Jump Up And Kiss Me Ecstatic (2021)

ECSTATIC Julie Pluchet first 2017 > then 2021 in a new bottle, haven’t tried older formulas JUMP UP AND KISS ME ECSTATIC is one of the most intoxicating white floral scent which I know. Bitter sweet orange adds the brightness and guides the senses to the rich floral heart. Seductive and sexy Tuberose is the main player but the blend is so complex that this is much more than Tuberose scent. I like how Jasmine and Orange Blossom are balancing a heady Tuberose since it can be challenging for me sometimes. Ylang-Ylang adds not only an exotic touch but the sweetness as well and Sandalwood in the base complements the creaminess together with it. Amber and Tonka Bean together ensure the depth in the blend but they don’t make it dark in any kind of they and Amber doesn’t perform in an usual way - it doesn’t bring any resinous, balsamic nor oriental character to the scent. This is very special white floral even if it’s not so unique scent than Hedonistic. If thinking the creamy, mellow texture it’s in the same category with Amouage Love Tuberose but the scent differs and Ecstatic is more complex. They both have their own specialities, Love Tuberose having a clear realistic whipped cream in it while Ecstatic has a captivating exotic aroma in it. I had a decant of Ecstatic and Hedonistic for many years before buying the bottle and honestly I just couldn’t decide what I’m thinking about it. Like I have written in my note earlier, sometimes I thought that this is too linear and I was disappointed in it but I was comparing it too much with Hedonistic which is much more unique for sure. Anyway, after giving up the idea of choosing just one of the two, I also began to see more clearly the beauty and uniqueness of Ecstatic and I am incredibly glad I bought both and have them now in my collection. Both are luxurious, head-turners with extremely high quality and exceptionally skillful blending. I have written a review of Hedonistic as well. The longevity is eternal, easily the whole day. After making my sample of Clive Christian Jump up and Kiss Me Ecstatic my SOTD for the past 3 days, I finally have some thoughts: 1. The opening is a balance of jasmine, general white florals and sweetness. There is a hint of sandalwood in the opening that’s a small sign of things to come. It helps to keep the fragrance unisex in the opening. 2. I was interested in performance because my sample is a splash bottle. That means it only went on skin (no clothes). For the first 1-2 hours, this thing completely filled the room. My wife and two daughters all fell in love! My wife kept asking, “What is that? It smells amazing!” 😊 3. As the fragrance dries down, its intoxicating nature takes over. The amber and vanilla come in the jasmine takes a small step back. At the same time, the sandalwood becomes more prominent. As much as I love the opening, the dry down is simply stunning!!! 3. Each day I have gotten about 9-10 hours on my skin. This is amazing because my skin tends to soak up perfume (especially if I don’t have on body cream). At the 5-6 hour mark, my wife and girls were still able to smell the fragrance as I walked past them. Honestly, I can’t imagine how beastly this would be if applied to both skin, clothes and hair 😳! 4. Honestly, I can see this being worn by both guys and gals. If you like Dior’s Ambre Nuit, you will probably like this. No, it doesn’t smell like Ambre Nuit, but it has a similar nature of combining both light and heavy notes into one fragrance. Final Thoughts: I was surprised by Clive Christian Jump up and Kiss Me Ecstatic. That’s because it’s been a very long time since I’ve been sincerely blown away by a fragrance from the beginning to the end. Seriously, I could not stop smelling this. Also, my wife keeps asking when I’m going to buy a bottle (she has ZERO idea about how much this cost 🤣🤣🤣). Here’s the thing, I’ve been so impressed that I WILL be getting a full bottle! Indeed, it is that good! 😊

Wow! This was a love at first sniff, just like with Amouage Reflection Man. These two have a similar vibe, but they are very different scents. Perhaps because of the ylang-ylang and jasmine note. I have experienced lots of frags in the past, but only these two have blown me away. Yes, I would definitely wear this as a guy, but unfortunately It doesn't really suit my skin chemistry. It smells radiant, opulent, shiny, sweet, white floral. This ylang and jasmine combo with floral notes is just fantastic. I love it.

Reminds me of Marfa by Memo! Im suprised to not see any comments on that.they are almost identical, but I think I like JUAKM slightly better. Its like a spicy, citrus white floral. I love it. Marfa has a little less of that spicy kick and sharpness that Jump up and kiss me has. Im not big on tuberose, but this is a nicely blended tuberose that feels classy and timeless

My first Clive Christian. I get lots of bitter orange, orange flower and Jamin, a bit of tuberose, but not that bubble gummy one, a more sensual and delicate one. It’s a beautiful blend of white florals. Sensual, a bit mysterious, definitely romantic and maybe a bit dark. Love.
