DKNY Be Delicious Fresh Blossom

This is like a guilty pleasure. I wear this at home a lot and if I wear it out, it’s as a hair mist. Yes, it does smell like a shampoo, a “delicious” one at that, 😉 and It plays nicely with other scents that I pair with it. I get a ton of compliments when I pair this with Cool Water by Davidoff. Simply scrumptious! I’ve been wearing this around the house lately, and I had a neighbor come by today, and they couldn’t get over that it was this scent I had on and how good it smelled on me. Said it smelled like a skin scent, like I naturally smell like this rather than it being a scent I put on. Goes to show you that you don’t have to spend a lot of money to smell good. It’s the skin chemistry that decides that. Sometimes it works out with skin chemistry that an inexpensive scent smells expensive and an expensive scent smells rotten. Go figure! 🤷🏻 Edit to add: I’ve been reading reviews not just of this scent, but others where people write in saying that the scent wasn’t anything spectacular. Some also say that they don’t like particular scent because it’s not like the original. I think people are missing the point and could be why scents get discontinued. Firstly, why does every scent have to be spectacular or grandiose? Why can’t there be scents created to just be relaxed, comfortable, and casual. Some say this scent is only for young girls, but why can’t older people wear it if it makes them feel good? If you don’t care for a scent, ok but don’t dictate what others should wear for whatever their reason. People say this is not quite like the original. I think that’s kind of the point. The original did not do well on me at all. The green apple note soured on my skin. If any of you can wear and enjoy it, that’s wonderful. That’s doesn’t mean I have to like it or work to take it away from you by writing awful reviews. This one was created so people like me can have our “apple”. This works on my skin nicely with the red apple while the original green apple can’t. This is not the first time a flanker worked better on me than the original. The point is to broaden the customer base by making scents in a collection to appeal and cater to everyone and every skin type, just like cosmetics are made in collections to cater to all colors and skin types. So, why are you mad? Be happy for someone because they found something they love. ❤️

If "synthetic" is a dirty word in your book I'd stay away, but if you're looking for an early 2000s vibe along the lines of, "no I'm not wearing perfume, I'm just perpetually freshly showered and the lovely little wafts of scent you're getting are my fruity shampoo and body wash," this is it. On my skin it's a crowd-pleasing balance of fruit and florals. The grapefruit/apricot combination translates as peachy to me, and the red apple is less tart than the usual Be Delicious green apple note. It isn't overly cloying or gourmand; the rose and LOTV make it a little soapy, which lends to the shampoo/bodywash vibe (but again, in a good way!). Projection is modest, but I can still pick up the scent of it at the end of the day. This is great for many situations, especially when it's hot out and you just want to smell like someone who just took a nice girly shower: clean, fresh, and a little fruity rather than particularly unique or traditionally perfumey. Edit: the drydown is where the OG Be Delicious dna comes out (although this one is stilll lighter and nicer imo)- if you are a fan of that one, you will proably like this too.

I remember when I was maybe 14 my mum bought me a bottle for Christmas it was a 30ml and I would only use it for special occasions it was my first proper perfume I loved it so much ... fast forward to now that I’m 27 I bought a 100ml bottle for cheap I can tell you I still feel the same as I did when I was a young girl ! I can definitely say I’ve always loved perfumes like this clean , floral with some sweetness to it from the fruity notes. It lasts pretty well on me but when I’m at work it fades little bit quicker than I like but my job is very busy so that’s definitely why , but I did buy a 30ml bottle to use when I’m at work / out to top up when I wear this just in case. Great for all ages if you like fruity fresh florals please give it a go. Definitely wears well for spring / summer great for girly occasions, day time dates , shopping , girl brunch and weddings. My boyfriend compliments me all the time on my perfumes but this one he really liked a lot lol

I tried to avoid this perfume because it was my cousin signature perfume before. It smell great on her. But, one day, I tried almost 20 type of perfume in a shop but still I hooked with it. It smell very fresh and lovely on me. I love this because the smell does not offend anyone and suitable for any type of occasions. I don't understand why some people are having headache or saying it does not last long. I have the rollerball and only put a few amount on my wrist and neck. My friend could recognize my smell a table away! i would apply this on me after bath before going to bed, the next morning it's still there! This is a great perfume and I really,really love it. You will be smell like spring and I would totally recommend it for anyone who don't prefer overpowering perfumes. The name really suit it too. Love,love,love

Cut and prepare a level 8 sweetness Pineapple, ripe Caribbean Papaya, and a Canteloupe melon. Mix them into a fruit salad. Take the juice left in the bottom and put a small spoon of it into a cup and let it air out for about 4 minutes. Then smell the juice drying in the cup. This fragrance's drydown smells almost identical to that, with a hint of a light peony floral and a powder addition. I'm sitting here with this empty fruit salad bowl on one side, and this DKNY Be Delicious perfume bottle on the other side, and it is truly incredible. The fruit smells just a hint fresher and more like pineapple. Remarkable. This has changed my entire view of this fragrance. I can't believe this. The fruit salad is an exceptional blend, too.

I actually adore this fragrance and have been using it for years. Never had a problem with longevity and sillage. In fact I get compliments on this so much I was quite surprised. Especially men seem to love this scent on me. I’ll get stopped by a guy asking what I’m wearing. Sadly after what Donna Karen said I’m have a hard time wanting to buy this and I have wanted to graduate to more mature scents I am 38 and want to smell well not like a fruity floral girl anymore. I’ve gotten into orientals and attars and am really to leave this behind though I will finish the bottle it’s a great after shower scent. Great fragrance just not for me anymore.

This IS delicious!!! It smells like a fruit salad on my skin. I get the grapefruit but definitely the RED apple too. Not green, red. It’s gorgeous for summer. So fresh and youthful. So yeah, I just love this one, the top notes smell like taking a bite from the juiciest, mouth-watering apple. ....I’m fructose-intolerant and haven’t had an apple for years so maybe that’s why it drives me wild in this way...haha. The second act is like leaving the apple orchard via a garden of roses and lily. I don’t usually find the note pyramids accurate to my nose, but this one serves up what it claims. Love it!

I actually don’t smell any grapefruit, the version I have has a silver cap so I don’t know if it is any different. It smells like a red apple lollipop and light rose, it does smell a little bit like sheer love by Victoria’s Secret which was one of my favorite scents when I was younger. I was shocked that the notes don’t list vanilla on me this is a very creamy scent, not as fresh as all the reviews claim. But still, I really like it and I’ve decided it’s what I want to wear to prom. It’s just pretty and perfect for springtime, reminds me of Escada’s candy love.

I’m sure I’ve left a review or two on here for this perfume, so coach poppy flower is my all time favorite perfume and since it’s discontinued this is the closest to poppy flower that you’ll get. It is close to being a straight up dupe for it but it is slightly different. This is so beautiful, fresh, clean, light but not so light that you can’t smell it, for being so fresh and light it packs a punch and has great projection and wear time. It lasts on clothing really well too. If you are into fresh, clean, very feminine fragrances buy this, you won’t regret it!

Rose, Rose and rose! I absolutely love this. I've been wearing it for years and years. Had a break from it for a couple of years whilst I built up a proper 200 bottle collection, But all of a sudden I have a craving for Rose. You can carry this through the year, but I love Rose notes as summer turns to autumn. This is a fruity rose but it doesn't disappoint, especially seeing as I can pick a bottle up in the UK for £20 for 30ml. Great budget friendly fragrance. Decent performance for the price, performance better on clothing though. About 5 hours on me.

I bought this blind at TJ Maxx. At 5.99 for .50 oz I had to try it. If all blind buys ended this well life would be perfect lol. I really love this one. It goes on very juicy then turns to a mixture of softly rosy and shower fresh. Grapefruit, lily of the valley and rose on paper seems an odd mix but it really works. Before this I wasn't a fan of rose. This is helping me learn to love rose. To me the apple lends just a touch of sweetness but doesn't dominate. I think this is more fresh floral than fruity floral. I use this one a lot.

This is a very safe scent. Its very feminine and clean. A creamy floral, where the faint woods in the dry down make it so clean. Its blended very well with no ick factor. (Some really nice perfumes turn sour on my skin like narciso rodriguez for her!) My eldest son bought me a 50ml bottle for my birthday and I've been using it sparingly. Now I dont have to because I've bought a 100ml bottle. It works well in hot weather and im just stocking up on it so I can use it when I'm on holiday in the tropics. Safe blind buy too. 👍

I really really like this one and the first thing that comes to mind is "fresh", like I get out of the shower and can't wait to put it on. To me it doesn't smell like apple but to flowers. And also, to me, is not sweet. Its very springy/summery and I find I can wear it no problem in hot climates. It last very long on me, my clothes will still smell of it by the next day, granted I use at least 3 sprays. It may not be amazing nor something that will blow your mind and your sences, but it is pleasant and refreshing.

I really like this one. It does have some similarities to de original Be Delicious, the juicy kind of touch to it, but this one if more for the girl/woman that has grown out of the original, looking for a little bit more sophistication. It's only a tad "juicy", then comes the beautifully light, clean rose, and later on the subtle woods. I don't personally like rosey scents, but since this isn't very powdery, wow it's good. Fresh blossom is not offensive, it's friendly, feminine, fresh and inviting. Give it a try.

This is beautiful! It reminds me of, while totally not actually smelling like (to my memory) Alberto Balsam's Free Me Freesia shampoo. Wish they'd bring that one back here in UK Now, I'm not saying it smells like freesias, more that the florality (is that a word?) has the same sort of base as that shampoo. It's unashamedly floral, it's fresh, it's pretty, and it's gorgeous. Which is similar to how my hair smelled in year 8, which was 1998. I bloody love this scent. Thanks to my mum for getting it me for christmas

(Indoors 21°C, with high humidity) First Spritz: Citrus , Lychee, Magnolia, Lily, Apple Blossoms? Some other kind of fruit. Light. Fresh. WOW! Dry down after 30 minutes: On paper it's white blossoms and crisp watery Asian Pear with a bit of rose. On my skin it becomes Roses, Asian Pear , and rich Pink Peony, with a tiny hint of an odd metallic note I imagine is from the grapefruit. It reminds me of Elizabeth Arden "Pretty", which came out around the same time as this one did.

I don't know why this parfume is so special for me but i always think of good things when i smell it. I ve always been drawn into similar fragrances and this one was not an exception. It is fresh and sharp at the same time, smells innocent but never gets boring or too soft. It has some saltiness into it which i adore. It is very long lasting on my skin, but almost all parfumes last long on me so i can't really evaluate that part.

Okay I'm not a chick, but I just wanted to let the ladies out there know that this smells sexy!(and I'm sure most guys would agree) I only smelled it on a chick once before, over a year ago and that moment is still embeded in my head...it's so bright, fresh and it really draws in a person. I just had to let her know how good she smelled!, and we went on to be quite good friends...too bad she had to move back to Serbia... :'(

As a die-hard gourmand freak, I shouldn't like this fragrance at all; it is the polar opposite of the vanilla oriental realm I adore. I initially tried this as a sample that came with a Sephora order, and was instantly hooked. Its fresh, clean, and fun without the headache-inducing white floral notes. Its fun, and so easy to wear in the warmer months. I've got a backup of my backup. Don't want to be without this gem!

the first "designer" perfume i ever bought. my first trip to europe when i was 15, i wore this the whole two weeks we were bopping around in our tour bus. reminds me of being bright eyed and curious and laughing at everything, drunk with the joy of being a young teenager and the world was my oyster. idk if this is still being made but i'd love to have a bottle just for nostalgia's sake.
