Zegna Intenso Limited Edition

EDIT : - after several wearings, this one grows on me, im liking it now.. the drydown is amazing. even it doesnt project that much. but this thing lasts ! overall score after several wearings : 8.5 out of 10 ! Try before you buy :D ======================= received my bottle today, i have to say that i was slightly disappointed because the online vendor sent me the wrong item. i ordered Zegna Intenso and they gave me the Limited Edition version. guessing what makes me disappointed? well , here's why the scent is slightly different with the one i sniffed at the dept store (it was the original Zegna Intenso, not the Limited edition). and i have to say the scent were slightly different, this comes a little bit more fruitier (maybe caused by that red berries?) and it has more tonka-bean in it. after couple of mins, it starting to softened a little with the help of amber (which also i didnt smell in the original version). but still, i like the smell of the Original version. so, overall : - Scent : 7.5 out of 10 (8.5 out of 10 for the original version) - Longevity : this one stays for about 6 hours on my skin, which is a good thing i guess? , i'll give it an 8 out of 10 - Projection : this is the downside, its pretty much different with the original version, this one is oily, which i believe it "dampened" the projection or so. it projects below average, while the original version's projection is above average - moderate. i'll give it a 6.5 out of 10 for projection. Try / Pass / Buy : if you can find it, go for it.

..... yep , definitely an easy reach when you want something simple and clean. Certainly in the same lane as Armani code . Safe blind buy if your into simple frags that don’t offend or assault the senses. Surely won’t wow anybody nor will it offend. . I don’t reach for it often, but a couple 2-3 times a year I’ll pull it out and give it some attention. I’m a fragrance layering freak show, today I’m gonna layer this with Mancera Aoud lemon mint. Ask me why,.. & the only answer I can rightfully produce is simply because I can 👌

#316 in my "Tour de Fragrance" If this is their idea of "intense" I'd hate to see their idea of laid back as this is as close to scentless as you can get. Nice bottle. Shame they didn't put any perfume in it.

Quite nice and elegant but far from revelation. Zegna Intenso starts very fresh and citrusy with hint of pepper and goes to the warm pleasant woody finish. It's just common. Nothing special. There is nothing intriguing in this scent. The bottle is very elegant and stylish although. I like it. I think it's good fragrance when in the morning I am hesitating what to wear and I can't make my mind. Then I reach for Zegna and the problem is gone :-) Surprisingly what is not great for me can be great for women what I know from reactions at my work. Women like it because it's simply, fresh and masculine. Unfortunately it seems to dissaprear to quickly so I feel the need to spray it in the middle of the day. And I don't like taking my pefumes from my wardrobe and carrying it.... I would say that this fragrance meets all requirements of olfactory correctness :-)
