Musk Tuberose

Musk tuberose is a celebration of motherhood. This is how I heard Claudio Zucca begin his explanation of this olfactory masterpiece, which, like all his creations, describes his memories, involving us and making us emotional. The memory of a mother who no longer exists, to whom a young Claudio gave a tuberose on the occasion of her feast, which here is stripped of her carnal meanings to become the representation of the warm and protective maternal embrace. The character of this figure so important in his life is described as sweet and sunny, through a fruity opening, but also tenacious and strong, through the vegetal musks. These two parts are joined by a floral heart and then immersed in milk, a symbol of nourishment, protection and love, a symbol of a bond between souls that will always remain in the heart. The result is an enveloping, creamy, velvety tuberose, totally different from all the others I've ever smelled and which, in addition to moving me, has literally managed to enchant me. Ahhw, Musk Tuberose is a lovely, very feminin and youtfull, romantic, baby pink colored, lush and fluffy tuberose fragrance!♡ 🌸🍥🍑🥛☁️ The tuberose itself is rich, lush & lactonfull with a light pink colored bubblegummy facet. This coquette, pinkish bubblegummy nuance is enchanced by the flirty smooth peach which is paired with the popping cherry facet of heliotrope and it's powderiness. And the combination of peach and heliotrope also makes the impression of color pink. And this pink, lactonic tuberose is wrapped around this fluffy soft cloud what is created by ambrette & musk. The composition is toned and sweetened by a bit of creamy vanilla and a tiny bit of sensual ylang. It's a coquette, dainty, smooth and really-really lovely tuberose perfume, without any green undertone. it's just containing the luscious & full petals of that fantastic flower. It's just like the most soft touching embrace what is fullfilled with caring and precious love. If you like MDCI - Peche Cardinal type of tuberose or the Nasonatto Narcotic Venus like bubblegummy tuberose, than -i don't think it's a blind buy- but it is totally worth a testing!♡

Absolutely sublime. Rich tuberose with a lot of warmth and a subtle peach in the back. on my skin, it does give off a very slight bubblegummy quality in the opening, although not overbearingly so because the main player is definitely the tuberose, but it's a very... It's strong, but youthful and playful but elegant at the same time. There's a short period in which it feels kind of similar to shampoo or soap, but this is just in the transition between the top notes and the lower notes. After the opening passes, I have this very elegant floral and warm musk that just hangs for hours. Why can't more stuff be made like this.

Goodness, this is divine. But you have to love tuberose in its candy aspect to appreciate this scent, for that is the way this opens. And it’s not a demure opening either. It’s a forceful blast of tuberose. The magic, to my nose, is in the dry down. It becomes a milky, soft, slightly soapy white musk that lasts for hours and hours and has my nose glued to my wrist. It is a heart-uplifting hug in a bottle.

Ochs!! It’s horrible! It's not milky at all, it's very sour, very tuberous, and definitely for older women!!!

Reminds me of vintage soap gift sets that haven't been used and are collecting dust. Very soapy and reminds me of old ladies (nothing against them, I hope to become one in several decades)

I would have never noticed or known that this perfume had all these different notes in it! It honestly smells like a pretty straightforward tuberose musk perfume. I initially thought it was fairly green until I compared it to a true green tuberose in my collection, Tuberuse Absolu by Perris Monte Carlo. That tuberose is green, and smells if the perfumer took the entire plant, blooms, leaves, stems and all to make a perfume. Here, while it has green facets, it's more like the milky petals have been pressed gently to release their natural oils and soaked in a milk bath with some vanilla, musk, and other white floral notes. It does seem like a scent one would attribute to a Motherly figure as it has this cocooning, comforting quality to it. I kind of wish that it didn't have ANY green facets whatsoever and they just went in that direction completely, amping up the creaminess and the sweetness. It smells very realistic and if it were made with high quality, real perfume oils and so the green, fresh quality makes sense and is only to be expected. While I love natural smelling florals, I don't particularly care for green, white florals and so this is a like, but not a love.

I like this but not sure I love it yet. To me I just get tuberose and musk. Even in the dry down, I can't smell anything else. I also don't get any milk smell throughout. At first, it does seem kind of sharp, but in the dry down it is not. It's very smooth. I'm almost finished with my 5 ml., and when I wear it, I always have this vision in my head of the most beautiful colored light pink flowers, so it smells 'pink' to me.
