Virgin Lily of the Valley

It's a lovely lily-of-the-valley. Pretty and feminine. I love it. It's got a light fruity smell that really enhances the lotv, and the wood is gentle and seductive. It's beautiful. And it lasts extremely well for such a delicate fresh perfume - 10 hours, and carries well too. Everyone near me loves it, and my husband particularly. And I love the beautiful bottle too. It matches the feel of the perfume - ethereal and heavenly!

A pretty LOTV scent but not especially unique, I wish there was more going on here. It reminds me of how Jessica McClintock smells but without the fresh spicy thing going on, which I think could've been helpful if used here. It smells nice and I like it, but it's dull compared to my other LOTV favorites; I expect more and will stick with JMC and Diorissimo.

Can't believe there's no review yet.. It's a very delicate light-fruity LotV; nothing sharp or screechy, just a fresh & watery kind of green. To be honest I prefer this over Diorissimo, but it's too expensive and not as good as Guerlain

Virgin Lily of the Valley is fresh, green and citrus-y to start. Quickly, the sharpness of the green/white LOTV becomes prominent. My problem with LOTV is that it's often SO sharp and dry, but you don't really want a sweet LOTV either. It walks the line perfectly here. Virgin Lily of the Valley is rounded out nicely by richer notes of ylang and rosewood. I can't tell you what amaryllis smells like, but somehow the suggestion of their sturdy green stems and showy blossoms is fitting here. It stays floral throughout, but has a woody musky base. A really nice fragrance!
