Sofia

It’s a pretty fruity fragrance with an interesting patchouli base. I like how unusual it is!! I think I can actually smell the tart, zesty and slightly sour smell of tamarind - fascinating! It also has slightly vintage vibe, but a nice one. My ig: scent.guide

blackcurrant and citrus opening with a tiny hint of something that smells like aldehyde and a number of minutes later settling into a blackcurrant, floral and much less obnoxious vintage angel...must be the combination of patchouli with something that is making me think of that as there is no praline or caramel. Nice. :). It's hard to guess what the detaille fragrances will smell like by just looking at the notes list. Good projection.

Sofia is pretty much unique. Of hundreds smells i tried, it is hardly to find one that could be compared to her. It is mainly vanilla scent, but different of the vanilla-bomb mass market scents. It vanilla with so well blended notes of patchoully, cassis, and heliotrope. Maybe it could be compared to Burberry Brit edt, in a way that both are unique vanillas, excellent blended with other notes. Who likes Brit, could like Sofia.

Beautiful vintage fragrance. It opens with rich honey, tamarind is strong right away. What really got me was how fresh the cassis smells. Pleasant mix of honeyed tamarind, blackcurrant and florals on top of a smooth patchouli-vanilla base. The composition feels complete and balanced. I think Sofia is interesting and unique, yet still very easy to wear.

Normally I never smell "cat piss" in black currant/cassis, but I think the combination of this note with the oddly sweet/sour tamarind is what does it. Other than the urine reminiscent opening, Sofia is slighty earthy and generically floral.
