Dolce Floral Drops

This starts out like just another simple generic light floral perfume. Pleasant, but nothing to write home about. But, the dry down is fabulous, dare I say addictive! It is warm clean musk and the softest, creamiest, feminine sandalwood blended to perfection. I put this in the same category as Miss Dior Blooming Bouquet. Super girly, light, with the dry down smelling even better than the top notes. No harsh notes, very round. It is also similar in longevity and silage with floral drops being just slightly stronger. Perfume Parlour please create the oil version of this!

absolutely fresh bright green fruity vibe in the opening. peach, neroli and green apple are the prominent notes. i get almost 3 hours of those notes. in the heart note, water lily is the prominent note. it was blended very well. in dry down, sandalwood and musk are so light and clean. this perfume is absolutely everyday perfume. really really pleasant, inviting, simple, light and friendly. if you're looking fresh bright fruity floral and light woody, this is one of them. i hope this perfume last longer on my skin unfortunately it doesn't.

This is a fairly recent purchase for me, so I've only worn it for a few days. At first spray, it reminds me of Gucci Flora. However, as it dries, the woods really come out and the fragrance "matures," if you will. I can still smell it on myself if there's a gust of wind or if I'm in the right spot for a gust from the air conditioner to hit me. I think it's one you can wear to the office and not smother everyone around you with your perfume. A very nice floral/woody scent.

Talk about such an improvement! Where original Dolce fails this one succeeds! Good work D&G in upgrading the somewhat disappointing Dolce! Floral Drops is "bolder". It has good staying power and soft to moderate projection. It can be called Dolce intense! Everything seems alive in this composition! The neroli blends well with water lilies to create a spring perfume that really takes us to Italy. This one deliver what it promises! 8/10

I love wearing this scent in rainy weather. It really brings out the creaminess in the dry down. This was a blind buy due to the beautiful bottle that I couldn't resist. I didn't love it at first but it has grown on me. So perfectly paired with spring. I find myself reaching for it more and more. The opening is a bit sharp but give it time and it develops into something lovely.

Love this and the whole Dolce line. If I didn’t know it was Apple I would think a very soft lime. The florals stay fresh and light. This is very easy wearing and even sensitive types in your office or yoga class would not complain about this. It could definitely stealth as a pretty shampoo-but-better smell for places that frown on perfume

I feel like Thumbelina sitting on a lily pad. She so small so she can vividly smell the pond water, the lily pad and the trees. Most of all she can smells the aroma of the fruit that the trees bear and the flowers that fall from the trees. Absolutely beautiful.

At first it smelled exactly like my first perfume love, Paris Hilton's black and white striped bottle!!!! Fresh, sharp, green, juicy, pear. Zero sweetness or sugar or vanilla. It's soooo pretty and girlie. I love it. I feel so clean and fresh when I wear it.

I absolutely love this smell! I didn't notice how similar it is to fabric softener until I read another review haha. Very white floral but slightly sweet middle note. It lasts long on clothes but not on skin. It's something almost anyone would enjoy.

I was indifferent to this at first but now that it's summer, I love Dolce Floral Drops and wear it every other day. It's a dewy, clean smelling floral that's feminine and fresh and not overpowering. Makes it ideal for work and everyday.

This is similar to several other floral/fruit combos such as Miss Dior Cherie, Versace Red Jeans, Flowerbomb except this is somehow cleaner, crisper, and fresher.

To me, this smells the same as the EDP but brighter and actually lasts longer too. Refreshing and quite pleasant for summer.

I got almost full bottle of this in an auction, I didn't even know what to expect, I bid as a joke more than anything. Didn't have any expectations, anything. So no crushed hopes involved into this blind 'buy'. What I smell is very light clean but yet powdery scent. It is very inoffensive, very innocent, very soothing. Almost like a bubble bath with fluffy towels and childhood. Safety in a bottle. Projection is weak, it's a skin scent. Fresh crispy laundry, soft white bedsheets, huge bedroom windows and me, a little girl looking at the big beautiful garden and summer summer... endless summer with bright sun outside. Nanny quietly playing grand piano... softness and innocence. It brings me back to my younger years, I love it. It's such a peaceful scent. I can't imagine it as a winter scent though. It's too light and too volatile, too ethereal. Like a soap bubble, like a dream, a memory.

Such a beautiful bottle. It's a shame the other bottles don't have any nuance. I mean, look at violet for example. Horrifying. I love most of this line, but l wish they all had the beautiful white colored rose on top. It's so much more fashionable, and bottle appearance is half the draw for me..(and of course flanker loyalty lol). Of course I a serious perfumista and have my favorites that are irrelevant to bottle appearance. And then there are the purse sprays. So l got blue jasmine in the travel size bc it looks so much slicker than the matching color head to toe bottle. I'm running out and would buy a bottle if it had the nice beige subdued flower cap. The flower should never be a color carbon copy of the vase, let alone the water inside. Ugh I just want my original dolce back that my ex friend Cookie stole.

The bottle is hella cute, it makes me wanna kiss it. Apart from that, this is a young, flowing with the wind (not in he sense of going quickly),feminine. The kind of sweetness in this is not like hard to breathe sugary but like the kind of that spring blooming tree flowers and strong green apple that surprisingly after reading the comments, on my skin lasts a decent time, especially that the most perfumes dissapear quickly on me, and more espeacially that this is a fresh one. I really suggest to try it and see how it works on you. I think that from this cattegory of easy to wear, this is one of the best, from what i tried. And I am a big fan of green apple and white flowers, if you are one to just give it a big chance. It is simple but it is like waking up from a nice dream in an orchard.

This smells so... nice. It is so... ephemeral that it is barely there. Now I am a 1-2 spray kind a girl, but I need to apply about a half a cup of this to get any kind of a discernible aura from it. It smells like a very inoffensive fabric softener or other laundry product. When it first goes on it smells a bit like nail varnish. Then it is pleasant, a brief fantasy of water lilies, and then it floats away, like a child's bubbles. There is a faint sweet apple note, I agree with previous posters. While there is nothing offensive about this scent, there is not enough tangible to hold onto to warrant purchasing a bottle. But that is what some people are looking for.

This one really is GREEN. If you don’t like green scents, I’m not sure this is a safe blind buy (although you could still potentially love it). I am not normally big on green scents, although I didn’t hate it. I just found it was a bit too much for me so I eventually gave it to my boyfriends sister, who I think enjoys it more than I do. The Thumbelina analogy from the reviewer below made me smile though, because it’s nice to paint these images and create a mini story for our perfumes. Maybe if I internalised Thumbelina when i still had this I would’ve enjoyed it more😂. Nice fragrance though, just not to my personal taste.

I really like this. I have tried all of the Dolce family except Shine and have liked them all except Garden. I have had multiple samples of Floral Drops and have finally bought a 50ml bottle for a good price. It is such a light, fresh green floral. So easy to wear that even though at first sniff I just thought this was merely OK, it crept up on me until I realised I was reaching for it more and more. Longevity and sillage are about average for an EDT. I find that this one stays fresh and light whereas the original Dolce EDP tends to sour and sharpen on me.

Very soft, almost watery like scent. The name floral drops seems appropriate to me, because even though I love the scent at first spray, it evaporates within minutes. It feels like it’s called floral drops as is it’s a watered down version of the original. I love the scent, and my husband does too, but I’d have to apply every half hour or less to be able to keep smelling it. I very much wish there were a stronger bottle available. Just as a side note... how adorable are these bottles? They make me smile just looking at them.
