Higher Black

Well i got it from my man Kristo in Indonesia couple days ago and i was so surprised by the good quality i mean Dior is top quality in designer fragance game but i mean how underrated this fragance is Complex and it developes from dark fruity sharp opening to a strong fruity middle and a soft woody? fruity base but mixing something energizing with some sweetnes not as the homme intense kind i mean sweet of fruit very well balanced and composed what more can i wish 10 out of 10 in my books wich have became more demanding by the way ps: I dont get almost anything of the original Higher from it if its the case is covered by this monster

why dior dropped the production ? a nice scent and very nice to be wear in summer!

same as HIGHER DIOR original a little intense version with good Longevity

Bitter version of Ed Hardy Love n luck. not my cup of tea though. but it projects and it lasts quite sometime on my skin. 6 out of 10 overall Try before you buy fellas !

As a fan of the original Higher, I was curious about the black version. I assured myself it was not the same juice in just another color bottle and bought it. Unfortunately is IS the same juice in another color bottle. That is, I did a comparison with the original (vintage) white bottle and this one. Well, maybe a taaaad bit different, but so minimal that could also be caused by different storage circumstances and age of the two bottles. I had expected a different direction, more dark (as some describe it). Well, my humble nose cannot detect that. So to summarize: Don't expect a different take on Higher, it is just the same juice. 8/10 (because it is still a great fragrance) Edit I tested om skin now. Indeed, I can detect some differences now. Black is a little softer, a bit warmer maybe even. The original has some chemicals that take the fragrances up a little higher in the spectrum. These chemicals are a bit sharp, metallic and unnatural. Black does not have them. So indeed, it is not the same fragrance. Differences are marginal and can only be smelled (properly) when sprayed on skin. I also noticed that where the original is somewhat musky in the drydown, Black is a little bit soapy.
