Agua Clementina

It’s simply wonderfull. For me it is a fresh orange blossom I was looking for. I like orange blossom, but sometimes - can give me a headache. Not in here. Agua Clementina is all about lemons, its tart, it is green too. In a harmony with nature but very exquisite. Best for a dinner with family or just walking around. I found it in Lisbon in Claus Porto store, wich is for me so beautyfull City, Country and a soap Shop was on my visit list. Not without a reason. I found my delicious, refreshing portugal treasure😀

I've always thought of myself as a rose girl, but lately I've been drifting toward orange blossom fragrances and this Claus Porto Clementina is one of my favorites. It's not too sweet, but a really lovely fresh orange blossom. I've noticed that it's longevity is weak for some, but I can wear for hours and it stays with me.

Very pretty sharp green citrus and musk scent for spring and summer! Extremely fleeting (about an hour of weartime), but for the price I don't mind honestly- I'd treat it more like a body spray. Similar to Guerlain Mandarine Basilico with the balance of lemon and orange zest, orange blossom and herbal notes. This was my favorite scent of their Agua de Colonia line. If you're ever in Porto, definitely stop by the Claus Porto store- they have a little museum, so cool to learn the history of the brand!

The scent is stunning, but the longevity really sucks, especially for the hefty price they charge. Fresh, citrusy, juicy, green, tart, with very minimal sweetness, just like I wanted. This is a low-end EdC; I personally find the longevity worse than 4711 AdC. Btw, this smells nothing like 4711(!)

A pleasant orange, somewhat grassy scent. Unfortunately, the blend of all the notes makes the orange smell artificial, like those candy orange slices with the sugar coating, rather than a photorealistic orange, which is a little disappointing given how much more closely other perfumers have come to perfecting that orange accord. To add insult to injury, its performance is relatively weak. This fragrance is not bad, but if you're in the market for a citrus freshie, there are better options out there.

It's ok. Longevity is very weak, weaker than other Água de Colonia's from this collection. Lavender spoils things for me, yet another note that is headache-inducing in my case.

This is one of those perfumes which smells different on me every time I wear it, so in the review, I am going to sum up all my impressions. I have been wearing this fragrance a whole year (on and off) and I can say that it is a captivating, very organic citrus / orange fragrance leaning more masculine. As soon as you spray it you get a burst of orangy citrus in a eau de cologne fashion - think of Chanel Paris - Biarritz meets 4711 but stronger that Chanel Biarrits and more refined than 4711 in other words very well mixed. As with most of the EDC out there, projection is weak, which may not be a problem as it may make people lean over to get a better whiff and longevity is limited to a couple of hours. You will definitely need to refresh. The drydown is softer / creamier / more white floral/musky (though at times - I suspect due to perspiration - it may have an harsh orange halo) but it becomes a skin scent anyway. It fits different moods as it can be worn in the morning (and it's inoffensive enough to be worn at work, although I have never received any compliments while wearing it) but it's refined enough to be worn in the evening or to an elegant event.

A nice orange rind, zest, petit grain, & orange blossom scent with medium soft sillage.
