Sweet Disruption W.T.

Ooh, I really like this. It’s quite complex, somehow both cool / refined and warm / inviting. On initial spray the mint, pepper and lemon are quite prominent, which definitely give it a polished & fresh vibe. Over time, the frankincense peeks through, but it’s never too overpowering. It just gives some body and character to the perfume, grounding and warming it so it’s not just a minty freshie. It’s quite unique and has this addictive quality - it feels like a “cool girl” (or guy) scent. Better performance than most from this house but by no means beast mode.

The tenderness of lemon, the sharpness of mandarin orange, the sweetness of mint, and the elegance of jasmine—each element complements the others, creating a harmony. For this reason, I didn't immediately recognize the individual components of this fragrance. It’s bold yet gentle, refreshing yet sweet. While it might confuse some, I find it comforting. It also feels as if my own skin itself were naturally scented.

It's a combination of orange and mint but I would say it's dominant in the mint rather than the orange. Not my personal preference but even I can tell a mint lover would probably love this fragrance!

Immediately citrussy but well balanced from the depth of the frankincense. The sweetness does bear similarity to that of BR540, which I'm aware feels like the most cliché comparison one can make in the world of fragrance. I enjoy the brightness from the aldehydes and citrus. Like a summery clean girl relative of Baccarat Rouge.

This is joy. Uplifting mediterranean summer love. I've smelled similar DNA in the past, but I enjoy this one.

Had this to test out and I wanted to like it SO bad. Sadly the sharp citrus notes (especially the mandarin) in the opening are too much for my taste and on my skin, they do linger even after the drydown. I would need the mint, moss and frankincense notes to be stronger. Otherwise, sadly, just a slightly more interesting citrusy frag.

Zesty and slight spicy citruses with lots of burnt sugar. It is nice and quite trendy, but not my favorite thing ever tbh. Smells like distant sister of BR540... my ig: scent.guide

First impression only: I picked up the frankincense and clean alderhydes, it was really refreshingly elegant yet anchoring. If you dislike sweet fruity 'fresh' scents, and appreciates a good incense note, this might be worth sniffing. Longevity seemed good (4 sprays, 8hrs+). Would love to try this again to give a proper reivew. I see NO resemblance to BR40.

Now this is incredible. I immediately made an association to BR540 upon first sniff, but can’t put a finger on why. It’s not nearly as sickly sweet and this is infinitely more sophisticated, but there is a quality that loosely conjures up BR in my brain.

At the opening I smell a sharp masculine citrus. After half an hour to an hour, it has changed into a lineair sweet scent which to me smells almost identical to EPC Sable Gris, although different notes are listed. It’s not for me.

Despite all the notes listed I get something so similar to Bertrand Duchaufour’s Deliria. Pleasantly sweet. 3 out of 5.
