Honeysuckle

Some people smell a beautiful rose, violet, linden, lilac, or orange blossom scent for example, and are breathtakingly transported back to a moment/time in their childhood. My fragrant time machine is most definitely honeysuckle. My childhood backyard was literally fenced in by wild honeysuckle bushes. I spent every summer day breathing in their delicious, dewy, intoxicating scent. As I got older, and spent time exploring the woods and creek behind my house, looking for the fairies I was SURE lived out there, the cool shade of the woods always beckoned me out of the hot Texas sunlight with this fragrance. I mentioned these childhood memories in my review of Le Chevrefuille, which is my treasured true-to-life honeysuckle scent. I honestly had never worried about testing this, because I've grown accustomed to most honeysuckle notes being nice, yet never the real thing. Le Chevrefuille was the only perfume that lived up to that. I had the good luck, however, to receive a FULL sized surprise freebee bottle of this in my first ever Demeter order! I was happy to see this gift, but had no expectations. Honeysuckle lovers-LISTEN to me.....this IS the scent of a LIVING honeysuckle bush in the air on a summer day. I dont know how they bottled it, but they did it, and beautifully. I have discovered that, understandably, some Demeter sprays can be on the synthetic end of the spectrum, but this is exact opposite end. I hate to even utter this, but in some ways, it might be even more realistic than my beloved Le Chevrefuille. I find that it lasts quite a while in my hair, and on my clothing. Even if it did not, I'd still love it. It is not perfume, with base notes that linger...it is the natural scent of honeysuckle that you spray on. One of the downsides of some extremely natural floral scents and perfumes, however, are the kind of "peekaboo" appearances of isolated mothball-tinged indoles, which are themselves, responsible for for the extremely realistic beauty of these floral scents. I never know when they will appear, but I might catch a teeny whiff with one flick of my hair, while with the very next flick of my hair, it's gone without a trace. And this only seems to happen once or twice in a wearing. It's like you really can smell them in isolation for a split-second. (or maybe I'm just crazy ;) ) I've experienced this with some of my very favorite fragrances, including Le Chevrefuille, Jo Malone Orange Blossom, and some Lilly of the Valley scents. I feel self-conscious when this occurs, but it always seems to be fleeting, and I remind myself of the important role indoles play in a natural smelling floral. I will happily pay that small price, however, to smell like I am wearing the actual namesake blossoms, rather than a perfume. :) I am thrilled to have received this surprise bottle, and I am sure it will be drained in no time. Honeysuckle heaven, I tell you! :)

First of all who said that honeysuckle is for women? I asked the honeysuckle bush across the street it didn't give me any indication that its fragrance was for women only, it's a natural flower so its beautiful fragrance should be enjoyed by everyone. This is very much in line with the experience I've had with all the Demeter fragrances: they smell exactly what they are supped to smell like and since I love the smell of fresh honeysuckle and the perfume enables me to spray myself and spend the next 4-5 hours smelling like a human honeysuckle bush which is just what I want. Being a soliflore, there are not different notes and the perfume does not change much on the skin, it goes on smelling like fresh honeysuckle and that is what it smells like for about a half meter area around so, so those near you will smell it but not necessarily everyone in the room and it will last several hours at which time if the mood strikes you you can just spray some more on. Some may fault Demeter that their perfumes don't last as long as others but when they consist of a single note you must consider if that note is normally a top, heart, or base note in perfumes. If it's a citrus, for example, it's always going to be a top note because citrus oils have a very repaid evaporation rate and even with some of the fixatives to slow this greatly they still are not going to last long. In the case of the pure florals, like honeysuckle, this is a heart or middle note and the flower absolutes, whether natural or synthetically composed tend, when properly fixed stay on the skin 4-6 hours, so this is how long any perfume with that single note can possibly last, no matter how much absolute they add or who makes it. But in search of a great honeysuckle I have explored just about every honeysuckle soliflore out there from the very expensive to the cheapies and this is the one that best depicts the live flower in the evening when the fragrance bursts forth in the air. The fact that it's so inexpensive makes me like it even more. If it's made with all synthetics or naturals makes no difference to me, I evaluate it only on it's smell and lasting quality and those are both maxed out. In my book the best honeysuckle perfume available at any price. I will always have a bottle on hand.

Ooohh beautiful. This is a blast of realistic honeysuckle. I bought this and hesitated to use this bc the smell from the cap and on paper made me think it wouldn't smell like honeysuckle. I've always loved the smell of honeysuckle, but it seemed really difficult to capture in a perfume. I ended up trying this a few weeks after I bought it and was very pleasantly surprised. The scent on my wrists and chest was soo beautiful, and it actually had that honeysuckle smell that I've been looking for! It smells very close to real honeysuckle, but I'd say it's a mixture between close-up honeysuckle and honeysuckle in-the-air. It's so lovely and simple. The only thing missing is longevity, but it is technically a cologne spray, so don't expect it to perform like a perfum/edp/edt. Also, I've never found honeysuckle scents to last. On me, it has an amazing initial burst of smell, but it quickly dies down and becomes a skin scent within an hour, and then only lasts about 1 hr after that. Performance on clothes isn't much better either, only lasting about 1 hr more, but by then, it's like dig-your-nose-in subtle. Overall, I'd rate this a 8.75/10 for scent and a 3/10 for performance. The price is fair enough that I don't mind spraying often. On the bottle, it says "Pick-Me-Up Cologne Spray" and I'd say that is an apt description. I love spraying this whenever I want to smell a burst of honeysuckle as a pick-me-up. I still would recommend this for anyone looking for a realistic honeysuckle scent, and would def recommend to USE THIS ON SKIN.

I agree with the user Fostermd below, on the fact that why does this have to be classed on here as female only? I just received this fragrance in the post, did one spritz on my wrist, and im in absolute heaven. To me, this definitely does not scream feminine at all. This scent is exactly what summer smells like to me here in Australia. I walk down the street to the shopping centre or the train station in summer, its half humid/half dry, and being carried through the warm, dry breezes that come from the west to meet with the humidity from the ocean in the east (im in Brisbane) is this beautiful honeysuckle. This honeysuckle is not combined with anything else from what i can smell, so its just an uncomplicated fragrance. Until now, i was so frustrated every time i smelt this in the air, as i could never find the damn flower! Its a hidden beauty around here, yet you know its alive and well, as it greets you the moment you leave your front door. Projection is great, longevity is great, and its just over all GREAT! aha i really do love it, ill always have a bottle in my collection. Men - DONT BE AFRAID TO PURCHASE THIS! If you love these types of scents, get yourself one. I'll be getting the lavender and jasmine one next, as jasmine grows everywhere around where i live, and its amazing sitting outside on the deck at night when its so warm, and a cool breeze brings her to you. Scent = 9/10 Longevity = 8/10 Projection = 8.5/10 Bottle Design = 7/10

This week the honeysuckle came out full force in our area. Quite by chance I was sent a sample of Demeter Honeysuckle. I got to compare them both side by side! Folks we have a winner. I'm still a huge fan of B&B Wild Honeysuckle (now discontinued). But for the most natural fragrance the Demeter wins hands down. It's the real deal, or as close as humans can come to getting it right. Side by side it is almost exact. The test was done at the edge of our woods where the wild honeysuckle grows. The air is perfumed not only by the honeysuckle flowers, but also the riot of green growing things the vines climb on. Sweet, clean and green. Demeter captured that wild, living green perfectly. They also worked magic getting the faint opening hint of lemon that is so exclusive to the fresh flowers. Going back inside the scent stayed with me (from the perfume)for about half an hour. Longevity could be better. But for such an ethereal entity, you can't have everything. Spritz some in your hair or on your lingerie for longer lasting joy. Word of warning - if you layer this with a rose fragrance it's like walking into a funeral parlor in full swing. If you like this sort of thing then by all means layer it with Perfumer's Workshop Tea Rose.

A child in New Mexico, I didn’t have the pleasure of growing up around lush vine flowers but honeysuckle grows there over fences and walls in old neighborhoods. My dad taught me how to get the nectar out of the center of the flower. I remember how intoxicating the smell was, this beautiful tiny flower in the heart of a high desert town. It conjured sweet sophistication and lush gardens with hummingbirds and bees tasting the sweet nectar. This soliflore scent opens astringent but quickly dries down to a gorgeous photorealistic honeysuckle flower, the nectar so nostalgic for me. As with most of Demeter’s single note fragrances, the silage and longevity is weak. Because of this I simply reapply. Some love to blend this to customize or layer with other single notes or fragrances. I enjoy wearing single note fragrances as is. I receive simple compliments like- you smell like a flower. On occasion simplicity is the goal. I don’t rate these because they are single notes. Spot on honeysuckle, low level performance. Highly recommended for vine flower and soliflore lovers.

oh my goodness. let’s start with the bad, and get that out of the way so i can rave about this. the longevity of this isn’t great. i find it lasts 30 minutes on a bad day to 3 hours on a good one, and not much more. that aside, this fragrance is absolutely gorgeous. 1:1 honeysuckle scent. i put it on yesterday morning, did some housework and forgot about it, then stepped outside into my moms garden. no joke — i thought to myself wow, it smells great out here, and then i realized i was actually just smelling this on myself!!! it is so deliciously floral. i generally stay away from floral frags as i find they don’t suit me (i’m a butch, so i don’t present very feminine) or go super powdery or are sharp on me and eughhh. but this is absolutely gorgeous to me. right out of the bottle, the opening is perfect honeysuckle, and it dries down and sits as the perfect honeysuckle. no frills, no other notes, which i absolutely love. if you are looking for a photorealistic honeysuckle scent that’s here for a good time and not a long time, you will love this.

Can't add to much to what others have said. It delivers on its promise! Smells just like honeysuckle. :) Uncomplicated. My first Demeter, but I might try some others in the future. You can layer their scents with each other to combine notes you think you'd enjoy together. I tried this layered with I Hate Perfume's Memory of Kindness, a niche perfume that smells like a tomato garden. The combination reminds me of my Mamaw and Papaw's backyard, which had a large vegetable garden flanked by a row of honeysuckle bushes on one side. :) Might be interesting to use this to add a honeysuckle note to a more typical fragrance as well.

This is a perfect honeysuckle scent. Honeysuckle is invasive in my hometown and we had huge bushes in our yard, it reminds me of swimming in the pool until dark when the fireflies would come out (and of course tasting the "honey" nectar from the beautiful flower). I've reapplied a few times today but I don't mind, it was only $6 for the 1/2 oz splash and I intend to buy more before next spring. I layer Honeysuckle with the Jo Malone Orange Blossom body cream for the perfect fresh, white floral, hint of citrus scent. Of the five Demeter fragrances I have tried, this is my #1 :)

In the back yard of the house I grew up in there was a honeysuckle vine on the back fence that extended the length of the whole yard.I have such wonderful memories of sniffing the flowers and drinking the sap from them.This is the scent of that vine in a bottle.It is the most realistic,spot-on interpretation of honeysuckle I have ever smelled...nothing else has ever come close and fortunately it actually lasts for quite a while on me.Love this-brings back wonderful memories and is great to spray on in the cold of winter to remind you that warmer days are coming.

Forgive me for rehashing the same review I wrote on the Demeter website, but my impression remains the same: I don't know how this honeysuckle could be any better. It reminds me of warm summer nights spent outdoors with friends. It also comes without the slightly sharp pollen-like scent that I detect (ever so vaguely) in the Jasmine cologne. Absolutely gorgeous! It makes me feel like Dolly Parton, just wearing honeysuckle as my scent. [I will add, though, that the lasting power is extremely low - it is truly just a "pick-me-up" scent]

I love this so much! I have the perfume oil and it lasts pretty well (though it’s still quite weak) but for $15 it’s not too bad. it smells like honeysuckle did when you were a kid playing outside as the summer day winded down into a summer evening... very beautiful to me as it reminds me of the memories I regard so fondly in my mind’s eye :) i can’t wait to layer this with other more gourmand perfumes, though this would also help make more “mature” perfumes more young and soft if that makes sense.

May not last as long as I would want (as it is just a cologne), but the scent in of itself is beautiful. It smells just like honeysuckle. Very comforting, clean, and pretty. After trying out so many perfumes with dozens of notes in them, sometimes you just want to smell like something very specific and simple. And simple honeysuckle, quite frankly, smells better than the vast majority of any perfumes that I've tried, haha. This is a huge compliment-getter for me, too.

This a really good honeysuckle! I have been looking for something that smells real and this is it. I also have Mary Kay Sparkling Honeysuckle and it actually smells a lot like Dior J`adore (which I don't care for). Demeter hit the mark with this! Unfortunately, it drifts away so fast on my skin. It stays better on fabrics. I sprayed my curtains and so when the wind blows in I get whiffs.

This actually reminds me of Jo Malone's Orange Blossom a little! Whatever it is, it smells amazing, and also reminds me of a really good honeysuckle soap I once had. Although it doesn't smell like the real flower, it's bright, honeyed, dewy, juicy, and almost ambery in the drydown--definitely a keeper!

It is exactly how I remember the honeysuckle i picked to smell, maybe not so floral at the beginning but the sharp green notes of the juice from the stem and petals, that slowly changes to become a bit more flowery. i would say it fades quite quickly sadly, but otherwise love how realistic it is

Not here for a long time but certainly here for a good time. If you've always wanted to smell identical to a honeysuckle, look no further. Unfortunately the price you pay is reapplication reapplication reapplication. Worth it for something that makes me feel like a very sexy hummingbird tho.

I love this fragrance! It really smells like honeysuckle freshly plucked from the ground. I like to layer it with other "green" perfumes. Demeter fragrances don't have the best longevity in my experience, but I don't mind reapplying as necessary, given how inexpensive my bottle was.

Simple and beautiful fragrance. It has a slight tea smell that I find in real honeysuckles, due to the stems and leaves. Not cloying, pure sweetness. The realest honeysuckle you could possibly get. Unfortunately doesn't project or last long, common with most Demeter fragrances.

straight-up honeysuckle, so realistic and nostalgic. very impressive. on my skin, it has some more green and earthy notes along with fresh white florals and honey notes. very safe blind buy.

Just purchased this over labor day 2023. It immediately took me back to being 5 years old and tasting the honey from the honeysuckles blooming on the trellis of our home. Beautiful!

8/10 - This is beautiful, but very light and slightly synthetic. Can occasionally turn sour on my skin, overall happy with purchase.

Lovely lovely honeysuckle. This smells just like the honeysuckle in my garden, green, fresh and intoxicating.

I've had other honeysuckle fragrances that only hint at the true flower, or they've been mixed with something that ruins the pretty, happy nature of honeysuckle. Not this one! Straight up, fresh picked wild honeysuckle. I miss this one, but I gave up purchasing it after having bottle after bottle go bad very quickly. My first two or three were fine, but then I couldn't seem to keep one more than a few sprays before the color would change and the flower smell that I loved so much was replaced with a soured, decaying plant smell. Could be the store I was getting them from didn't store the bottles right...I don't know. I'd love to try it again sometime soon, but I have nowhere around me that sells this scent. I don't like to Internet buy (wary of it due to friends who had identity stolen and having my own bank account hacked twice), so the likelihood of me getting ahold of this charmer is nearly zero. Anyway, I'd recommend this to anyone who just wants a light, sweet, and natural scent for daily use. I'd even say it could pass into nighttime in the summer.

This gave me a bit of an existential moment! On the one hand, it's almost photo-realistic. On the other, I did actually go out to the garden and alternate between sniffing my wrist, and wafting a sprig of honeysuckle blossom under my nose, and that's where the problem lies. Real honeysuckle has a sort of... roundedness, dewiness, and a luminosity, that this scent can't capture. The difference between a photograph and seeing the view with your own eyes, I suppose. Is it possible to ever capture that luminosity in scent? I don't have enough experience with niche or high end fragrance to know. Would I prefer a photo-realistic but ultimately flat scent, or an impressionistic artist's portrayal? I don't know. My fragrance adventures so far have revolved around the pursuit of photo-realism, but this spray brought sharp relief to the disappointment I always end up with. Perhaps it really is the latter I'm searching for. (On saying all that, it really is a lovely honeysuckle, and definitely worth trying if you're a lover of the flower!)

This is perfect. A genuine, photorealistic honeysuckle scent. Unlike most honeysuckle fragrances, it doesn’t smell like anything artificial, or like sweets, or like a perfume that kind of evokes honeysuckle, or like just jasmine. It is a true honeysuckle. I usually don’t like demeter florals, but christopher brosius (the perfumer behind honeysuckle) is very good at photorealistic scents so this one is truly special. I love it. Edit: (after a few months of having and wearing this) i have noticed a note i hadn’t before, which to me smells a bit like car exhaust. It is stronger in the opening and sits next to the honeysuckle scent. For me, it doesn’t take from it much, if anything it adds to the realism since it gives a larger picture of honeysuckle in a city, but i can see how it could be unpleasant to some.

This fragrance isn't exactly what I was hoping for. I guess I was looking for something sweeter and more perfume-y. This has more of a honeysuckle stem smell. It's like 60% green and slightly bitter stem, 40% honeysuckle flower with a slight sweetness. I'm into super dense and sweet white florals like Alien, My Way, Paradoxe, Voce Viva, Linterdit, Good Fortune, etc. Still this isn't bad, just not exactly what I was expecting. Longevity isn't too bad on fabrics but it's definitely a light smell, no powerhouse fragrance here. I don't think I'll repurchase this, as I'm sure I can probably find something sweeter and stronger that will suit my tastes better.

Realistic, stunning, and transportive. Both my mom and I grew up in different areas but honeysuckles abounded in both of our childhoods. I decanted this right away for my mother to smell and she sprayed some on for our Mother's Day excursions. She doesn't like strong fragrances as they upset her allergies and give her a headache so this honeysuckle fragrance was perfect for her. I paired my spritzes with Aerin's Mediterranean Honeysuckle although I do think I prefer this one. It's good for layering but it stands on its own as well. If you do like honeysuckle, this might be the safest "blind buy" I can recommend.

I adore realistic, clean florals, and this perfume delivers exactly that. It's a simple, fresh and natural honeysuckle scent that transports my mind to a summer evening in a garden full of blooming honeysuckle bushes. The aroma reminds me of jasmine flowers, but with a honeyed, nectar-like sweetness. Honeysuckle smells elegant, light, and effortless, making it a perfect daytime scent for spring and summer months. Initially, I was worried about its staying power on the skin, but it's surprisingly long-lasting. I'd love to add a bottle to my fragrance collection, especially considering its affordable price.

It s pure honeysuckle; not softened, not light, not layered with other notes; when u spray it, u can easily imagine smelling a honeysuckle; from a really close distant; because it s pretty realistic and strong smell. I have a bottle of this and it has been years but it s still almost full because i really like smelling it but i dont wear it at all; kinda came across to me as a bold, and assertive smell. I find it a bit hard to wear this daily; but i will try, it d be definetly a really nice smell if it was a littlenbit Lighter and Has a bit more greens in it

I'm a bit torn on this one. I love honeysuckle in fragrances, many of my favorites have honeysuckle as a note. While it does smell of honeycuckle, there is something a bit unusual in the way it unfolds. It comes on incredibly strong and intense, just pure honeysuckle concentrate, but then it's gone quickly leaving no scent at all. The initial impact is like a fragrance in an oil burner or diffuser when smelled up close. I think layering this might help. It would be good to have some decent longevity to it.

Smells like natural, true honeysuckle, not just the flower but the added greenery and earthy wood of the whole plant but not too much greenery in my opinion as I have heard some complaints. Hard to find a honeysuckle perfume but this is it if you are looking for a singular honeysuckle scent. Not exactly strong though and doesn't last too long on skin. Good blind buy experience in all. I really like it. I was looking for something to replace BBW Wild Honeysuckle since it's discontinued.

This fragrance is indistinguishable from the scent of a Japanese Honeysuckle, I recognized it instantly. I am moved and overjoyed by it and congratulations to demeter for nailing it down. I purchased the sample cologne. Although the longevity is very short, the silliage is robust for that very short period. I suspect Demeters oil will have more longevity and I cannot wait to get my hands on more.

Wow, great litle fragrance! It acctualy smells like real honeysuckle. And no, it doesn't smell baby powder at all. I have on my wrist for about two hours now and I can still smell it, the smell is not that strong anymore, but it's still there. My 4.5 years old just smelled it from the bottle and said: "Hummm... that smells like... flowers!" ;-)

Smells just like honeysuckle and not much else. Very clean and natural scent. Not too sweet. I love the scent itself, but it’s very subtle. Does not last long at all either. I was disappointed that it didn’t seem to last even 30 minutes.

Extremely realistic honeysuckle. You get the sweetness, but also the warm, damp, slightly musty petal smell. Lasted longer than I expected from a Demeter. I'll definitely play around with this one and layer it!

This legitimately smells like real Honeysuckle. It is not perfumey in the least. Very natural scent and beautiful at a distance once it calms down. It is exactly what I wanted it to be.

It seems like a realistic floral scent... I need to smell some real honeysuckle to make a good comparison! I smell something like orange blossom in here as well...

The most pure, simple and realistic honeysuckle scent I've ever smelled. Doesn't last very long but is a darling while it's there, and it always gets compliments.

I wish this had a better longevity as it's a perfect honeysuckle, complete with a fresh green bite. I could barely smell it after an hour.

Been buying this for almost 15 years and something has been changed from the earlier years. It used to smell exactly like fresh honeysuckle blossoms, but now it smells a lot more synthetic and flat. It's really a shame, this used to be in my top 5. It's still an ok scent that smells sort of similar to honeysuckle but it's nowhere near as good as it was and it's out of my rotation now.

This smells really lemony to me, for rather a long time (relative to the short duration of the performance). It's nice and I do find it reminiscent of honeysuckle, but it is not as rich and honeyed as the true flower. And it is haunted by this strain of Lemon Pledge furniture polish that just won't die. It's so weak that I view it more like a body spray in terms of its application.

not realistic to me. i was hoping for the thick, sweet and intoxicating scent of honeysuckle on a hot humid day in late spring. i think bbw's honrysuckle was more realistic, and that one still wasnt good enough for me. this has a note that i find almost spicy. its also pretty weak. i'll layer it with my lilac and hyacinth perfumes to smell like spring

I absolutely love honeysuckle. I had high hopes when I bought this and was so disappointed in the results. It does not last at all. It does not smell as good, in my opinion, as the now-out-of-circulation Bath & Body Works honeysuckle sprays (which is a shame for a company that specializes in single-scent cologne sprays, I think). And worst of all, it is incredibly oily and leaves a noticeably slick of grease on my skin. After a few uses, the sprayer on mine broke, which wouldn't have been a big deal (I could have just unscrewed the cap and used it that way), but the spray is so awful and ineffective that I just stopped using it after that.

Oh, my god. It DOES smell like honeysuckle! Legit! I've smelled real honeysuckle, before and this sure hit the nail on the head. However, It lacks some of the real sweetness of honeysuckle but it doesn't really matter. It's a concentrated blast of the flower! When I first tried it, Demeter's honeysuckle really was bad...with a metallic tinge of okra. But I believe that's because the bottle had been tampered with (I bought it used) but since it's aged, it's gorgeous! I tell you, it's worth it. Try it. Sillage: Moderate. Longevity: Moderate. If you have a bottle, let it age and it should stay on your skin longer :D

Went and sniffed this in store because of the great reviews and my craving for a pure honeysuckle scent. Sprayed it... and was disgusted. It smelled like honeysuckle, yeah, but rotting and doused in chemicals. Maybe the tester had gone bad? I had such high hopes :( In any case, I blind bought a bottle of Wild Honeysuckle by B&BW that smells much better to me than this.

I soooo wanted to love this. I love the smell of honeysuckles on a spring/summer day and this is probably as close as one will get in a bottle . . . BUT unfortunately on me, within a few SECONDS the sweet blossoms are overtaken by the smell of green stems, leaves and roots and within a few minutes more . . . nothing . . . It is very disappointing . . .

I expected a bright floral like BBW Honeysuckle, but this reads almost blank on my skin. It behaves like a straight scent with almost no frame, so the honeysuckle note disappears instead of forming an environment. This may rely on light floral aromatics that evaporate quickly, which explains why some noses barely detect it. Linear and faint.

I really don't know about this one. It is not a realistic honeysuckle scent to me. It has a displeasing sourness/sharpness but I do get a honeysuckle vibe from it once it calms down, but still not exactly honeysuckle.

I was excited to get this perfume as I love the smell of Honeysuckles. I read a lot of reviews, most seemed positive & purchased it unsniffed - I like a gamble! When I got it I sprayed it straight away & was immediately assaulted by a synthetic baby powder scent. KAPOW! It was so strong & smelt nothing like Honeysuckle. I waited it out & luckily it turned into a nice powdery scent that lasted surprisingly well despite the experience of previous reviewers - quite a few hours. But. No. Honeysuckle. Verdict: Demeter's Honeysuckle is a nice fragrance, safe for work (if you don't spray too much) non obtrusive or offensive, maybe even comforting but NOTHING like Honeysuckle. The smell on the nozzle is somewhat floral, but the spray is definitely not Honeysuckle. Disappointing. I will wear this as an "at home fragrance" but I will never repurchase. If you're after a Honeysuckle fragrance, look elsewhere. If you're after a baby powder fragrance, this is perfect. I wonder if Demeter's baby powder fragrance smells like Honeysuckle?
