Green Tea

At time of writing, I bought all the tea scents from Demeter, just waiting for the Earl Grey. Green Tea: A lot sweeter than I expected. It smelt like sweet ice tea. I know Demeter has a Sweet Tea scent, which to me smells like the premix/store bought. I really like it, I’ll decide later if I like it more than Demeter’s Baihao Yinzhen Tea. Black Tea isn’t an entry in the system yet so I’ll write it here for the curious: Horrible, did not enjoy! Smells like a pile of pine wood chips getting smoked with pepper, with a base note of genuine black tea. Very salty scent?

I love this! A perfect green tea scent - sweet, fresh, lightly green and delicate. I love to spray it by itself or layered with Flowerbomb or Pink Sugar Sparks - both of those perfumes have a tea note and this enhances it :)

I resonate with the reviews saying this is more citrusy than green tea. I smelled strong lemon and a little orange, with just barely enough tea notes to remind me what the fragrance was actually titled. This is a lot nicer used as a booster for a more milky/sweet matcha green tea frag like Skylar Matcha Zen or Replica Matcha Meditation.

I think this is supposed to be an iced/ watered down version of green tea because i did 1 to 1 and it failed due to how faint it is. Sillage is okay, it is green, watery, ozonic, slightly atomic sweet and powdery scent. Unisex tbh, but only good for layering due to its weak longevity.

Green tea. Fresh, quite natural smell of green tea leaves. And that's all I have to say about that. Pretty nice, but nothing special (as 99% of Demeter's florals, IMHO)

Its nice. Got this at superstore for 3.95 for 30 mls. It doesn't last long, but its a pick me up frag.

a simple, light refreshing tea scent. nothing special, but not in a bad way. good if you need a more subtle scent

This is *nice*, but altogether pretty boring. I didn't expect much but still managed to be kind of disappointed. I was hoping for it to be a more bitter, realistic, unsweetened green tea. But yeah, it's more like a sweetened cheap canned green tea drink. Very very light and fleeting, would be alright used for a work out scent or layering. It is cheap but I still don't think I'd buy it.

There is something just a bit astringent in the opening that I loved because it reminded me of real tea, not the cleansed green tea note that comes up in most perfumes. After that fades it's a very good green tea but one that you could find in half a dozen green tea scents. Lasts three hours, good day time office scent.

I didn't smell any green tea, just a nice fresh "ozone" type frag with green notes and something a bit like citrus. A little sweet, very fresh, but fades really fast. Maybe this would be a good sports frag? It is nice and refreshing, even if it doesn't last long.

Fresh green tea with honey! This lasted about three hours on skin and four on clothes with moderate sillage before quieting down to a skin scent. Perfect for green tea lovers. Alas, I prefer my brew to be spicy, so I'll stick with my Demeter Chai.

Got this for the office bathroom in a room spray, which was alright. It's more on the 'lemon' side of green scents, and combined with the cleaning detergents used in more of a single-note way. Definitely unisex for this purpose.

Very overbearing lemony sweetened iced lipton. Possibly a bad batch, considering Demeter don't deliver to my country and bought discounted via reseller. Wanted to like it, but at the end of the day, this one was a scrubber.

The exact scent of the iced lemon + tea drink you can get at Hongkong style cha chaan tengs !!!
