Kimono Urara

One of my all time favourite perfumes! Gone through 2 mini sizes and got the 100ml finally. It's fresh, aquatic and fruity in a soft feminine way. The scent is truly unique and delicate. Reminds me of the breeze during Springtime. Though I wear this all seasons. The longevity and sillage is on the lower side, unlike Western Perfumes with a heavy musky base. But I've been complimented for wearing this before.

My signature was L’eau D’issey for women until my creepy cousin claimed it as her signature. This reminds me very much of it. I really am enjoying this sample. This is very fresh and fruity with some smooth woods. I have two more samples to work through and I will decide. So far, I really like this one.

Urara is femininity spun from sunlit laughter and soft petals. It opens like a sip of syrupy fruit iced tea, golden and sweet but not from the most natural of origins, laced with sticky honey. You get some girly florals flowing like silk in a a dense breeze, charming, subtle, beautiful but not attention grabbing-ly so. Yet beneath its sweetness, a soft maturity lingers, in the way a watercolor painting is kissed by too much sun. It does happen to fade too soon too: fleeting, and also just a touch too sweet to be entirely effortless.
