Emanuel Ungaro Fresh For Her

I was recently gifted this perfume, and I was very surprised by its quality knowing how cheap it is (around 30-40 euros on most websites. Smells very citrus-y in the opening but the woody notes kick in a few minutes after the initial spray, I must add that the woody notes remain quite floral until a few hours where they overtake all the other notes in the most pleasant way possible. This perfume is reminiscient of Billie Eilish no2 especially in the drydown therefore making it perfect for younger women (it would be more unisex if it weren't for the floral notes but can honestly be worn by anyone depending on taste). It has a good longevity as you can still smell it well after 3-4 hours and projects well enough for all the people in a car to smell you. Definitely get it if you want something cheap that's still good in quality.

I honestly thought I had the "for her" edp because the bottles look similar, and the notes there seemed to fit still 😆 This reminds me of something from when I was a preteen but I have no idea what! (That would've been circa 2006). Don't really get bergamot. What I thought was plummy almond could be the nashi pear, it is quite sweet like almonds. Almost like raspberries. What I thought was tuberose could be the jasmine. It is almost aquatic but not too strong with it. The skin scent is kind of life savers gummies but like if you sat in a tub of them and then went about your day. Like it becomes subtle but still identifiable. I don't get the basenotes except for like a slight basil mintiness? Maybe from the patchouli. Really lovely and uplifting. Honestly not always a fan of sweet perfumes but I will probably keep this because of the nostalgia it brings! It is playful and cute. After wearing it for a few hours I keep confusing it for my coconut hand soap because they both retain that sweet, fatty smell. I really love that it winds down to such a realistic smell because it grounds the sweet fruit note that stays.

This perfume is very sweet, but not sickening. It’s young and sexy, with a musky touch. It’s not very fresh, but it’s sensual and very pleasant. It was a positive surprise for me. The box and bottle are cute and the juice smells way expensiver than it is. Great value for the money. Thumbs up!

Me too I thought I am buying regular "for her", not this fresh one. I double checked the box, coz I couldnt smell any plums, nor almonds. Anyway this is okay smell. Even a good one for the price, but nothing groundbreaking. I smell mostly patchouli and citrusy white flowers. For me it leans on fruitchouli side so much I cannot stand it. So it is pass for me. But if you enjoy patchouli together with fruits, this might be worth to test.
