Ginger Mentha No. 1319

Today I am feeling a bit under the weather, running a fever, body aches...the perils of being a mother of an 8 year old boy. He brings it home and since I then become his nurse I am next in line to get it. Aromatherapy is so important to me. I believe it can cure all kinds of evils. So today its allabout sipping small amounts of cool ginger tea and spraying my sheats with Ginger Menthe No. 1319. This was a recent blind buy setting me back only $10 for a 2 ounce bottle on eBay. Because of its small price tag, I dont mind spraying and respraying this soothing elixir on my bedding and my feverish body. I am anxious to try it when im feeling better. Seems like it would make a great after gym fragrance, after beach fragrance or an anytime you need a subtle lift fragrance. Seems it does not have a very strong longevity or silliage factor but its wonderful while it hangs around.

It doesn't last long but I do like the green ginger base. Linear, but many of the complex colognes have something in it that really puts me off. Subtle and masculine

Well this one certainly belies it's name, at least on my skin. I was expecting something a bit bracing but soothing. Vicks vap-o-rub meets ginger tea. Nothing like that. For the few minutes it stays around, it's an ephemeral flowery thing. SIGH
