Cereal Break

i don’t really pick up cereal or cookies here. but im getting a whole lot of nostalgia!! reminds me of british retro sweets - think (edinburgh rock, pink and white nougat, coconut ice, dolly mixture, toffee bonbons) all dusted in powdered sugar. albiet very sweet, i wouldn’t say the sweetness is cloying or syrupy...it’s more light and playful. i definitely catch the amber and a hint of hazelnut before it all settles down into a gorgeous, feminine, milkyness that I really love. interestingly, i also get a cola cube note...unexpected, but surprisingly pleasant.

Opens with a pretty strong couple of notes of oats and white chocolate. It's a lot less sweet than anticipated, and a lot less cookie-like. I was going into this fully expecting to walk into a kitchen with fresh baked chocolate chip cookies, but the smell is a lot more reminiscent of a box of oat-grain cookies. It's not what I hoped for, but it did bring me back to sitting at my grandma's kitchen counter with a cookie after a day of school. There is one disturbing element in it for me, which if I had to put my finger on it, is a lactonic smell which to me takes away from what's going on as it does have a kind of jarring, slightly chemical smell which I think spoils some of the sweet notes in the top so it reminds me more of a scent similar to oat cookies and make-up. Maybe it doesn't work on my skin, but that's what I'm smelling. The middle has a strong cherry blossom and a honey-like background, but very much emphasis on the sweet floral, slightly reminiscent of a floral shampoo, which is meant in a good way. - Floral, floral, floral (with honey) And lastly the dry-down is a creamy, sweet vanilla which isn't too thick or warm, so it's very nicely balanced. To me, vanilla notes always have this overly warm and thick feel, which I don't get here, making it a lot nicer.

this one is very strange and i love that-- as an eccentric woman that wants to smell like a sweet treat but also kind of weird. there's a plasticiness that is inexplicable given the notes, but not altogether unwelcome (i love plastic notes) which reminds me very distinctly of being inside a dollar store. meanwhile, the sweeter gourmand aspects evoke the exact smell of a Cold Stone Creamery store: the amalgamation of freezer burnt sweets, the sourness when you mix chocolate and fruit flavored candies in one bite. finally, there's a noticeable sunscreen facet for me, and the combination of dollar store (the fluorescent knockoff toys made of carcinogens in appalling conditions, purchased in a gray-carpeted strip-mall store), Cold Stone (at the mall) air, and sunblock come together into the shape of a hazy, UV-bleached summer day in childhood. this is a weird one, for quirky people who are okay with being a little off-putting.

I received this fragrance as a gift, and I can see why some might find the notes a bit misleading. Personally, I don’t pick up much of the cereal, and the opening feels slightly harsh. The dry-down, however, is lovely. To me, it smells like cherry blossom–infused milk with a touch of honey. The cherry blossom adds a fresh, airy quality, while the honey gently sweetens everything up! I would’ve liked the fragrance more if not for the harsh opening ;(

Sweet with too much cereals and very light white chocolate or coconut , but if you love gourmands sure you need to buy this

Something about this smells like powdery scented erasers from the 90s but in an unidentifiable fruit flavor...something about it is powdery and sharp in an old lady way. Nothing like I expected or hoped this would smell like

It unfortunately smells quite floral on me with a hint of spice. I was hoping it would lean more towards the gourmand side but no such luck. It probably has something to do with my body chemistry.

This can be an expensive, and possibly unsuccessful blind buy. I recommend to try a sample first, because it brings suprises to the table. My personal experience: cereal and nutty cookie in a toddler's hands, who has smelly feet, and chews a berry bubble gum, and spoils slightly sour milk all over the floor. This is the top note. Drydown: the toddler with smelly feet has gone, bubblegum and honey stays with patchouli and amber. The whole scent fades quickly, even if you like it, but you spend 135 EUR for a bottle, nah, not worth it. I checked the retailers and now it's heavily discounted to 85 EUR, maybe they have recognized the drop of interest.

My nose only picked up on florals and the cardamom. It felt very spicy. Not horrible, but not the cookie, milky, sweet type of scent that I was hoping for based on the notes and name.

Fruit Loops - that is all I can smell.

I thought I was going to love this based on the notes shown here in the Scent pyramid however I am getting something totally different! I would have named this fragrance “mermaid’s delight” because it has an aquatic marine almost ozonic fresh watery note believe it or not mixed with something sweet! But I definitely don’t get milk or cereal for very long. I can smell cookies, cardamom, cereal for a fleeting moment, then it goes straight into the red berries and patchouli. I guess it just doesn't work for my body chemistry.

I was expecting Saturday morning cartoon nostalgia in a bottle you know, sugary cereal vibes and happiness. Instead, I got... a soggy bowl of regret. It smells like someone spilled milk on a carpet and said, “Wait, let’s bottle this!” If this was meant to smell like breakfast, then it’s definitely the one I slept through. 10/10 for concept, 0/10 for execution.

I just got this to test & I like it so far. There is a definite cookies and milk feel going on. The coconut is light which is good for me. Claudio Zucca is one of my favorites this does not disappoint. Their new release this just came out recently I believe. The red berries are coming out. This is really good. A unique gourmand fragrance.

This one is a lot less sweet than I thought. I completely agree with the review below. It smels musky and clean but with some milky sweetness. Even though it is not what I expected I still love it 😍

Would love to try this original one. been using its dupe breakfast cereal by dua since few days and loving it. can't wait to try the original if dupe is this good then i expect more from original

Sweet Milky Cereal, but it's FRESH, and clean, almost has a luxury soap smell tucked away in there. Yet it's gourmand and edible smelling, yet it's clear and transparent. So unique

"ermm.. you smell like cereal ew." SO WHAT IF I WANNA SMELL LIKE CEREAL.
