If you like the original Z Zegna, probably you'll like this. But both are almost the same... As the name suggests, this pretend to be a "fresh" version of the original. I've tested both at the same time, and the original looks just a bit spicer than this, which is even more light and clean. Nothing bad here, but yes, may looks generic and extremely light for some. Interesting "dressed" bottle, which is exactly the same of the original, without that rubber ribbons and any inscriptions ... ":-).

It's that aquatic smell I've found in so many other scents. Perfect casual scent for summer, but even though it smells just like so many other creations, it's the better quality and better projection variety that lasts longer. I always have to object to using citrus to get that fresh-aquatic touch, it actually goes to far and makes it too tangy

Z Zegna Fresh is an aquatic, aromatic, and woody fragrance. Its opening is fresh, a combination of citrus and aromatic notes, thanks to juniper berries, ending with woody accords of patchouli and musk in its base. The scent is very pleasant and very reminiscent of its parent fragrance, Z Zegna, except this version is a little lighter and aquatic, while Z Zegna is more citrusy and spicy. Being a fresh fragrance, it is ideal for spring and summer wear, in casual situations. It's a shame that all Zegna fragrances have been discontinued; in fact, none of them appear on their website anymore. Longevity was good, lasting between 7 and 8 hours, with a regular sillage.
