K by Dolce & Gabbana Elixir

Tried this in the store today. The scent is amazing, a 9/10 in my books, and easily the best in the line. It has just the right amount of incense, amberwood, cinamon and fir to make it both grown up, and slightly youthful and playful with balanced sweetnes. But, and it's a big one, the performance seems underwhelming based on the two sprays on my arm. Compared to some other elixirs od BDC L'exclusif, it's way way weaker. I suspect that the oil contentration is not thst high, they just jumped on the "Elixir" name bandwagon and slaped a 150+ euro price. No chance. Might pick it up if it gets to 70-80 range just because how nice the scent profile is, even with the lackluster performance.

It's an amazing scent. I love it. Sampled it and im getting one when it gets to discounters. Yes, it's similar to other elixir scents, you've prolly smelled it before. But that fir and amber note brings a beautiful sweetness to the tried and true elixer DNA. Quality ingredients used. Nothing extraordinary, but its still a 9/10.

The notes look interesting, the price doesn't. But, should be reasonably priced on the grey market once it's widely available. The elixir trends is really boring at this point, but will reserve my judgment on the scent profile and quality only, once I try it.

Fragrantica users! Let’s be better. This just got released! Likely not on shelves. How can there be negative reviews and downvotes already? Press packages & early releases? There’s no mention of the scent or even presentation of this fragrance.

@the whole truth. This is already available for weeks. I tested it in store about 2 weeks ago. Just because its not available in your coutry, doesnt mean its not available. Btw, this is pretty similar to the others from the line. Nothing new, neither particulary interesting. Smells Nice but the others too. I would stick to the OG or the sweet EDP

This is for first 10 minutes fig like other K perfumes and then it Hits with stronger with you all the way,and in the end it becomes boss bottled elixir,you make good copies D&G

OMG this K-line is so so so bad. Harsh, sharp, disgusting smell. Gives you a headache, really bad smell from start to finish. How can anyone use such poor quality sharp chemical bombs? Don't use them so that others around you don't have to suffer. 🤢🤮

As far as I know, the entire K line was never particularly well received. I don't really understand why the keep releasing flankers that no one wanted or asked for. It seems the reception gets cooler and cooler with each release and like a person spiraling into the depths of madness, they keep trying the same thing over and over again expecting different results.

If youre looking to get a fragrance from THIS line, id suggest not this one. Why? Because it reminds me more of something like The One instead of any of the fragrances in the line. Is that an issue? Not really, The One smells great IMO, but other ones from this line are more casual and unique, and this one loses all that.

I just smelled it in Sephora today. This strongly resembles the fir/woodsy notes from the burberry london man pre reformulation. The base is pretty much the same. Even now on the tester strip 4 hours later i can clearly smell it. Overall the scent is close to boss bottled elixir but more ambery.

What happend to edts and edps and elixirs all being the same profile but legit just different concentrations, what's up with this completely different note breakdown than the edt edp and parfum?

One more elixir that we didn’t really need or even ask for. And NO - I did not down vote it.

Who in their right mind buys D&G fragrances in 2026? Lol...

Ban the clowns and make the platform usable again!
