I got the small 10 ml version of it at Christmas 2022, I think. I really liked it after testing it on my skin. I was very curious as it's a Hungarian perfume, I love Tihany and Viktoria's works. The bottle in the larger size is really nice, I love it. But the look of the small size is a bit too simple for its price for me. But it is just a sample/travel size so I am okey with that. It opens with the scent of natural lavender essential oil, which makes the fragrance slightly minty fresh. I was very captivated by this lavender aroma, it has a calming effect on me. It doesn't become masculine or overbearing. The volume is very nicely hit. In no way does it resemble the lavender in YSL Libre, but it doesn't come across that way in Mon Guerlain either. This is a lavender field scent in Tihany. Once it settles down, this fresh lavender opening, it intensifies and becomes sweet. For me, it reminds me of the Baccarrat rouge 540. That translucent sweetness is also characteristic of this fragrance that is so iconic in BR. It is sweet, but has the airiness that makes it work even in warmer weather, all year round. Even as a signature sent. There is a pleasant smokiness throughout the fragrance that makes it special and gives it depth and character. This side of it won't appeal to everyone I think, I definitely like this twist in it and it doesn't become distracting on my skin. In conclusion, I think it is a very nice fragrance. I really love it. Definitely, I recommend it if you like sweet scents with a twist. I use it in colder weather, but as I wrote, it can be an all-year round signature sent. Longevity is good on my skin, but etherial on my sister's skin and on my clothes. Sillage is also nice. Very well-done fragrance I think. Congratulations to the Eau de Tihany team and to Viktória Minya. You have beautifully captured the beauty of natural lavender from Tihany.

In 2023, I visited a perfumery in Tihany and purchased this fragrance immediately after testing it. Although marketed as a women’s fragrance, the scent is difficult to categorize. To my nose, it wears as unisex, with a subtle lean toward the feminine side. An incense-like character is present, balanced by a sweetness that reveals greater complexity when experienced up close. I wear this fragrance on select occasions, particularly when I feel on edge. While it may not have the same effect on everyone, it is deeply calming and comforting to me, and stands out as one of the most soothing scents I’ve experienced.

It is a very likeable perfume, I get mostly the caramel-ambergis-vanilla trio. It is beautifule, invisible but very strong scent, every people likes on me, I get lots of compliment when I'm wearing. Longevity is 12 + and sillage makes a big scent bubble around you. Nice job!

I got it as a graduation present, and it is my most precious perfume. It not only has a beautiful and elegant smell but brings back lots of memories from my trips to Tihany. This perfume has everything I love in a perfume and feels like a warm hug in the fall/winter months.

Amazing day and night scent, not just for lavender lovers. Smoky lavender and that interesting caramel note make this one addictive.
