(And I'm NOT One Who Usually Buy's Any Perfume That Has Lemon/Citrus Notes In It's Structure) Simple Because I Find That Lemon Or Citrus Notes The Longer They Sit/Wear On My Skin, Are Inclined To Turn VERY Sour And Unpleasant On Me, So I Have To Be Most Careful In My Choice, And Really Test Them Out On My Skin Over A Period Of A Good Few Day's!! ( I CAN NEVER BLIND BUY THEM) And On Most Occasions I Simply Have To Walk Away From Them!! Yet This One Is Absolute PERFECTION On My Skin, As Is "GUERLAINS SHALIMAR SOUFFLE Edp - Which Is Also Soft, Sweet, Lemony Fresh And So Up-Lifting"!! As There Both Not Citrus Bombs, And Ideal For Spring/Summer - Warm Sunny Day's, Perfect When Heading Of To A Warmer Climate, Or When One Want's To Simply Smell Shower Fresh, And Up-Lifted All Day Long Without Smelling Over Powering Nor Over The Top!! Note Wise: Fruity Notes, Yuzu, Amalfi Lemon, Jasmine, Africian Orange Flower, Lotus Flower, Vanilla, Base Notes: Sandlewood, Patchouli, Virginia Cedarwood. And Then The Bottle It Arrives In, With It's Heavy, Very Classy, Cream In Colour Glass, Embossed With Gold Writting, To It's Heavy Golden Trussardi Shield Embossed Cap (Which Makes A Firm Expensive Sounding Click So You Know It's Secure) It's Sides Are Not Forgotten Either And Given Beautiful Embossed Golden Strip Sides, And Hip Flask Look's It Sure Catches One Eye And Oozes Pure Class And Pure Luxury!! And In Doing Some Research On Trussardi Donna Edp, To Who Actually Famous Wear's/Use's It: Low And Behold It Came Up That "Camilla Queen Consort" Often Reaches For This Very Edp Fragrance In Spring/Summer Time Or When She's Away On Royal Duty To Hotter Climates!! And That She Actually Asked "Kate The Princess Of Wales" What She/Her Thoughts About It On Her"!! I Think That's A Really Lovely Story, So You'll Find This And A Creed Fragrance On The Queen Consorts Dresser!! On My Skin I Find It Wear's Around 7Hrs And Then A Top-Up Is Very Much Required!! But Hand On Heart, This Really Is A Beautiful Soft/Up-Lifting Luxury Fragrance And Perfect For Those Of Us Who Don't Like/Enjoy Full Blown Heavy Lemon/Citrus Perfumes!! Pure Style And Quality Do Go Hand In Hand And So Well Together, And That's "TRUSSARDI DONNA" In A Nut Shell. One Of My ALL Time Life Long Favourites!!! 😘💕💖💖💓

I freaking love the EDP. It was a "like" at first sniff, but it soon developed into a love as I started to uncover its nuances with each wear. I recently purchased the EDT, and upon smelling both fragrances side-by-side, I was able start understanding all the notes at play in each. Both are light and refreshing, but by comparing the two, I can see how they differ and what makes each unique (at least to my nose!). Here's a quick and dirty breakdown (in my untrained opinion): EDP – sweeter, softer, rounder. - Sweet zesty Yuzu/Amalfi Lemon opening is very bright and uplifting, not bitter - Moves into a semi-sweet gentle, not heady floral – Jasmine/Lotus - EDP and EDT share the same base (Vanilla, Sandalwood, Cedar, Patchouli) but in the EDP, the vanilla is smoother and sweeter in the dry-down. *Overall, EDP is actually softer and more floral-leaning. Still citrusy and fresh, but less so when compared to EDT. EDT – sharper, cleaner, fresher. - Yuzu/Citron top note is prominent here - A slightly bitter yet beautiful Jasmine Tea note is prominent whereas EDP showcases a softer, more floral jasmine note - EDP and EDT share the same base (Vanilla, Sandalwood, Cedar, Patchouli) but the woody notes are more prominent here whereas vanilla is more prominent in EDP. *Overall, EDT is actually a bit stronger because it is a sharper, fresher citrus/tea-based fragrance. It's worth noting that in the deep deep dry-down, this mellows out and becomes more similar to EDP. All in all, I really enjoy both and I think it just depends on what your preferences are.

Oh my god, this perfume makes me weak in the knees it's so good! It's everything I look for in a fragrance. It is sweet, fresh an little creamy, BRIGHT! I definitely smell the yuzu, the orange flower and the heavenly fruity notes. When I first spritz it I get a delicious almost bubble gummy note. Reminds me of the yellow Wriggle's fruit gum I used to get as a kid and makes me litterally want to inhale my arm until I can't no more and then eat it :) I always find it funny when people start comparing pefumes to other fumes in reviews cause when I read it I'm always like "WHAAAT??! So and so smellst NOTHING like so and so!" And this time its no different. See this being compared to among others to Armani Code. Simply could not disagree more. I really dislike Armani Code and find absolutley nothing in it that could be remotely similiar to Trussardi Donna. It's so weird how people seem to perceive smells totally differently. I do however agree with 1Tanya, I feel that Donna could indeed be classified as a classier but also a bit sweeter version of D&G light blue. Imagine a beautiful day in Italy. Sun is shining, clear blue skies, bowl full of oranges on the table, geletto ice-cream store on the corner and the breeze bringing you whiffs of all sorts of delicious ice-cream flavours. You're walking around blowing bubbles with your fruit gum, the sun hitting your face, not a care in the world. Combine all those sensations put them in a bottle and you've got yourself a Trussardi's Donna :)

A garden of White Floral in the early morning of spring. After trying Trussardi Donna, there is only one phrase that comes to mind to describe her: “Spring garden”. This is truly a beautiful spring garden full of life, and also extremely close. The Citrus scent is fresh and not at all strong, the succulent fruit notes give off a sweet scent. A certain scent is very cool and relaxing, like Green Tea, Chamomile (Although the company's perfume ingredients are not mentioned). Perhaps the ethereal flavor of the Lotus in Trussardi Donna, it gives a feeling quite similar to the Green Tea. Add a lot of soft cream scent mixed with White Floral, like you are enjoying a glass of fragrant ice cream in a garden filled with White Floral, outside is warm sunlight and rolling grassy hills along the Mediterranean coast ^^ Rating: 8.5/10.
