La Fille de l'Air

Lovely Orange blossom with fresh bergamot, some non-indolic jasmine (you can feel it very present besides orange blossom) and a drier, slightly bitter petit grain. An orange note, sweet, makes it rounder. The cedar and light white musc provide a good grounding base. This is a superb summer fragrance, reinvigorating, fresh, zesty but feminine all the same. This is a sibling to Neroli Facetie by Roger Gallet (issued 2 years later, same Nose) and Eau d'orange Verte by Hermes. Nods to Eau de Rochas in the drydown. I own all of them so i can confirm! Average longevity (max 4hrs); sillage better than average, meaning others will smell it clearly on you. La Fille de l'Air may not be the most original fragrance, but all neroli lovers will feel at home and will enjoy it a lot. Get it if you have the chance, it's a rarity nowadays.

this is the ultimate neroli, bergamot, orange flower scent. I immediately feel uplifted and happy when I smell it. it's clean and pure and makes you feel like you're floating through an orchard. I have yet to identify the cascalone and the neoprene since my sense of smell has been affected by the virus but how come I feel the neroli and bergamot even with a stuffed nose!!!!!? this scent is a must-have for lovers of neroli, bergamot and orange flower lovers.

Pour moi c'est la fleur d'oranger parfaite. Qui rappelle toujours quelque chose à quelqu'un. Que ce soit la lotion pour bébé, les pâtisseries orientales... sans en faire trop. Pour l'anecdote, j'ai eu la chance de rencontrer Mr Pellegrin pendant mes études. Et pour lui ce parfum est son idée de la Provence. C'est un de mes parfums qui ma valu le plus de compliments, je le rachète toujours. De plus on peut le trouver à très bon prix.

La Fille de l'Air is one the most beautiful fragrances I've ever smelled if you like clean fragrances. It smells fresh and baby-like. It is very linear but if you like orange blossoms, please do not skip this one! It is on the verge of being discontinued.

One of the best fragrance bang-for-your-buck out there—I bought a new 30ml bottle for under $20 from a reputable website, wore it several times and decided she’s a keeper. I also tested the newer 2021 version of La Fille de l'Air, I like that one maybe a smidge more, but you can’t beat it at this price. This has floral retro vibes written all over the charming bottle, sweet and uncomplicated. I pick up a fresh jasmine with a dominant neroli and orange blossom. Get yours now before they end up with the eBay resellers!

This is a beautiful neroli. the jasmine and musk give it some extra teddy fur and beneath all that there is a slight dark undertone that I can't quite place right now. Compared to Neroli Portofino, it is more floral, more cuddly, less fresh, less citrusy and a little darker. This could be the cozy fall to Neroli Portofino's bright summer, in my experience.

I tried this on the back of my hand and never forgot it. I got a compliment just from having tested it on my hand. I just had to buy it! I find it to be a clean, soapy aroma reminiscent of holidays in Spain entering luxurious clean hotels. A lot of Spanish ladies seem to smell like this too. I'm familiar with By Kilian Sweet Redemption, Robert Piguet Mademoiselle Piguet, and Ellie Saab (all orange blossom dominated) but none of them wow me like La Fille de l'Air has. Imagine a clean, fresh orange blossom with a Spanish twist (despite being a French fragrance) and you will have imagined La Fille de l'Air. I would wear this in the spring or summer time with an orange dress or a white crochet dress. Projection: Moderate to heavy Longevity: Roughly 3 hours on me but so lovely I'll reapply. Price is a lot.

This scent doesn’t quite match Courrèges’ sporty, minimal image. To me, it doesn't smell floral, it’s more like freshly laundered clothes, especially the kind of clean scent you’d get from a crisp shirt. It also brings to mind the soft, cozy smell of blankets in a baby’s room. The bottle makes you think it might be a yellow floral, but it’s actually closer to a laundry-fresh vibe. Not the scent of detergent itself, but that comforting smell of clothes that have been washed and dried. I think I’d reach for this one on days when I’m staying home and just want a little mood lift. I sprayed it on the sleeve of a cotton sweater last night and keep sniffing it now-it has such a clean and comforting feel.

This is a fragrance for optimistic sunny days. I received a smallish (15ml) bottle in a subscription box, and started searching for a replacement before I'd sprayed the first third of that bottle. I also love the Elie Saab mentioned elsewhere in reviews, but nothing puts a swing in my step quite like La Fille de L'Air. It may not be technically the best orange blossom scent out there, but it certainly hit the right fragrance notes with me. Soapy, clean, warm and sunny.

This is a very delicate orange blossom scent. It has a little bit of jasmine, but it's mostly citrus, petitgrain and orange blossom. I don't know what that neoprene note is I guess it is supposed to feel like rubber but I don't perceive anything like that here. This feels sweet, fresh and delicate. Very airy and soft. I like it, although you probably have to reapply this scent multiple times due to longevity and projection issues.

The most beautiful orange blossom scent ever, people always ask me to write down the name of it. It reminds me of Spain because it’s sunny and is one of the aromas that floats around there. Makes me feel beautiful and uplifted with its nice cloud around me and it lasts the whole day. 10/10

Most incredible perfume, fresh and delicate, I wear this perfume since 2017. If you want a real orange blossom perfume, it is fille de l'air. The scent is ultimate, unique and sticks to your skins, clothes for long hours, days..

This is my yoga fragrance. It smells clean and fresh. Perfect representation of orange blossom just the way I like it - bittersweet. No other flowers, no fruits, no sourness, nothing. Purity in a bottle.

I’m a simple person. I smell orange blossom and neroli and I’m happy.
