Light Blue Capri In Love Eau de Parfum

I really love this fragrance and it is one of my favorites for warm weather! It opens very zesty and bright with a sour green apple note. Can it be called lemony? Sure, but its more complex than lemon. It mellows a bit to an almost creamy floral note, almost as it the tea had a teeny splash of milk. Its beautiful on my skin and lasts that way for the ENTIRE work day. So for me, longevity is not an issue. I have had some compliments from coworkers as well, so I know that it projects a few feetl. It makes me feel clean and fresh and energized! Also, I wore it on my Mediterranean cruise this past March and it was so lovely! Now I have a beautiful scent memory attached to it! I will repurchase Capri in Love when I run out! Ciao!

Tested this one twice - first test was super dominant on the apple-citrus notes, which was really nice, but when I got the blotter home about an hour later for another sniff, I couldn't smell anything at all. (Probably went nose-blind from testing so many fragrances that day; plus the store I was at was busy, so that didn't help.) Second test was on a less busy day - I still caught the initial apple notes, but this time around I caught an unpleasant soapy-powdery scent on the dry-down that made me glad I didn't test it on my skin. Can't smell the jasmine tea in this at all, nor the longoza (unless that's what that soapy note is, in which case it's not one I'm fond of). In a word, disappointing.

It's beautiful. Some citrus with green apple and jasmine tea in the open. In the heart I get some fig, but thought that was only in the pour homme version. I had no idea what longoza was as a flower, but that's in the base with mixed woods. Feminine leaning unisex, but still absolutely unisex. It definitely gives off a lounging on the deck of a yacht that's traversed up into cooler waters mixing with an afternoon sun. Ladies this would be a great lounging fragrance; guys, this is a nice soft and subtle fragrance that you could easily pair with a citrus/woods dominant fragrance to create a sharper Mediterranean feel if it leans too femme for you.

As a former recovered light blue obsessed teenager, I have to say I really enjoy this perfume. The herbal jasmine tea and tart, crisp green apple notes complement the light blue profile so well. It kind of reminds me of Daisy by Marc Jacobs, which I think is why I love it so much. However, like many of these department store brands the longevity just simply isn't there. I stopped noticing the scent on myself after about 4 hours. I think this is a great summer scent that works well for office jobs or other close-space work environments. But maybe not the best value in terms of cost and longevity.

this fragrance is so uniquely beautiful. I personally feel that it is fresh and zesty, relying on the apple and longoza, but presents this amazing black pepper note throughout that keeps things interesting. this is a perfect everyday choice for the office or a day out and about. the longevity is not the best but I certainly would turn my head if someone walked past me wearing this. the pepper and apple together are honestly so addicting to sniff.

I’ve always been a fan of the original but haven’t thought about it in years I have a mini that occasionally I smell but I tried this version today and omg I was pleasantly surprised by how beautiful it smelled. I have been on a clean citrus fragrance kick and this one also has tea which is another favorite note. So I will be adding to my collection.

I love the smell of this one, I already own the Light Blue EDP and would like a small bottle of this one also. It smells very fresh and clean, and takes on an almost musky dry down scent after a while. Too expensive for a full bottle but a small ml bottle would do nicely.

Very pretty. Sweeter than light blue. Everyday fresh light anytime scent. It’s a like for me but something in the opening I’m not too fond of and will not repurchase after finishing the travel size. It reminds me a bit of light blue intense but I enjoy that much more.

The expensive scent, the summer scent, the scent doesn't make you dizzy. Anyone who likes a light scent but shouts that I'm clean, this scent is the most suitable for the summer, it goes well with the sweat scent.

A beautiful freash scent, with an amazing breath taking opening, it takes you at a different level of joy and happiness. I feel it can be used for both genders easily over all 8/10

after reading various comments here about this fragrance, i can confidently say that skin chemistry and our own nose make the scent experience extremely different and with many nuances for everyone. light blue capri in love didn’t really get me in the opening, as it is somehow just citrusy and green; luckily it lacked the bitterness of the light blue edt for women opening, and the jasmine made it more intriguing with a still bitter but pleasant and opulent note. it’s the drydown that made me fall in love with this fragrance: the jasmine mutates its sharp profile in a rather smooth and sweet one that enriches the fresh smell of the apple; the fragrance though always remains elegant and feminine rather than just fresh and childish thanks to the base note. overall i won’t say it’s the most revolutionary and groundbreaking perfume of all time, but it’s such a nice everyday scent that is inoffensive and will give you a clean and pleasant, likeable vibe. 5-6 hours of longevity, rather intimate sillage. i would recommend it.

This is very nice. But it's longevity, and sillage is very poor. You would basically have to take the bottle or a travel with you to reup every couple hours. Within 15 minutes, it starts to really fade. I think I sprayed my outside blazer maybe ten or so times, and then when I was getting ready to leave twenty minutes later, I sprayed myself and my shirt probably another ten times. With all of that, by the time I was at work at eight, it had already faded quite a bit. The scent itself is very nice and pretty and light. I would consider it pretty fresh and clean. Definitely that kind of lemon or fresh scent we usually see in light blue flankers. IYKYK. But it has no base to be able to cling on too. Definitely, wait to buy it on discount, not worth full price.

My husband chose this one for me to wear during our vacation in Greece this summer. Not something I would have picked up myself, but - since he liked it so much, I got a 50ml bottle to use for the days spent by the sea. It turns out that Capri in Love is perfect for summertime. Carefree, light but present. Fresh citrus tea, with apple and flowery nuances. Lasts long, a couple of sprays in the evenings before going out, are still there next morning. At times it gets lost for me, but others can still smell it, even from some distance. Since I started wearing it, I often get compliments about how good I smell, my husband loves it - he keeps sniffing my neck and I really enjoy its scent. Capri in Love and I have a happy summer affair.

I like this! It delivers the promise of fresh, summer scent without being excessively basic. I like it a lot better than the OG. It is boring and a safe work scent in summer, but it does better than most in the same category. I still like the replica clean girl scent better, but this is a lot better than the regular light blue. Probably not for me but this one is the closest so far. I think a lot of these "fresh scent" perfumes get accused of having bad longevity when, in reality, they're just so soft that the wearer and those around them go nose blind to them.

Opens with a lemon-pledge at the first spritz, but after a few moments it settles into something quite refreshing and pleasant. I'm picking up a dominant lemonade and green apple; its inoffensive, clean and unisex-leaning. I’d happily wear this in a hot, humid climate, it feels very fresh and uplifting while still having presence. I don’t really pick up the jasmine tea unfortunately, but perhaps it will emerge more in the dry down. edit: The dry down is lovely, its growing on me. I just want to spritz this all over and walk under the sun.

At first all I got is this overwhelming lemon citrus scent, which is exactly my vibe, but then I got home realized it’s apple and I felt nauseous, it very instinctively reminds me of an older perfume I had just can’t name it yet, the dry down is prettier, but it’s faint!!! Zero longevity, it’s like throwing your money in the bin, that’s how weak the performance is. I would be more mindful next time purchasing perfumes like this. It’s lovely but for one second. lol

Capri in Love? That's a catchy name-positive vibrations inclooded. Nonetheless, this perfume speaks for itself. It is noble: doesn't show much, but it is sophisticated. The balance between apples and jasmine tea is alluring. It actually smells sunny, citrusy. I like its gentle greenness. Projection is not strong, but modesty makes it very pleasant and likeable for long time.

Never been a fan of the light blue range. However this Flanker is spot on. I was dubious to try it as I'm not a huge tea lover in fragrance but this is so subtle. I get very citrus vibes from it . Fresh, clean and perfect for sunny days. Longevity isn't great maybe 2 hours max on me. But alot of fresh scents are the same so I'm happy to re apply

The bottle is very pretty. Sprayed on my arm and the apple scent was very present. After about an hour it dries down to a soapy note. It's not unpleasant and in my opinion might be good unisex scent since it's quite inoffensive on the skin. Gives off a clean and fresh vibe albiet quite simple. Definitely a warm/sunny weather scent!

This is built around crisp apple and jasmine tea, and the apple is so bright that it reads like citrus even though it isn’t. The longoza adds a clean floral‐spice lift, keeping everything airy and modern. It’s transparent and not dense at all — not like the OG Light Blue. Pretty and pleasant.
