Alexandria ( Alberto Morillas)

Saw there was no reviews of this, and since I just bought in store, decided to give a first impression. Absolutely wonderful fragrance. The cardamom, jasmine, and earthy patchouli work very nicely together, along with some oud in the base. The jasmine helps give it a clean, fluffy feel, and there is just a touch of bergamot in the opening to keep things bright. While it is definitely a warmer, darker scent, I do think it is wearable across all seasons and different occasions. I do seem to be strange in what I find wearable when and where, so take my opinion on that with a grain of salt. As for masculine/feminine, I find this quite unisex, however if you are one to associate sweetness with feminine fragrances, you'll find this more masculine leaning. As for value, all things considered, I do not find it overpriced. The scent is extremely well composed and high quality, as is the box and bottle. The cap is very heavy and simply feels luxurious in the hand. So after less than a day into ownership, I am very happy with this purchase. Obviously I have had little experience with it so far, but I suspect this will be a favourite of mine.

I had the opportunity to try it today and i absolutely love it. Its magnificent with cardamom and patchouli. Bergamot brightens the opening and makes it versatile to wear it. Pretty amazing work from master Alberto Morillas. Maybe is it just me but i get a little bit similarity to risvelium dry down. Magnificent perfume definitely it will be my next purchase.
