I came accross Eauk during the winter holiday season of 2019 by a total coincide, and never before have I heard of them. Having ordered the 2 samples from them, Pomander and Barreur, I could tell they mean business. Just like the tagline says - bold and elegant. The way Eauk presents itself, plus the quality juices I got, made me order Pomander. The presentation is beautiful, you will find further info and message inside the nicely crafted wooden box along with the potion. Pomander is not for the faint of heart, this is clearly stated by Eauk and is conveyed straight in yer face by the frag itself. It IS bold. It DOES make your presence noticeable. All you smell is quality, quality, and quality. I have no problem wearing audacious frags, but one really needs a strong personality to pull off Pomander right. It is a strong, intoxicating, extremely robust, full bodied adventure, all of these in the good sense of meaning. I was about to get Kalan from Parfums de Marly, which I would put in the same league as Pomander, and have adored from the first sniff. Then I smelled Pomander, was on the fence for a while, and decided to go for it instead of Kalan. Yes. It is THAT good. I can see Pomander as a potential candidate for becoming a signature frag in any man's wardrobe, provided he is assertive and dauntless enough to put it on. Totally and unmistakably one of its kind.
