As a lover of banana notes, I was dying to try this perfume... and honestly, it hasn't disappointed me at all. The perfume opens with a very pleasant banana liqueur aroma, perhaps due to the blend of banana and cognac. It reminds me a lot of those free shots we used to get in Maspalomas when we ordered drinks years ago... and they were delicious. The downside—and I say downside because for me it's the best part of the perfume—is that this phase doesn't last long, about 15 minutes on my skin. This doesn't mean that what comes after isn't good, because it is, but it starts to sound familiar: tobacco, vanilla, cinnamon, amber notes, nuts... It's a combination of notes that are quite common these days, but it's true that here they are very well executed. I agree with those who compare it to Ambre Tabac or Angels Share, as it has the same essence. That liqueur-like, ambery tobacco with cinnamon. Very beautiful and very elegant. I tried it side-by-side with Ambre Tabac, which I also have in my collection, and while they're not exactly the same, they are quite similar. I don't think they're mutually exclusive, but if I had to choose one of the two, it would definitely be this 28. The performance is very moderate, though better than Ambre Tabac, lasting about 5-6 hours with medium-low projection. This makes it very versatile, perfect for everyday wear in autumn and winter.

This fragrance does not get enough love! Imagine a crisp fall day, banana bread baking in the kitchen, windows open and a cool breeze carrying the smell of freshly raked leaves through the house. Similar vibes to Killians Angels Share but with a strong banana top note. I am obsessed.

This fragrance is incredible! Reminiscent of Angel's Share and Ambre Tabac.

I owned this fragrance for a while, Been availible since late 2025. This fragrance is an amazing composition, alot more fruity then Ambre tabac. In the opening you have a sweet, tobacco/plum/banana note that feels mature and not childish. Troughout the fragrance you get alot of similarity with Ambre tabac. The tobacco, boozy and the sophistication we all remember all the way trough. I feel like Daniel Josier wanted to make his best seller more Unisex and "modern". This is it. I have decants left of it and wear it during colder days. It ́s a strange and yet a combination that dances together that bring balance, joy and nostalgia. Almost as if Daniel made this as a "tribute"? (read further down for the reveal) If i want more authority - Ambre tabac, Feel more playful yet determined - 28 Fun fact: The number 28 is a personal story for Daniel Josier. He has been working in the fragrance industry for 28 years, he meet his wife 28 Dec, they moved in together on Feb 28th, and got married on August 28th. 2 = A couple, 8 = Infinite.
