Read with care, because this is coming from someone who considers himself a DeGabor glazer. I tested this fragrance almost when it got avilable in my country. Although I have smelt it before on one of my friends who works in niche store. On my skin, the opening is like the smell of seawater with a hint of citrus. The citrus undertone quickly fades away and a seaweed and rose combination comes to take its place, while it still reamains salty and pretty marine. On my skin the seaweed note is pretty dominant and remains for the entire life of the fragrance. The drydown reamins seaweed dominant and sea water like, witj a touch of amber and mineral with a touch of mineral notes. As for longevity and projection goes this is also quite good. It lasts around 8-9 hours on my skin and with 4 sprays, it projects strongly (around 4 feet) for the first 2-3 hours. After that the projection weakens and remains around arms lenght till hour 5-6 when it turns into a skin scent - thought I still can get wiffs of it even after this. As for someone who works in education I can say that this fragrance is school safe, but it is not a crowdpleaser so you should sample and test before you buy. Edit: Now that spring is approaching and the weather is getting warmer here in Hungary as well I decided to wear this to a date. Out of my collection this is the one that my girlfriend, who is not deeply into perfumes, loves the most on me. So I might have to consider this a crowdpleaser now? xd
