pops ( cherry x heliotropin) are still dancing and swimming on the ocean of the lush, luscious, and sensualy creamy tropical yellow florals: Mostly ylang and frangipani. But i think there is a bouquet of other heady, tropical flowers at the background also. But this lush floral creaminess is not enough! The potent benzoin with its own vannilic, sweet, and deep balsamic aspects paired with the also balsamic amber and ofc with vanilla are adding more creamy deepness, and balmyness to this fruity-floral composition. And this mentioned trio makes the fragrance more richer and add a depper dimension to it. It's just like a picture where the dancing and popping berrie-butterflies or colibries are fluttering between the lush and creamy tropical florals while they are drinking the ambrosia nectar of these flowers. And this rich, intoxicatingly amorous nectar is just like the a sweet, warm, and golden sunshine was closed into it. Altough the balmy nectar itself is almost(!) as dense as reisin. It's a sweet, lush and delightfull tropical floral paradise dripped in dense, liquid gold. ✨️🏵🧈🌼💐🍯🍮🍓🍬🍒🫐

Benjoin en Fleur is one of those perfumes that you happily wear for the sake of smelling good. And that's rare these days when everyone is trying to make a statement. I had to get a bottle immediately after sniffing it. It's sweet, exotic, intoxicating, elegant and clean at the same time. Not a single discordant note, perfectly blended, with a far above average presence and longevity, I find myself sniffing it several times a day to get in a good mood. On clothes it stays till the next day, although it seems like a very layed back perfume. It starts with sweet and tart fruity notes and that sweetness is added layer upon layer as you move towards the base of the fragrance. Next comes an exotic and intoxicating combination of flowers that give it the definitive yellow floral character, delicious but still elegant, the white flowers being there only to support the composition. Towards the base, the flowers are soaked in the sweetness of benzoin, although the composition does not become sugary in any way, having a clean, velvety feeling somehow. Well done, Claudio Zucca!

Smells EXACTLY like bubblegum in the opening, incredibly authentic bubblegum in the beginning, after which you start to be able to pick out the florals and then as it sits, you begin smelling all the different kind of flowers. A slightly sticky-warm floral where the flowers are the main accord, but there's still a bit of that bubblegum lingering. I'm kind of sad that this doesn't work better with my skin chemistry - the late-drydown on my skin starts to have an almost metallic smell, similar to when you hold coins while having sweaty hands.

Incredible fragrance, easily one of my favorites. It does smell like bubblegum, but also has some stronger floral undertones that give it a very unique and enjoyable scent! Perfect strength and duration, lasts me through the day and is not too strong, not too weak. It's perfect! It's like a beautiful gourmand but with some flowery scents as well. Just incredible

Not sure how I forgot to review this one, it’s one of my favorites for life. It’s absolutely beautiful and does have a light bubblegum feel to it. It’s smells ethereal and nothing synthetic about it at all. The bottles and packaging are gorgeous as well. It’s so perfectly blended. I personally thanked Claudio Zucca via email about how stellar this is.

This one is something I d wear as a comfort scent during some cold snowy day. I love that is cinammony but not too sweet. Feels likes a warm hug

This is far FAR more floral than I expected. It's like the floral notes came together to mimic the smell of bubblegum. From far away & in the silage It's pure Hubba Bubba, w/ a pinch of banana. In the opening and up close this is super heady. Kinda smells like someone walked up to you with an enormous yellow flower arrangement & smacked you across the face with those waxy beauties, leaving you all sticky with their pollen. The opening verges on headache inducing, giving me that (I ate too many marshmallows in 10 seconds) icky head feeling. The dry down is much more enjoyable and nice enough that I will absolutely be keeping it. Unlike others have mentioned, I get nothing clean or shampoo-ey here. I've been looking for years for the perfect bubble gum scent only to be disappointed over & over. This is classy. Classy Hubba Bubba. While the opening is loud and obnoxious, that part only lasts about 30mins. I thought it would project to the moon & back but once it does dry down, it's quite close to the skin. The silage, however is gorgeous and the longevity borders on the supernatural. It just keeps going. On & on. This beat Hibiscus Mahajád in that department, I can't say exactly how long because I can't go that long w/out a shower. 24-36hrs on skin that always eats up fragrance. This is not for that 16 year old girl who is just starting with perfume looking for a long lasting bubble gum, she would hate this. This fragrance is for the grown woman who has significant experience with florals but is still young at ❤ and has always wanted to leave a trail of delicate, floral Hubba Bubba in her wake. It's a bit overpriced imo for an unknown house and the packaging is also disappointing for the $ but you can tell that the ingredients are of the highest quality. Overall I'm happy with my purchase even if it's not as versatile as I was hoping.

I blind bought it after hearing it's a pure bubble gum smell. When it arrived, I detected many more yellow flowers than I was expecting, and I wasn't sure how I was feeling about it. But I used it a couple of times and I guess I made peace with Ylang-ylang :) It's a lovely scent, very pleasant to wear in the summer. However, I have to be very careful while applying it and use it on my clothes exclusively since it's caused an allergic reaction on my skin :( Other than that - I love it!

I found this perfume after reading the recent Barbie perfume picks article. This smells like someone just took a shower and smells of clean soap and shampoo, but they're chewing fruity pink bubble gum. I want to sit next to this person. I want to hug this person. They smell wonderful. Just a pleasant soapy bubble gum scent. I really enjoy my sample.

Pure bubble gum with a hint of sexy Ylang Ylang. Unique and very kong lasting. Zucca is making waves with his creations.

Claudio Zucci Benjoin en Fleur smells like those throwback childhood gums that came in powder form but turned gummy once chewed. I looked it up and it’s called Sneaky Stardust, the pink one lol! This also smells like a refined hubba bubba after it’s been chewed for a little while. Very nostalgic and fun opening. Of course this literalness is prominent in the opening for me but does shows up again through the mid and dry-down. After 15 minutes, I specifically smell champaca which is not a floral I’m fond of because it smells like mothballs to me. I actually went to check my notes for TF Champaca Absolute I tested years ago and I wrote the same thing about mothballs lol. Here it’s not as punchy, dusty, or vintage. It’s still present but suppressed by the gummy fruitiness still lingering from the opening. A good contrast that balances each other out. It’s possible the other florals are helping with this but I can’t distinctively pick them out. It’s blended so well, grounded by this balm-like resin which is probably the benzoin. This is unique and niche to me, in a fun way.

It's a YES for me! This is pretty linear. After the initial spray - I had what I would be getting from this fragrance overall. And yes, it's bubblegum! It's not a straight up Bazooka Joe bubblegum fragrance for me. It is that certain notes, give off particular smells, which collectively puts me in the "space" of bubblegum...if I had to try and connect what I'm smelling to some - thing. This is sweet but also floral and fresh. I mostly get the ylang-ylang, the frangipani, light orange blossom, something reminding me of melon flesh, and an odd but warm and sweet note, I think it's the champaca. The more I wear it, the more the notes come together, and they do "feel" like bubblegum. I sprayed this once on my arm and got a good 10-12 HOURS out of it. I like it! Can't wait to pair Moschino's pink Bubble Gum bear w/ it.

Since I’m seeing that this smells like bubblegum, I’m wondering if it’s worth it if I own Moschino’s Toy 2 Bubble Gum? It’s not my fav but I did get it just to have something bubble gummy and because I love the Blueberry note in perfume in general like in Hanae Mori’s Butterfly.
