Le Pari d'Honfleur

I really like this. Perhaps the best fragrance nobody is talking about right now? Opens really green and grassy, almost like that earthy smell rising from the pavement after it rains and dew rolling down the freshest of stems. The fig arrives supported by this gorgeous coconut, giving it this cocooning sensuality that both invites and allures. Once settled, it transforms into this buttery and creamy scent, like skin freshly lotioned and soft to the touch. That savoury papyrus makes a friendly appearance too, giving us that powdery and bookish twang in the background. Definitely one to check out.

Love. Le Pari d’Honfleur is what you would expect if Parisian Musc and Philosykos had a baby and added a touch of tonka to it. I love all those things, so this is predictably also a love. I already have both Philosykos and a fragrance that strongly resembles Parisian Musc, but this is amazing enough that I still picked up a 30ml bottle of it. (So happy to have a smaller bottle option).

Interesting and pleasantly dry take on fig milk and fuzzy fig leaf. Still strong on my skin 18 hrs later.

Smells like a fresh shower. I am quite partial to fig so maybe I’m a bit biased.

This fragrance has a very green herbaceousness that dominates the opening and lasts for quite a while before mellowing into more of a creamy coconutty sandalwood. It’s nice, not sure yet if worthy of a full bottle; I do love that they offer 30mLs!

Great fragrance. Reminds me of diptyque philosykos but a bit more woody. HUGE con is that it lasts about 2-3 hours

this smells like basilico and fellini's stronger slighter sweeter cousin that doesnt disappear after an hour and has projection almost bought it but something in the very final dry down went sharp on me probably the cedar hapoens to me alot but i think this is worth smelling
