Escada Blue Romance

It’s so long ago but I remember I LOVED this one..this started my love of easy wearing yet beautiful Escada summer fragrances.. young and carefree 20s and I bought one almost every summer well into my 40s..! Always compliments also, somehow these were made for warm weather and my body chemistry. If memory serves this one was an aquatic floral with something special and unique in its time. I’d love to smell this again to see what I think now. Was a Big Love.

I would describe this as a very fresh and mature fruity floral. It does have an obvious 'beach condo lady of high society' vibe to me. Though I think it smells good, I do not feel like it suits me. It is very very unique and I haven't smelled another perfume like it. It smells like fresh and juicy cantaloupe with a bouquet of peonies. After about 20 minutes, the currant really develops and it becomes sweeter. Definitely still mature and fresh. Really interesting. I feel like it gets better the longer it sits on the skin. I'm happy to have experienced it, but I think I'll swap or sell for something that feels more me.

Is this the same fragance as Ocean Blue? It doesn't seem so according to the descriptions of both fragances. But the box is just the same
