Apple Love

I love apple notes in perfume so I was very excited when I first received a sample of this perfume to try. That was about a year ago when I was really getting into perfumes. At first I just smelled a generic perfume sort of smell with this one I couldn't really pick out apple specifically, but I liked it anyway. As I have continued on my perfume journey I have noticed my nose has gotten better at analyzing scents and being able to pick out specific notes. With Apple Love I can detect the apple now but I also get a pleasing whiffs of peach with a beautiful and soft sugary/sweet background that I adore. I think the peach is really the star in this one for me, it works so well with the apple and sweetness. It feels sexy, playful and elevated. I think this is a comforting and bright perfume that can work for any time of year or setting. The downside with the perfume is that the longevity and silage aren't great. That's something I know and expect with Ellis Brooklyn, given that they are a vegan brand. I have been playing around with layering this perfume and love mixing it with eclaire/bianco latte. The creamy lactonic notes really amplify the fruit notes and boost the longevity and silage. ~Chef's kiss~

Apple Love is a bright and juicy red apple and peach scent with a sugared vanilla base. My bottle went from a soft fruity scent to a strong sparkling apple peach with sugared woods in a year. This perfume is a bright freshie that is cooling and effervescent. Perfect for Fall or Spring everyday wear. It has a slight shampoo vibe that makes it feel very refreshing and clean to wear straight out the shower. But this is no body mist, it’s very much a perfume smell and quality. This is hands down my favorite Apple perfume compared to Kayali Eden Apple (too berry), Phlur’s Mrs Smith (too jolly rancher like, but a close like), and DKNY Be Delicious (too white floral). I’m sensitive to musk and florals and I can spray this down and not get a headache or get overwhelmed. This fragrance is very well blended and stands out in a sea of floral apple scents.

Currently one of my absolute favorites. It smells so so so similar to "Forever Red" by B&BW. I don't necessarily get a lot of apple, just a sweet almost jammy like fruity fragrance. I would definetly say it is more peachy than apple. There is a slight woodiness to it which makes it so the sweetness isn't cloying. I've heard people comparing it to a fall candle- and they are kind of right. But honestly I don't mind that, I like those candles anyway lol. For a full size being $110, I think the longevity could be WAYYY better. Doesn't last long on skin, lasts longer on clothes but really after 2ish hours it's gone on me. Completely random, but this scent also reminds me of a red gummy bear. Imagine a crisp fall day. You go apple picking with your best friend, get home & grab some cozy blankets to get warm. That is the vibe of this fragrance.

This is the guy you meet who hits all the marks on the first couple dates...and then he reveals something you have to cut it off. Thats this scent. I love this scent. Its apple but not too sweet. It has a complex depth that matures it away from a lot of candy apple sweet scents like from DKNY or Kayali. But then it vanishes...the sillage is gone in minutes, and you're only left with an intimate skin scent, nobody is going to smell it unless they have their nose directly on you. And of course its jaw droppingly overpriced for something that lasts only mere minutes. The disappointment is real. However, like the Cranberries song, I linger, and layer this is with Philosophy's Fresh Cream Warm Cashmere to make it more unisex, hoping one day someone will notice this scent on me from 1 ft away and say "you smell nice".

Completely agree with K. Sweetleaf here. The first 5 minutes takes me back to middle school where all the it-girls wore bath and body works Country Apply body splash. Nice brief trip down memory lane. Then about 30 minutes in, one can tell this is no longer a middle school girls' body splash, as it gets some warm and minimally vanilla/musk complexity as it wafts up to the nose from the wrists. Very nice and fruity, a realistic juicy red apple. I don't think I would have been drawn to this one while shopping and browsing. However, when playing with a 5mL sample in a Sephora set, I'm surprised by how much I like this one in the dry-down. She's really pretty, y'all! Not too sweet and not too strong, would be a decent work-scent when you need a bright little pick-me-up in the afternoon.

Wow! This is the best apple scent I've found. It's blended so well where it's not just apple you're smelling, and it's not juvenile smelling like a macintosh candle either. To me I get a sweet and crisp apple in the beginning, and the frag has a continuous 'shampoo' smell which I personally like. The sugar, vanilla, musk, and wood balance out the apple so well to make it a mature, yet maintain sweetness . Right now I'm obsessed with this masterpiece! One big issue for some... this perfume is a skin scent. Does not project unless I overspray, and even then I only get 1-2 hrs of projection off me. To me it isn't a huge deal because I sometimes enjoy lighter skin-scent perfumes, and this scent is just too amazing. I'll keep spraying!

Smells great, IMO it smells much better than Eden Juicy Apple, and It actually smells like apple to me whereas EJA smells more like berries. After about an hour I really start to pick up on the Osmanthus, which I LOVE and the Osmanthus note in this reminds me of how it presented in Good Girl Gone Bad by Kilian. The two fragrances don’t smell the same, but that specific note smells similar. Unfortunately, as everyone else has mentioned, after about 3.5 hours it’s basically gone off my skin. If I could get a bottle for a very good discount I wouldn’t mind just taking it with me and respraying it after four or so hours, but I’m not paying this much for a bottle of fragrance that I will use up so quickly.

To me, and on my skin, this pulls shampoo-like. In a good way, of course, and I really like it. I wish the Apple note was more prominent but on my skin, it’s practically non- existent 😑 as for the sweetness it’s VERY subtle... Thank goodness, I do not get ANY ambroxan and that’s a relief because ambroxan to me, smells like bad breath that has gone very wrong as in deathly wrong 🤢 so I am very pleased that it isn’t at all there!! To me, this is a late Spring and Summer fragrance that is light and pleasant. Like the feeling of having just taken a shower and feeling clean. The soap/shampoo smell is divine and so comforting to me. I really like this one!!

Adore this. Is it juvenile? Yes. Is it basic? Also yes. Does it smell like fruity shampoo and make you feel like ultimate clean fruity girl? YES! It's a beautiful apply scent, identical to juicy eden by Kayali - a lovely fruity apple shampoo. It's exactly like you've just washed your hair with fructis. It's cute, perfect for teenagers - I also love it though for casual Saturday walks at the market or beach (at 33 years old). It's a lovely scent. Great sillage for 10 mins, then nothing. It has almost no lasting power. Treat as a body spray. It's really great for what it is though.

SUMMERTIME....AND THE LIVINGS EASY. Apple, peach, and citrus juice come together to make a mature fruit punch-esque accord in this fragrance. Love at first sniff. The floral notes soften the tang of the juice as to not create an overly sour scent. Although I do not seem to get any notes of vanilla, the musk is definitely there. Musk and ambroxan gives this perfume such a warmth. Like steamed apple cider and grilled peaches. Dry down stays sweet like candy. Possibly one of the best apple fragrances made so far. It's fruity, flirty, and fun. It's not juvenile in the slightest.

I initially got the 10ml travel spray then went back for the full bottle. I don’t regret buying the full bottle as I used part gift certificate. I don’t think I will repurchase and here's why; 1.Although it is pretty it has a slightly generic smell 2. Way too sweet for its own good which makes it feel tweenie 3.More than a few sprays can be cloying for first 10 minutes given how sweet it is 4.It’s very expensive for what it is 5.It smells like fruit but not distinctively apples 6.The full bottle costs $183 where I live. YIKES!!!

Finally got around to trying this out and it's so lovely!!! Very soft & subtle for a fruity gourmand. Not overly sweet and the fruit isn't synthetic or overpowering. Just yummy, delicate & feminine. Wasn't expecting to love this one, but boy am I pleasantly surprised! After I tried it on I was walking around wondering what smelled so nice & it was me lol. The apple is sweet & fresh up top, then the nice creamy vanilla slips in with soft florals. Sexy girl-next-door vibes for sure!

Very reminiscent of a VS body spray, but very sweet, fun, and happy. However might be too sweet for the summer. I get very little apple and a lot of sugar. I expected apple and vanilla, but I mostly get perfumey cotton candy. Doesn't last very long. Not sure if I will purchase a full bottle, but I will enjoy my travel size. Not similar at all to Kayali Eden Juicy Apple or to Lattafa Badee Al Oud Sublime in my opinion.

I adore this fragrance. It's a true to life apple scent with a warm depth, and it's fresh and clean without being soapy. It manages to be crisp and warm at the same time. I have had good longevity on my clothes but not on my skin. I tend to spray perfume down my shirt to keep the projection close, but this also keeps the fragrance on the warmest part of my body which may help.

A lovely red apple with a hint of spice. It has light sillage, but I catch whiffs for hours and hours. (In addition to my normal two sprays on my wrists and abdomen, I spritz this below my ears too.) Just a tad powdery, which I normally don't like, but this is so light it doesn't detract from the fruitiness. Great for fall and winter, and I suspect it will be nice year-round.

I love a good apple scent, and this one is no exception. This one is unique to all the apple perfumes I've had the pleasure of smelling as it is more tart. Only problem is unless I severely overspray its longevity is shit. Would buy this perfume in a mini/travel size but I can't justify the price on a full size.

I am in LOVE!!!! This scent is amazing!! It's everything!! Its not too faint it's just enough. Not beast mode, and won't make you sick like some sweet fragrances. Actually smells like a sweet toffee apple. It is giving me some V&R Bon Bon vibes but not as sweet or dense as Bon Bon. I am in love. Nuff said!

I love this. It’s more fruity than apple but the apple is there. It sits close to the skin on me when I wear it by itself but I usually layer it with Baccarat Rouge 540 and that combo together is so lovely. I bought it just for the layer but do appreciate it on its own.

FULL BOTTLE WORTHY! It smells like a sugar crystallized candy apple! It's soo sweet and fun!!! I do not have any performance issues, in fact It's one of the few "fruity" perfumes that I can wear in the cold weather that actually stands out on its own.

Apple-floral freshie. It starts off smelling soapy/shampooey but within 10-15 mins it turns into a really balmy & sweet freshie. Beautiful, intimate and non- offensive. It’s a good fragrance for a self care day. Just wish it lasted longer than 2 hrs.

I expected something like Eden Juicy Apple but it's very different! It's not a straightforward apple - just a very pleasant well-balanced sweet fruity fragrance. After smelling the whole Sephora store my husband told me it was his favorite.

Wanted to like but within 5 minutes I was getting a menthol like note that threw me for a loop. Like a granny making apple pie while smoking menthols. Sweet sugary but abrasive.

Wow this smells amazing. Apple with sugar coating and vanilla. My favorite from this brand so far. Its not projecting that much, but I can smell it on me quite long time.

So versatile and yummy. I love wearing it in the snow because the apple just comes out so well, but also great in warmer temperatures. It's also really nice in the rain.

short and sweet: if Black Opium had an apple flanker, this would be it. creamy, comforting, an easy inoffensive reach suited for any occasion.

So glad I bought the travel spray. Yes it smells incredible but literally disappears in minutes. Very disappointing 😞

This perfume interests me so much!! I can't wait to sniff, just hope it doesn't smell completely synthetic.

My favorite apple fragrance by far! I find the apple in this much more apple-y than Eden Juicy Apple tho these 2 are similar, I get more apple-y berries from that with the Kayali dna, a more 'designer' undercurrent base. If you want a sweet apple orchard fragrance with a sweet candied vanilla base this is THE one. Plus, I just love the satisfying magnetic caps on full size EB's. This, Fawn, Sweet and Marshmallows are my favorites from this house. I like Vanilla milk too but it HAS to be a newer bottle (I find VM gets weird and sour if it's too aged) But back to Apple Love, perfect at any age, you do have to be into sweet fruity fragrances to truly enjoy this one but god shes pretty 🍎🍏 and works best in spring or early fall. If it doesn't project for you enough, let it sittttt, this definitely isnt a monster projector from the jump but it gets better and thicker. I like this as a bedtime scent in the spring and it lasts all night, and I still smell it upon waking. Let it sitttt guys

Despite all the bad reviews, I absolutely love this perfume! First of all, I love the apple note in almost all the perfumes. On me, this smells like the Herbal Essences' rose hip shampoo only the first minutes, then it turns into a Escada vibe, and ends with sugar but also something spicy (I don't know what note could be). Edit: No offense, but I don't know if people complaining about the performance don't drink enough water, or don't mousturize their skin, I'm not saying it is a beast, but on my skin lasts about 4-6 hours, I don't think this can be compared to a body mist, even people around me can smell it 🤷🏻♀️

Grabbed a travel size from Sephora when this launched and glad I didn’t blind buy the FB. I do like this though and will enjoy wearing this fall. It’s sweet but balanced by the florals. Definitely fruity, but can’t always smell the apple specifically. Has a shampoo-y smell I didn’t expect, but my boyfriend said he likes it a lot! Also apparently smells stronger to others than you may think, be careful! I’ve been layering this with either the Architect’s Club by Arquiste, or Honore Delights from Ex Nihilo to get a fruit-pastry vibe going. Recommend layering!! 🍎 🍑 🥧

One of my favorite apple scents (if not my #1 apple fave rn, yes this has dethroned Eden this fall as my favorite apple as I find that more berry than apple) It's a simple candied tart apple but sweetened up a bit with the sugar and vanilla- love it! Just a pretty, fruity inoffensive scent. Fresh but not "fresh", warm but not "warm", it's just perfect! Longevity isn't great but does get better with time, love this one for spring and early fall 🍁 I scored my 50ml for less than $50 so that's probably another reason I really like this one.

Verges on being a little too candy-esque for me, but it doesn't quite cross that line! I think the peach note helps out with that a lot. VERY fruity, sweet, and a little bit shampooey in a really nice, flirty way. I wouldn't necessarily describe this scent as "clean," because it is so sweet, but there is something very fresh about it for sure. Good for cold or warm weather, it's the kind of sweet that's versatile! Only lasts about 2 hours on my skin at best, unfortunately 😔

Not a fan of fruity perfumes, but this one smells wonderful. A crisp apple fragrance with peach and musky sandalwood whispers in the drydown. Well blended and realistic apple... I had my travel spray for a year, and that time in the drawer, made it even more nice than I remembered it before. If you spray heavily a couple times and spray it on your clothes, it last pretty well. Good for spring into fall. Not a winter perfume, imo.

I’ve been testing a sample of Apple Love, and it’s a lovely scent. It opens with a juicy red apple note, softened by a hint of peach that adds just the right amount of sweetness. Bright, fresh, and versatile, it feels like a fragrance that could be worn year-round. Unfortunately, the longevity just isn’t there for me, so I won’t be purchasing a full bottle—but I enjoyed it while it lasted.

Smells like apple blossoms and red delicious apples (from NY)! It’s a clean refreshing apple scent. Fruity sugary and floral but not in an immature way! This is good for summer and spring! can’t say I like this better than Eden Juicy App;e to me they are just different! Longevity is not great but I am a oversprayer. Clean soapy girl scent perfect for daytime! 8/10 longevity is not great!

The initial smell I get is a realistic crisp apple scent that smells so good! As it dries down, the ambroxan comes through into a light, pleasant skin scent. This fragrance is definitely not going to be a scent that fills a room, but instead, it sits close to the skin like something someone would only get a whiff of if they hugged you. This is great if you don't like strong perfumes.

I really like this one from Ellis Brooklyn. It's fresh, fruity, very appley. It reminds me of an apple shampoo that I used when I was younger, so I still have to wear it more and see if it's too youthful for me or not. Edit: I've worn it more, and it reminds me of caramel apples or, even more, the caramel apple suckers. There's a sweet warmth to the apple, and I love it.

Testing my sample; candy apple covered in peach glaze with a praline center. It's very sweet and a fun scent, but definitely doesn't project above skin level, great for warmer months. It's been a little under an hour and my sample is fading. Similar to Kayali's Eden Juicy Apple and Lattafa's Bade'e Al Oud Sublime, and both of those last much longer than this.

this perfume is cute it does smell like a body spray from bath & body works or Victoria's secret or something like that. it's not bad it's very young smelling.. your young daughter's first perfume that you could put on when you're feeling fruity I guess

I was excited for this one! The longevity frankly is for the birds. I have layered it with Juliette has a Gun Not a Perfume or Lili Fantasy, and the ambroxan/cetalox amps up the apple performance in a very satisfying way!

Honestly wasn't too fond of it at first but as I wore it I noticed it grew on me thought those days. Not amazing, but a nice scent. Wouldn't mind trying again with a sample or another promotional offering

The middle and base notes are VERY similar on my skin to Black Opium (hair mist version of this scent). I have both and sprayed them on the opposite arms and can barely spot the difference.

Instant nostalgia back to the first time an elementary school friend introduced me to bbw country apple room spray, and I HAD to get my own bottle. Red gingham, straw, late 90s girlhood.

This is a nice sweet, somewhat creamy apple scent. However, I can't help but feel like something is missing. It needs something to ground it, but I'm not sure what.

A faint apple scent. I loveeee apple and wish this was stronger because it has potential! Sweet, playful, and a crowd pleaser. Clean and bright!

It’s not a huge love, but I feel it’s very safe when you want fresh without making a big statement. Too pricey for what it is though, imo
