Clean Warm Cotton

I really like the offerings from CLEAN, they aren't widely available within the UK though, but fortunately, Notino sells them and SpaceNK sells the Reserve line, meaning I've been able to obtain and enjoy them! Warm Cotton smells, well, clean, sterile, laundry detergent fresh, like a fresh clean t-shirt after you've had a refreshing shower on a hot day. Basically, its a scent for people that A) don't like perfume but want to smell of something pleasant B) people who work in environments where they need a fragrance that just smells clean, inoffensive and in environments where they are constantly on their feet and want to freshen up during the day. I'm a sucker for anything cotton scented, I like the fresh, comforting scent so I was delighted to find out about this brand, there isn't really much more to say really, it smells like laundry detergent, but with a bit more to it, there is something really humid about it which makes it feel really refreshing to wear. Silage and longevity are decent, moderate silage with 7 hours wear on my skin from 4 sprays, its a great easy reach fragrance, and I would happily purchase this again. Nothing really negative to say about it in all honesty!

I cannot use any laundry products outside of hypoallergenic and fragrance-free. So I gravitate towards scents which smell fresh and clean like what the rest of you experience when folding your freshly-washed laundry. Clean Warm Cotton for Women is like no other fragrance I’ve encountered in my quest to find my signature scent. The closest I got was the 80s original of Calyx by Pescriptives, which has now been reformulated under Clinique. I absolutely LOVE Clean Warm Cotton! Unfortunately, longevity is about an hour, and that’s being generous. I have bottles everywhere though (car, purse) so I reapply fanatically. This is a perfume I wore on a date and it drove him crazy - he immediately commented on it and, when I gave the green light, he had buried his face in my hair and neck and couldn’t stop commenting about how beautiful I smelled. I can definitely see how this isn’t for everyone and I, myself, am frustrated with its low longevity. However, sillage must somehow prevail because I frequently am complimented on it after recently reapplying and have left the room and come back. It does stay on clothes and in my hair longer - thank goodness! I have found my signature scent.

freshly washed t-shirts hanging out in the spring sun to dry. i have a weak spot for that soft and cozy clean smell so i love it. i think it's pretty distinctive though i can see how people think it's one dimensional and not necessarily unique. hard to decipher the notes since the combination just gives classic detergent/fabric softener. stunned that this is not labeled as unisex. unsure if i would wear this as a traditional perfume on skin, maybe spraying some clothes and sometimes a spritz for freshness. less is more as it gets more gentle over time. i don't get cleaning products, just very much a cotton or linen smelling vibe. also good longevity, feel like this hasn't aged or changed in days on paper and projects fairly well. can see this lasting on fabric forever EDIT: i bought a travel size bottle and sprayed it close to my face and now i get the window cleaner reference! it's only if you smell it instantly after spraying though and then softens up. still like it! not getting great longevity on skin. it does stay longer on fabric though. love the feeling of fresh- and cleanliness

So I got a three rollerball set of Clean's perfumes that included this, Rain and Skin. I'm wearing Warm Cotton right now and I have to say that for all the bad rap that it's getting that I feel a place for it in my perfume wardrobe. This is going to be ideal for days when I don't want to smell like perfume. It does, in fact, smell like clean clothes, dryer sheets, detergents, all things fresh. I don't consider that a bad thing for me and I am enjoying it quite well on myself right now. It has nice sillage (about an arm's length) but unlike my other two new finds it does disappear almost completely on me after about an hour. The mini rollerball fits nicely in my pocket or purse though so reapplying is no big deal. This smells better to me than some fragrances I've shelled out a lot of money for so this one is a win for me. <3 Spray on ladies!!! (and guys!!!)

I love warm cotton. It a very simple fragrance. Extremely clean and fresh smelling as the name suggests. To me, it smells like my favorite discontinued dryer sheets, Bounce Pure Essentials Aloe and White Lilac. I don't smell any citrus or fruits, amber or plants, this is just a pure laundry scent on my skin. I happen to love the smell of laundry, it's the smell of home and comfort to me, so I adore this fragrance. As some people use lavender fragrance to quiet their mind, I put some of this on, and am immediately transported to when I was a kid and would jump into the pile of clean, hot laundry on the bed during cold days. This will literally make you smell like a pile of fresh laundry. If you are not inclined to walk around smelling like dryer sheets, you will probably want to skip this and find another clean scent to wear.

I bought this back in 2017 when I first started getting into fragrance and didn’t know what I liked but knew I wanted to be one of those people who always smells like clean clothes. I wore this in the winter, and it’s a cool, harsh, clean soapy scent. It’s got an artificial vibe to it but I loved it anyway. I just wanted to smell clean all the time and the guy I was seeing at the time said he got a whiff of this when I wasn’t around and it stopped him in his tracks 🤣 It lasted a decent amount of time from what I remember and it lasted longer on clothes/hair. I plan on buying another bottle soon just because as much as I try to branch out and try new scents, I always come back to clean fragrances like this one.

Smells nearly identical to the “Reserve” warm cotton version. It’s laundry detergent scented. Aquatic, clean, fresh. It’s how clothing smells after being washed, but before being dried. I’ve worn this to work and received so many compliments, more than any other perfume I’ve ever worn. My coworker even asked what the perfume is because she wanted to get it. Don’t let the concept deceive you. It’s simple, it’s clean. You’ll smell in a way that everybody can appreciate. PS, it does NOT smell like lemon dish soap? What? EDIT: after wearing both this, and the "reserve" version, i will say this version is more fresh and crispy. The "reserve" blend is similar, but warmer, sweeter.

This one is effortlessly fresh, comforting, soothing, and calming. It's a nice break from all the caramel scents that I've been wearing lately. A cleanse, almost. It's safe to say I am a bit obsessed with this one. It's like aromatherapy for me. It's a close my eyes and inhale deeply scent and just calm down! I wear my other perfumes but this one, I still spray on my clothes or carry with me throughout the day. Edit: My bubble has been burst. I sprayed it one right before giving hubby a hug yesterday and he said "oh god you've been putting that old soap smell lately on ON PURPOSE?? Why???" Darn.

FROM A GUYS OLFACTORY PERCEPTION...THIS IS EXTREME FLORAL,.HERBAL,..AQUA,..GRASSY..GREEN NOTES..VERY POTENT!! A HALF SPRAY ON SKIN..REMAINED PREVALENT ATLEAST 6HRS!!! UNDER SHIRT AND ON CLOTHING..EVEN LONGER...SOO POWERFULL IF YOU DO OVERSPRAY IT MAY BE CLOYING,,BUT I DONT MIND..LOL...BUT THIS STUFF IS THE REAL MCDEAL!!!!..P.S...THE CLEAN COOL IS MORE SUBTLE..SMELLS EXACTLY LIKE THE NOT CHEAPY DRYER SHEETS...IS POTENT BUT LESS SO THAN THIS WARM COTTON VARIETY...WHICH I GIVE A 8.8/1O...THE COOL GETS AN 8.5/1O...GREAT STUFF!!! WILL B ADDING TO MY BLENDS FOR SURE!! CIAO

Omg, straight up laundry detergent smell! And very powerful and harsh. Which i love! I get now why this is the best selling fragrance from the Clean brand. It's very potent and gives you the clean laundry satisfaction. I was intimidated with this perfume when I was testing it the first time, so I first bought fresh laundry. But it didn't give me the full blast laundry detergent smell I wanted, it gave more of a fabric Softener smell. I tested this again and after about an hour walking, I went back and bought it. Im obssessed with the whole clean line now omg.

Smells exactly like laundry detergent!!! In an awesome way! Id usually be kinda turned off by a detergent smell, but in this case, its LOVELY! When first applying it smells nice and fresh but after a bit of wear I feel like the "warm," reminds me of a just dried hot laundry heap, and thus maybe unsuitable for summer. I can't quite put my finger on what season this belongs to, if any.....maybe its a year round type of frangrance. At any rate, Im very surprised to say that Ill probably be purchasing this sometime soon!

I really love this fragrance. It smells like fresh laundry right out of the dryer. I realize that's not for everyone, but I happen to really dig it. The sillage is really soft, but it lasts a decent amount of time. There's a little citrus and some soft musk notes. The overall effect is one of fresh cleanliness. It's never offensive, and it would be perfect for the office or for a religious service. This fragrance is also vegan and cruelty free. I'll definitely repurchase when I finish my tiny roller ball.

It is a scent that gives what it promises - you smell clean, like newly washed sheets. It's uncomplicated. Is that everyone's taste? Maybe not, but it is mine. As someone who almost always go for fresh and citrusy scents, I think this is a great perfume for days when you want an uncomplicated scent to match with your white crispy shirt. I cannot say I am a big fan of Clean's other scents, but this one I have had for ten years and will continue to buy.

I have been using this for about two weeks now, and I think I've found my new favorite fragrance house. This scent in particular is very non-offensive and it's a comfortable floral(at least on me) and not screechy, like certain florals can be notorious for. I feel like you could wear this in an office or other "fragrance free" environment and no one would notice. This is for the travel spray edition. My Ratings: Wearability: 5.6 Silliage: 4.5

I don't understand what so many people have against laundry detergent smell. You use it on your clothes to smell good, so why not in a perfume? Personally I would rather smell fresh & clean than wearing a spicy, dark "sexy" fragrance that smells like BO after a few hours x) Anyway I have always loved this scent. But you MUST like detergent smell to like it. It's definitely a daytime perfume. Sillage & longevity is pretty good.

I am a FREAK for clean laundry and the smell of fabric softener...so this completely works for me. As with most other CLEAN fragrances, this is really intended to mimic the smell of cleanliness. This one happens to be my favorite of all of the clean fragrances. Because this fragrance is so simplistic...I really don't have much more to add. This is one of the freshest and most uncomplicated fragrances I've ever experienced.

I addicted to this smell. As soon as one bottle gone I immediately replacing to another. This perfume does not have luxury and elegant smell. This one quite neat but not cheap. Perfect for daily use to office. The smell stays for 6-8 hours. And everyone in my office loves this smell. My friend in office keep one empty bottle for "relaxation" as she says. This one calm her on bad office day.

If I spray only once on the back of my neck and once on my wrist, the scent will tame down and dry down to a very soft pleasant aroma. It takes about a half an hour at least for the really pleasing scent to begin. First spray straight from the bottle is a bit harsh. But the longer it is on my skin the softer and more appealing it becomes. That's when I love it and so does everyone else.

I'm a country girl. I love the smell of hanging your laundry on the clothesline in the sun on a breezy warm day. Sunshine fresh and clean. On clothes one spray last all day. I really like aromatic perfumes because they waft around you all day and you can smell it. Sunshine in a bottle. Long lasting. Great sillage. I Love it! This perfume really performs in the spray form. Rating: 10

OMGGG! This is such a clean, fresh scent...it reminds me of freshly washed laundry. This is definitely a scent that I could wear every single day. Day or night, in any season and for any occasion. It is such a refreshing scent. I definitely have to buy this scent again. I got it as a random gift from my cousin from abroad. The sillage isn’t very strong but it works.
