I really like this fragrance. It’s been in back order for awhile so I was glad to finally get my hands on a bottle. There’s a mimosa note that I can definitely pick up that doesn’t make the list above. This reminds me of a refined Thallium. It definitely out performs Thallium , don’t get me wrong but it has the same vibe going on with it. It’ll definitely be my signature through out the spring/ summer. The scent stays powerful for hours but it doesn’t break any sillage records but it does just fine. It’s $80 for 100 ml. That’s $.80 per ml so in my book it’s very affordable and arguably cheap but it doesn’t smell cheap. Anyway I hope this helps someone in making their decision as to whether they should add or pass and if you decide to add I hope you enjoy this scent as much as me.

I blind bought this frag a few weeks ago and I would say its a successful blind buy. I cant think of any fragrance that I encountered before that I can compare with this one. This is not a loud fragrance. It has a pleasant subtlety with that woody citrusy accord while the vanilla gradually shows up on the dry down. Its a versatile scent that is delightful to wear. Performance, projection and longevity was pretty decent on my skin but others may have a different experience. If you have the option, try or sample first before you buy. I would give this humble juice an 8/10 Each nose is different and scent is subjective. Let's enjoy the scents that we love and respect those who has different scent preferences than us. That's a great way to preserve harmony in our community.

Went to the beach before the rona, and I landed in a Fragrance store. Lady claimed this was her favorite scent for men currently. She sprayed the test strip and I was amazed. Had her spray my wrist for a test drive while I continued to shop. My wife found her way over to me smelled it instantly and melted. Before I made it 2 stores down, I was openly complimented twice. Idk why this is practically an unknown fragrance because it goes head to head with my heavy hitters, and is in my weekly rotation! You instantly get the citrus and the floral on the opening, a few min later you’re taken on a trip. The trip is so good I can’t pick the smells out they are so well blended and I admit I’m still new, but Ik a well blend when I smell it.

I've just begun my 4th bottle I've owned of this stuff. Found it at a perfume shop that specialized in indie houses. My then girlfriend melted at the scent....if you know what I mean. It's not my favorite, but it has become a signature...the more I wear it..the more I can make it out...that tangy candied lemon opening that reminds me of grandmother lemon drops in a candy dish. That creamy sweet vanilla mixed with the amber giving it a caramel tinge. If you're not a fan of gourmands, stay away...I smell good enough to lick..just ask my now wife.

This fragrance is very sweet smelling, coming from the combo of fruits and florals. Like when I say sweet, it’s almost sugar sweet but then it tones out once you spray it into a very seductive and amber heavy smell. But if you spray it on your clothes as well and smell your clothes the next day it’s amazing how expensive it smells. Before I went to work I sprayed it on my clothes the night before and at work I pulled compliments left and right. I definitely recommend this for anyone. Any age Perfect sillage Perfect longevity

Gatekeep worthy. Picked this one up after smelling it in my friend's room, no idea where he discovered it from. Hard to explain but has a subtle vanilla and fruity profile all the way through but at the same time not fruity at all? It gets blended out with a touch of floral and something darker, and with more depth. I can't help but to get some cherry which explains the fruits and the depth. Pretty loud and gets me around 7-8 hours, a hidden gem for sure.

Have had this for a while, never lets me down. My girlfriend loves it. Great pricing, lasts for a decent amount of time and smells great overall. Works great in the Summer and Spring but is just okay in the Winter.

The cirtus in this is dominant and it reminds me of the citrus in spicebomb fresh that only lasts for 20 minutes, I like this a lot, I'm not very good at describing smells, but its sweet and its pretty linear.

Unisex version of Invictus, bubblegum sweetness, pretty strong. That’s about it.

After reading all of the reviews on this, I decided to track down a bottle. I found a second hand, low partial, bottle for dirt cheap. I tried it out on quite a few occasions over a span of several months, hoping it would grow on me, but it wouldn't. I must be missing something. The reviews here are heavily skewed, and I do not believe are representative of the actual fragrance. Its a loud, abrasive and heavily synthetic. There is bergamot and a black currant note (similar to the one in Cedrat Boise), over ton of musk, and citrus/vanilla that approximates a simpler version of Sospiro /Xerjoff Erba Pura. It does have some touches of Invictus, but it is much closer to EP. I believe this DNA leans very feminine, and I don't understand why anyone would think this smells masculine (similar sentiments with Blue Talisman). I tried to give it to my wife, she said it was "okay" which is her way of saying pleasant but boring. I ended up giving it away to a kid that's new in the hobby. Hard pass for me. There are other frags with a similar profile that cost much less and smell higher quality. I will never understand all of the high ratings on this or why no one else here has made connections to Erba. I can only assume that most of the reviews are from novice noses or from more casual fragrance users.

We have and sell Elysees Wood at my work and it’s a really nice freshie scent. People always take a liking to it b/c it’s different it has that nice citrusy fresh opening but has a warmer woody vanilla base to cary this year round. If I could compare it to any scent I think it kind of resembles Hanae Mori just missing the mint. Also feel it’s a good borderline unisex sex.

it's a soft woody musk with a hint of chocolate. keyword soft. it's enjoyable and very easy to wear - a scent that doesnt intrude and is barely noticeable unless you search for it (which i like). not unique, but pleasing. soft, bright, woody, musk. if you can find it under 50, probably worth it. 6/10
