Vesper Reverie

Vesper Reverie , for me, is a 10/10 masterpiece that captures the precise, intoxicating moment of twilight—where the day’s vibrant energy surrenders to the luxurious mystery of the night. This fragrance is a journey, perfectly translating the concept of Livia’s ancient Roman garden frescoes into an olfactory vision that is at once bright, lush, and profoundly dark. (夜明け - Dawn) The opening is a dazzling, almost dizzying feast of ripened fruit. The combination of juicy mango, sweet blackcurrant, and bright apple is intensified by the unexpected, verdant lift of green tea, creating a beautiful contrast that feels effervescent. This is not a fleeting summer spritz; the fruit notes possess an opulent, golden saturation, glowing like the last rays of the setting sun. (薄暮 - Twilight) As the light fades, the heart reveals its stunning floral complexity. Magnificent notes of hibiscus, lily of the valley, and jasmine weave a tapestry that is both delicate and deeply seductive. The hibiscus note in particular reminds me of Hibiscus Mahajad from Maison Crivelli. (夕暮れ - Dusk) But the true magic lies in the base. It is here that Vesper Reverie dives into the shadow, embracing a rich, sensual depth. The exquisite oud, leather, and dark musk anchor the scent with a commanding gravity, balanced by the gentle, luminous sweetness of sugarcane and vanilla. This transition from tropical fruits and bright florals to a warm, woody, and darkly sensual embrace is seamless, yet utterly transformative.

Another smasher from the house. Share some of the same notes as astrum nova but very different so elegant and long lasting this will get more wear in the spring

Another nice one from the Consort collection. The only one I didn't care for was Persephone's Patchouli. This is a fruity milk tea with boba. Great for Spring. Just not my typical style. Great performance, lasts all day. One I think is full bottle worthy for those that appreciate this profile.

I never smelt the scent before buying it. To me the smell of this perfume was a huge surprise, as the description of it by notes and other reviews is nothing like the actual smell. To me it smells VERY lactonic, sweet and soft spicy. Like a very creamy, delicious warm milk perhaps with honey and star anise. Adore it!!! Also, I am huge a fan of Electimuss fragrances, I own nearly every one of their offerings, but Vesper reverie must be one of the best ones they have!

Such a great mango opening for a minute until salty marine ozonic sweetness takes over (think of JHaG Vanilla Vibes and Gorgeous Orchid by Gucci). Then Hibiscus Mahajád arrives and establishes itself solidly. Dina_France
