This is a fantastic fragrance. It's fresh, quirky and that tomato note is STUNNING! It's a great performer, despite leaning on the fresh side and works wonderfully in the heat. It's like a magical, fairy fragrance, like being lost in an enchanted garden under the tomato leaves as a child. I would say it's not a challenging fragrance and almost anyone would like this. It leans towards the herbaceous, but sweet, not savoury. In the same family as Herbes Troublantes by Guerlain, but stronger. Superb quality, excellent ingredients.

A whimsical, green summer garden escape. Verge opens bright and green-fresh with a vegetal vibe from the tomato leaf. I must say, I was surprised to see no mention of a Gin/Alcoholic/Cypress note on the breakdown. It smells like a craft gin overloaded with botanicals and complexity. Progressing through this fragrance, it changed a lot on my skin. Imagine the tomato leaf and jasmine 'dried' out a little, providing nuance to the woody anchor it has, drying it down to a warm, green almost creaminess that comforts. It performed quite well, 5-7 hours thereabouts. ~ A sun-drunk garden out the back of your resort on a summer afternoon. Vines on the walls, freshly washed clothes drying in the breeze, a glass of neat gin over ice in hand, surrounded by soft blossoms and the scent of the sun hitting the trees surrounding.

Start with a burst of sour citrusy jasmine freshness, then morph into sweet, smoky jasmine, before turning woody with the sandawlwood. It's giving H24 at the beginning, then church incense later on..
