Watt Red

I'm a bit partial, this perfume was used by my first love, however I'll add a few key points to the fragrance in this comment, if I was to review it I'd say it's enthralling, intoxicating, irresistible and a bit cloying, sillage and projection being its stellar quality. Similar DNA with Pink and Mauve from the same maker. Shares notes with J Del Pozo's Halloween, Elizabeth Arden's Sunflowers and L'eau d'Issey, in that order of similarity. Also, there's definitely Geranium and Blue Bell present, the latter being super noticeable in its dry down. This thing is extremely floral but yet, not senior lady-like, definitely a young vibe there. You can still find some bottles in Latin America, probably wore down by now.

I'm not sure I have the red or orange (as there is no orange in the list and my bottle looks orange to me). It's a sweet, also fruity fragrance. Not a classic or a top range scent, but a sweet little bottle with a sweet price tag attached to it. I'd say it's for the younger public.

My wife bought this the other day, and she's a picky one. She likes mostly niche stuff, but not purposefully. She also tends to favor the sweet, candy-like scents such as Pure Sugar by Aquolina and many of the Britney Spears offerings. It just turns out that way. However, while this one isn't sweet in that gourmand or sugary sense, it is a hit with her. She was very surprised and pleased. Amy1983, below, was saying something about 50-year-old women and drapey dresses, etc., etc., etc. Blah, blah, blah. NOT SO! This is NOT an "old lady" frag. Not even close. Amy1983 must be sniffing her own armpits or smelling her own butt crack or something, certainly not the very sexy and very feminine juice in the red light bulb. Heck, maybe she's a ten-year-old and this mature scent is far too womanly for her. Whatever it is, she is wrong. She claims that she should have just bought a regular red light bulb to achieve the same effect. Wrong, again. A regular light bulb will not stand on its top, unaided. You cannot pull the end off of it. And no matter how hard you try, you simply cannot spray perfume out of it. Also, the glass casing of a regular red light bulb is very thing and easily breakable. The glass for the Watt red light bulb is heavy duty and durable. Another reviewer, tepeewo (or whatever their goofy user name is), thinks it is for the "younger public." I would have to say "wrong again," citing bits of the paragraph I wrote just prior to this. Look, my wife bought this 3.4 oz bottle for $8.97 including tax at a TJ Maxx. As good as it is in relation to the price tag, leaves nothing to bitch about ... at all. The longevity is surprisingly above average, and the sillage/projection is exceptional. This one is a winner!

This reminds me of a woman in her 50's,wearing a drapey dress, wearing jangling bracelets made with different kinds of crystals,trying to re-align her chakras. She also smells slightly like urine. This reminds me of Fancy Nights. It's very spicy,with a lot of patchouli. According to the notes here,there is no patchouli. An online store I looked at listed different notes than these,but there was no mention of patchouli there,either. The notes are:musk,lemon,rose,amber. The red lightbulb bottle intrigued me,but I could have just bought a regular red lightbulb,and achieved the same effect.
