Normal daily use vetiver cologne. Nice citrusy fresh opening and warm discrete vetiver dry down. Considering the price... this is one of the best fresh colognes available. My rating: 7.0/10.0

I'm surprised there is not more reviews for this? Not because it's great (it's not) but it's a very nice vetiver fragrance at a great value, and its easily found online. I like it but don't love it. It's more of a fresh and soapy kind of vetiver fragrance. Nice to have in my collection because it's a different take on what has become one of my favorite notes - vetiver. It's a nice "green" cologne for the Spring season, masculine fragrance for men of any age. The performance is below average, but not bad considering the low price. It's kind of like a mix between Dunhill and LeVetiver with a tad of the legendary Vetiver by Guerlain. It's somewhat subtle, and not memorable by any means. I don't think anybody is going to dislike it or fall in love with it. It's just a decent fresh, green scent. Vetiver lovers might be disappointed because the vetiver in this is not that prominent. It's one of those fragrances you wear when you don't know what to wear, or when you want to safe your favorites for special occasions. I'll wear this a few times this spring when not much is going on and just chilling at home, or running errands. Ideal for a rainy spring day.

This humble fragrance has become a favorite during the pandemic. Why? I'm not totally sure, apart from the fact that vetiver itself is a comforting, rock steady scent. I suspect a large part of the appeal for me is because this fragrance is not pretentious. No need for contrived stories about its background, a fancy bottle, etc. It simply is what it is: a utilitarian, basic vetiver. No frills, no fuss ... yet its execution is such that it is perfect in its "basicness." Dana's Vetiver. In these crazy times, something that is so simple, so affordable, and yet so very GOOD is worth a special mention.
