Last Night

I love this perfume, it's such a unique scent and it's different from anything else I have smelled and own. I get many complements and it develops with time and very very very long lasting even after I wash my clothes I still smell it. Its gorgeous and niche. You can smell the rose developed slowly with smoke and leather and you keep feeling that you want to snell more. If you like high-quality burning rose fragrance with deep leather scent, then go for it. I can see that not many own it but once you own it you will feel unique. I feel the rose in this scent is still alive and you can smell it as live clear red rose in crystal jar with smoke around it. Absolutely adore it !

I sampled this blindly, not knowing this was supposed to be heavy on the leather - and I honestly never smelled anything resembling leather. I do get rose and a VERY fruity, warm citrus. No smokiness to be found, either. If I were to have guessed what the notes were, I would have said this was a warm amber, orange fragrance...with a bit of rose. It reminded me of Hermes' Mandarine Ambree. It's quite sweet and it does remind me of hot Summer nights. I am starting to wonder if I got the wrong sample because I only smelled rose and notes that are clearly not listed. How utterly strange.

I ordered the .05 sample of this perfume. It was a delightful fragrance that was quite long lasting. My husband enjoyed it so much he ordered the 3.4 ounce bottle for me. The $8 sample very good. $300 bottle very little smell and that doesn't last. It's pointless to order a sample to try it out if they are going to send a diluted product when you buy the full size. My recommendation would be to buy only sample sizes or nothing at all from Edward Bess.

I just received a sample of this fragrance and wore it for the first time yesterday and absolutely adore it. From start to finish, this fragrance had me entranced. Long lasting, and decent spillage. Deliciously sexy fragrance and hoping that when I get the bottle, it won’t be diluted from the sample.

Nothing leathery or smoky about this. It's femme rose. At least it's not powdery rose though
