Bergamot Incense

One of the few scents I've smelled and thought, oh, that smells like *me* (as opposed to someone else who I can picture clearly). It's welcoming but classy, nothing too complex or offensive.

The fragrance opens with a very realistic bergamot; it is zesty, sour and slightly bitter. Shortly thereafter, the citrus note steps back and the frankincense takes over, supported by the subtle aroma of earthy iris and fresh juniper berries. The incense here is not smoky. It adds some woody, balsamic and slightly herbaceous nuances to the composition. The incense extends throughout the life of the perfume whilst the bergamot stays in the background. These two elements come together in perfect harmony. Bergamot applies a bright freshness to the fragrance and the frankincense gives it a warm, soothing quality. Bergamot Incense is an easy reach for me and my guy. This is a unisex scent (a bit masculine leaning) that can be worn all year round. And it performs better than most of the citrus fragrances I know.

Simple and effective. I got this as part of the perfume mixing kit, and its a lovely uplifting scent, that is fresh, woody and exotic. The bergamot is simply delicious and the frankincense gives it a bit more volume. It is beautiful in its' simplicity, getting to the point quickly, I only wish it stayed there longer and projected a bit more. A nice light summer fragrance, that is better to layer with other scents to create truly unique compositions.

very true to bergamot. bergamonte 22 feels classier, but this lasts longer and is way cheaper so.

This is my Prada L'eau Ambee <3 A little like Chabaud Ambre too, my favourite kinda amber, citrusy, gorgeous! So far the two perfumes I've tried from this brand are all stunning, great quality, unique. I've been looking for a similar scent to L'eau Ambree for ages, over 10 years, and finally found it. Along the before mentioned Chabaud Eau Ambree.
